I've been slammed for my wedding guest outfit, people say I'm barely contained but I think it's the perfect fit

A WOMAN has hit back at those who say her wedding guest dress is too small.
Alyssa Cadena, from the US, ordered a beautiful House of CB floor length dress for her friend's wedding, but many said it wasn't quite the right fit.

The blonde beauty wore a sage green dress with a corset top for the big day.
But when she tried it on for social media, she was told to return it and grab a bigger size.
Instead, Alyssa decided not to listen and prove she was right for getting an extra small size rather than sizing up.
She posted a clip from the wedding, she said: "This is the dress that everyone hated on me for.
"They said these lines right here are because my thighs are too big."
Alyssa pointed to the tight-fitting dress and what appeared to be lines and creases along the thigh from the fabric stretching.
But she insisted everyone she had seen wear the dress had the same issue.
"This is how they all are," she explained.
"This is an extra small but, look, I can dance in it," she continued as she gave a shake to the camera.
Hitting back at the haters seemed not to have the desired effect Alyssa wanted, though.
The clip went viral on her TikTok account @ alyssathepilatesgirl with over 3.3 million views and 118k likes.
Looking at the dress, the corset has squeezed up her chest and the fabric does seem to be stretching on the sides, something many people pointed out in the comments.
One person wrote: "You are gorgeous. The dress is gorgeous. One size up would have hugged you perfectly. Dress for fit, not for size."
Another commented: "The lines aren't from your thighs being too big, it's from the dress being too small! Hope this helps!"
"The seams, girl. It's literally riding up from trying to stay together and don't get me started on where the boneing ends," penned a third.
Wedding Guest Outfit Etiquette
If you're struggling to decided on a dress to see you through wedding season, here's a few rules on what not to wear so you don't get in trouble.
Folklore says that wearing red at a wedding means you slept with the groom.
Casual attire like jeans and flip flops should always be avoided.
Any colour that could be picked up as white or cream - even if it's not.
Most would agree that your cleavage needs to be covered.
Wearing white is a massive no-no if you're not the bride.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "It's definitely the top. It's squishing your breasts. It's definitely too small, however you are tiny as well but need the top to be bigger. Not the bottom."
"Girl your friends are the real haters for not telling you this dress is screaming for help,' claimed a fifth
Someone else added: "The girls are begging for help. let them breathe a little."
