A Photo Of Jack Harlow Alone On Valentine's Day Is Going Viral, And The Discourse Is Very Relatable
Jack Harlow's most recent dinner date has the internet talking.
On Feb. 14, aka Valentine's Day — the day when chocolate, candy, and flower sales skyrocket — Jack surprised everyone when he spotted a very popular New York restaurant.
In a photo shared by Pop Crave, the "Lovin' On Me" rapper was seen dining at the iconic French bistro in SoHo, Balthazar.
If you remember, it's the same restaurant that James Corden was banned from for being what the owner described as the "most abusive customer" and "extremely nasty." Fortunately, the owner later claimed that James had apologized and that everything had been forgiven.
Celebrities hit up hot spots like Balthazar all the time, but this particular sighting went viral because Jack was riding solo... on Valentine's Day. (See the photo here.)
Honestly, the "What's Poppin" rapper looked at peace sitting there solo, and I can't help but think he's a creative genius who's indirectly promoting his latest single (pun intended), "Set You Free," which just dropped on Feb. 12.
In "Set You Free," he literally starts the verse off, "I want to be alone / more than ever / Less free time / more endeavors / Less romance, get more cheddar."

On Jan. 8, Jack released "Tranquility," so it's fair to say that this new rollout has a theme.
Whatever the reason Jack was 🎶 all by myself 🎶 at Balthazar may be, the viral image generated interesting discourse online, with some people making obvious jokes and plenty of others supporting his choice and sharing their sentiments.

And a lot of people supported Jack's "quality me time" and brought up great points about normalizing doing activities on your own:

These Broadway portraits were stolen from Sardi's restaurant
It's not easy being green. Of the nearly 1,000 celebrity caricatures on the walls of iconic theater-district institution Sardi's, the one pilfered the most, oddly, is Kermit the Frog. 'Kermit was stolen three times. And then we screwed him up to the wall,' Johnny Felidi, longtime maître d' at the 100-year-old eatery, told The Post ahead of Sunday's Tony Awards. Advertisement Another celebrity who had to be screwed at the beloved West 44th Street eatery: Barbra Streisand. After her original 1963 portrait was purloined, it took the 'Funny Girl' 55 years to agree to another caricature. 8 Kermit the Frog, who filmed a scene at Sardi's for 'The Muppets Take Manhattan,' had his caricature stolen three times. The fiery feud between President Trump and Elon Musk is the most exciting public breakup since the days of Brangelina, according to Bill Maher. The late-night comedian compared the public warfare and vitriol to that of 'Godzilla vs. King Kong if Godzilla was on ketamine and King Kong had a combover.' The big beautiful break-up is even more shocking because Trump and Musk were 'so close,' like celebrity couples Brad Pitt and Angeline Jolie, and Ben Affleck and Jen Lopez, whose seemingly strong but ultimately whirlwind romances gripped tabloids for decades.
