While Priyanka Chopra owns multiple properties, in Mumbai, Los Angeles, and a vacation home in Goa, the actor's LA mansion that she shares with husband Nick Jonas, worth $20 million, is what grabs many eyeballs. The couple keeps sharing glimpses of their house on social media every now and then. The Encino property roughly translates to around Rs 160-170 crore. Here's a look inside their lavish mansion, where they currently reside.
Seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms
Priyanka and Nick purchased their $20 million California mansion in 2019. It is a 20,000 square-foot property which has seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, and high ceilings. Confirming the price of their house, Wall Street Journal wrote, 'The roughly 20,000-square-foot property has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, according to a description by The Agency, the listing brokerage.' The interior of their home is mostly white-themed, giving away a very sophisticated and plush appearance. The spacious house has a lot of wooden architecture in earthy tones.
They share their home with daughter Malti Marie and their dogs, Gino and Diana. Priyanka Chopra is often seen spending time in the living room in pictures and videos on the internet. A classic glass chandelier adds a special glossy finish to the minimalistic space. The area has a stunning fireplace, luxurious cream sofas, a wooden coffee table, floor-to-ceiling windows and leather armchairs with a rug.

Their king-sized infinity pool also has a backyard which has beautiful visible views of the city. The stars often chill in the space after a hectic work day. The pool has a wood flooring with cream furniture. There is also a tiki bar and metal chairs to relax around the pool area. The celebrity couple's mansion also opens to a green cover around and a huge garage where they park their luxury cars.

Why did Priyanka-Nick move out in 2020?
Priyanka Jonas and Nick Jonas had to move out of their mansion overnight due to a mold infestation caused by water damage in the pool and spa area. The issue was reportedly discovered in April 2020, when there was a water leak in their barbecue area of the deck. After vacating the property, the couple had to fight a legal battle and a lawsuit against the sellers of the house, which is still ongoing. They have, however, moved back into the renovated mansion in 2024.

EXCLUSIVE: Aamir Khan is ‘Honoured' to do Dadasaheb Phalke with Rajkumar Hirani: Says, ‘It's drama with comedy'

Earlier in the year, Pinkvilla was the first to report that after the historic success of 3 Idiots and PK, Aamir Khan and Rajkumar Hirani are teaming up for the third time. Soon after, they made the collaboration official, confirming that the film will be a biopic of Dadasaheb Phalke and announced a Christmas 2026 release. Ever since, there is a tremendous anticipation to know more on the feature film. In an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla, celebrating the success of Sitaare Zameen Par, we asked Aamir Khan to share an update on the reunion with Rajkumar Hirani. Aamir Khan confirmed that the film will go on floors in the last quarter of 2025 and the prep-work is currently underway. 'I think, Phalke is a huge challenge. Again, it's not a regular mainstream film loaded with action and set pieces. It is the story of a man, who did things that no one could even imagine back in the day. He was way ahead, he was an adventurer, he was a person who was full of life, and excitement about something he wanted to do. It is one man's journey on an adventure, which even he does not know about. It will be a great honour for Raju and me to make a biopic on Dadasaheb Phalke,' Aamir shared. Be it 3 Idiots or PK, all the collaborations of Aamir Khan and Rajkumar Hirani have been laced with strong undertones of comedy. Will we get to see humour in Phalke too? Aamir answered, 'I think, Raju and Abhijat (Joshi, writer) have special leaning towards comedy and so do I. All 3 of us really like humour and I think that's the genre which Raju likes to work in – drama with humour. So, this will also probably fall into the same genre.' Talking of Sitaare Zameen Par, the film is headed to make an entry in the Rs 100 crore club on its 9th day, and is a theatrical success. The RS Prassana directorial will consolidate its run with a clean hit tag once it tops the Rs 150 crore mark at the Indian Box Office, which should happen in the third weekend. Meanwhile, don't forget to watch the full interaction with Aamir Khan, wherein we spoke about his next with Lokesh Kanagaraj, Lahore 1947, Pritam Pyaare, Mahabharata, Sitaare Zameen Par's success and a lot more.

