Kim Turnbull is setting the record straight.
The British DJ, who split from David Beckham and Victoria Beckham's son Romeo Beckham earlier this month, addressed the rumors that she'd previously been romantically involved with the 22-year-old's older brother, Brooklyn Beckham.
"I've avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire, however it's come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on," Kim wrote on her Instagram Stories June 16. "I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative."
"I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question," the 24-year-old added, seemingly alluding to Brooklyn, 26. "Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16."
Kim added, "I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation & set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved."
The model's statement comes less than two weeks after E! News learned that she'd split from Romeo after seven months of dating amid ongoing speculation that there's a feud within the Beckham family.
Kim isn't the only person connected to the situation who has taken matters into their own hands to combat false narratives playing out in public.

The model's statement comes less than two weeks after E! News learned that she'd split from Romeo after seven months of dating amid ongoing speculation that there's a feud within the Beckham family.
Kim isn't the only person connected to the situation who has taken matters into their own hands to combat false narratives playing out in public.
Amid the reports of their estrangement from the rest of the Beckhams, Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham hired a law firm to fight the rumors circulating about the pair.
'It's not for reputation management, but to set the record straight, combat spread of misinformation,' a source with knowledge of the situation told E! News June 2. 'Ironically, the inaccurate reporting proves exactly why one hires legal counsel, to set the record straight and combat the spread of deliberate misinformation.'
And, while Kim was at Romeo's side for some of his family member's milestone moments this year like Victoria's latest runway show and David's 50th birthday celebration, Brooklyn and Nicola's last known appearance at a Beckham family gathering was at Christmas.
Even though the couple hasn't been seen with the rest of his family in months, those close to the family deny that he's gone completely no-contact with Victoria and David, both of whom posted photos of Brooklyn while celebrating Father's Day June 15.
"This seems to be another deliberate attempt to misrepresent the truth,' an insider told E! News earlier this month, days before David was presented with a knighthood by during the monarch's June 14 birthday celebration. 'It only serves to distract from this honor being bestowed on Brooklyn's father.'