Meet actress who was once called 'too dark', later became Bollywood's leading lady, now her net worth is Rs..., she is...

She wasn't Bollywood's 'it girl' when she entered the scene—far from it. Called 'too dark,' 'too fat,' and 'too nerdy,' Kajol walked into the film industry with zero filters and even fewer expectations. The actress burst onto the screen in 1992 at age 18 with Bekhudi, co-starring Kamal Sadanah. The film was panned and flopped hard. In a 2023 Humans of Bombay interview, she reflected on the criticism and said, 'She is dark, she is fat, and she wears specs all the time. These were some of the judgments… I couldn't care less.' Her confidence proved stronger than any disparaging remark. How did she flip the script? Just a year later, fate smiled back with Baazigar, opposite Shah Rukh Khan. The thriller became a blockbuster and signalled a powerful turnaround. From there, Kajol's career trajectory transformed completely—she never looked back. What made her Bollywood's leading lady? Over three decades, Kajol claimed iconic roles in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Fanaa, Gupt, Dushman, and Tanhaji—to name a few. She shares the record for most Filmfare Best Actress awards (five) alongside Nutan, bagging wins for DDLJ, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, KKKH Gham, Fanaa, and My Name Is Khan. Kajol's net worth Financial Express reports a staggering net worth of Rs 250 crore, with annual earnings around Rs 25 crore. A powerhouse on screen and off, she continues to be sought after as the face of brands like Google Play, Kellogg's, Tata Salt, and Kwality Walls—building a lasting commercial empire. Kajol's most recent release Maa, hit cinemas today and marks her first full-fledged horror film. Directed by Vishal Furia, the film blends mythological horror with maternal grit, portraying Kajol as a mother battling a demonic curse to protect her daughter. Backed by Ajay Devgn's production, Maa has already sparked conversation for its chilling visuals and emotional depth, with early reactions praising Kajol's commanding performance and the film's atmospheric intensity. From a bruising debut that could have broken her to a reign of triumph, Kajol's journey is proof that self-belief can outshine every doubt. She's not just the girl who wore specs—she's the icon who redefined Bollywood.

Prakash Belawadi says a leading production house in Kannada made strangers defecate in his vanity van for not compromising on remuneration: 'Four of them threw meat everywhere'

Actor-turned-filmmaker Prakash Belawadi , known for his work in the Kannada and Hindi film industries, has stirred discussion following a recent revelation about a troubling experience with a leading production house in the Kannada film industry. The actor stated that he would not work with them again, even if offered a huge sum of money, but admitted he is afraid to name them. Prakash Belawadi shares horrible experience in Kannada industry Exclusive 'Thandel' Thrill With Naga Chaitanya: Love, Life & Wedding To Sobhita Dhulipala | WATCH In a recent conversation with Just Curious India, the veteran actor revealed that he was subjected to unprofessional treatment after refusing to lower his remuneration for a film. Prakash shared that he would not act under their banner even if they offered him Rs 10 lakh per day. 'Because I wouldn't bend on my rate, but the director wanted me to, they didn't pay me the final chunk of money. On the last day of the shoot, they sent people to my vanity van. Four of them ate, threw meat everywhere, emptied the water, and defecated. It was very hot, and I had to sit outside because it was so stinky,' he revealed. Prakash Belawadi about the cultured part of Sandalwood Prakash acknowledged that not everyone in the Kannada film industry behaves in such an 'extreme' manner and shared how he is pampered in other industries. 'There's no contract in a Kannada film—really backward and uncivilised. If you're a civilised person, your word should be enough. There was a time when Kannada was like that because it's a civilised culture. Most of the producers (who behave like this) aren't Kannadigas. If you work with the Rajkumar family, that's different—they're very cultured,' he added. Prakash Belawadi's work front Prakash Belawadi made his directorial debut with the award-winning English film Stumble in 2003. He was recently seen in Naga Chaitanya 's 'Thandel.'
