X Factor winner Lewis will be made an OBE for services to music and charity.
Ex-Labour politician Dame Patricia Hewitt, who as health secretary pushed forward the ban on smoking in enclosed public spaces, will be made a Dame Commander of the British Empire (DCB).
Former Conservative schools minister Sir Nick Gibb will receive a knighthood.
Presenter and singer Myleene Klass, a former member of the group Hear'Say and runner-up in the 2006 series of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, will be made an MBE for services to women's health, miscarriage awareness and charity.
Lewis, 40, won the third series of The X Factor in 2006 and went on to achieve success with singles including Bleeding Love, Run and Better In Time.
The British singer-songwriter from Islington, north London, became a seven-time Brit award nominee and was nominated three times for a Grammy award.
She has also carried out charity work with a number of organisations including the Prince's Trust, the Teenage Cancer Trust and WWF.
Dame Patricia, previously the chairwoman of NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board, is being honoured for services to healthcare transformation.
The former MP for Leicester West served as health secretary, trade and industry secretary and minister for women during Tony Blair's government.
The Australian-born politician stepped down from cabinet in June 2007 when Gordon Brown took over as prime minister.
Sir Nick was first elected as Conservative MP for Bognor Regis and Littlehampton in 1997 and was first appointed as school standards minister in 2010, before being removed from the post two years later.
He was brought back as minister for school standards in 2014 and remained in the role until the reshuffle in September 2021 when he was sacked by then prime minister Boris Johnson.
The veteran schools minister, who is being honoured for services to education, returned to the Department for Education (DfE) in October 2022 and stepped down from Government in 2023.
During his tenure he oversaw curriculum and exam reforms and was an advocate of phonics as a method of teaching children to read.
Klass, 47, has campaigned for paid bereavement leave to be extended to those who experience a miscarriage.
The mother of three suffered four miscarriages and has spoken openly about the psychological effects of baby loss on women.
She is an ambassador for the pregnancy and baby charity Tommy's and fronted the Bafta-nominated documentary Myleene Klass: Miscarriage And Me in 2021, in which she met women around the UK to hear their experiences.

Happy Valley's Sarah Lancashire says her role in the show 'was a leap of faith'

The actress has been awarded a Commander of the British Empire (CBE) by King Charles. Sarah Lancashire has spoken out about her starring role in the hit drama Happy Valley as she was honoured at Windsor Castle yesterday. The actress, 60, was awarded two leading actress Baftas for playing no-nonsense Sergeant Catherine Cawood in the popular BBC show. ‌ Before Sarah played the police officer, she had the role of barmaid Raquel Watts in Coronation Street, which she played for five years until 1996, appearing in more than 260 episodes, writes The Manchester Evening News. ‌ Happy Valley was on screens from 2014 to 2023, and the star opened up about her iconic role in it at Windsor Castle on Tuesday, after being formally made a Commander of the British Empire (CBE) by King Charles. ‌ Sarah said: "That was just born out of fear, abject fear, of feeling quite off-piste. Literally it was a leap of faith, jumping off the cliff at midnight in the dark. "But knowing that somebody has the confidence in you and the belief in you – she (Wainwright) is deeply persuasive as an individual, which I absolutely, really admire, I'm very grateful, always." ‌ Sally Wainwright wrote the story and the pair later collaborated on the Last Tango in Halifax. For her performance, Sarah won her first Bafta in 2014 for her supporting role. Asked what the biggest challenge was about playing Sergeant Cawood, Sarah replied: "The setting of it, being asked to play something which I had no knowledge of at all – absolutely no knowledge. ‌ "And knowing that the level of research that was available to me was going to be quite limited in the time available. "But in actual fact – as she (Wainwright) always said – it wasn't a procedural drama, it was not a police drama, it… was a family." ‌ Just in the last few weeks, Sarah was spotted in a rare public appearance as she attended Wimbledon with her husband, Peter Salmon. She first met the TV executive while working on Coronation Street, and the couple tied the knot in 2001. In 2003 Sarah and Peter welcomed their son Joseph. Sarah has two children from a previous marriage, and Peter has three. Sarah has previously shared: "We are not a public couple and we don't make our careers out of being a public couple. I know that people are interested but I don't even like talking about my relationship with Peter. "And I guard it because it is very precious. It is not a piece of drama, it is real life. My normal life. And I value my normality".

Our village is under threat from ‘Rave King's' plan to save his £2.5m mansion – we don't want celebs partying next door

The music promoter wants to build homes to restore his Dorset mansion PARTY PAD Our village is under threat from 'Rave King's' plan to save his £2.5m mansion – we don't want celebs partying next door Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A MUSIC promoter is planning to build 85 homes to save his £2.5m mansion leaving local residents furious. Music promoter, James Perkins, is renovating his 16th-century home dubbed the "Buckingham Palace of Dorset" after it was destroyed by a fire eight years ago. Scaffolding bills have soared to £1.7 million, the snooker room roof is falling in and the walls are crumbling. To fund the renovations, Perkins intends to construct 85 homes on 25 acres of the estate's fields subject to planning approval from Dorset Council. If successful, the mansion could host weddings, parties and overnight guests in sixty bedrooms. But residents, who were already furious with the council granting the venue a 24-hour alcohol license, have formed a group against the application. They told The Times that it would "destroy" local wildlife and the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and remove centuries-old footpaths. Locals also say that the site plan drawn up four years ago, which originally proposed 20 homes, has ballooned into proposals for dozens of dwellings across the green space. One resident also added that Perkins stood to benefit from a large capital increase on his private property while the council and villagers lost out. The previous alcohol license application faced so much backlash that the council meeting was forced to run for two days with the local Conservative MP saying it was not appropriate for the estate. But Perkins hopes he will be granted permission to build under "enabled development" laws. Our pretty town has become a ghetto plagued by machete-wielding yobs This means permission will be granted if the project generates funds that outweigh the harm caused by the development. He is confident that he has brought Historic England onside with the plans which initially stated it would not support the application but they are now due to advise the council committee. The application alone has cost approximately £1.5 million to submit. Celebrities such as Noel Gallagher, Kate Moss, Madonna and Bono have all attended lavish gatherings at Perkins' former property, Aynhoe Park. The wild parties at the stately home on the Northamptonshire-Oxfordshire border cemented Perkins reputation as the "rave king". Perkins was just 15 when he began staging home parties in his home town of Cheltenham. He went on to establish the rave music promoter Fantazia and in 1992, aged 22, he attracted nearly 30,000 people to a rave in Castle Donington. Parts of Parnham House date back to the mid-1500s when it was owned by the Strode family who lived at the property for more than 200 years. Over the centuries it has been used as a private home, nursing home, country club and woodwork school. During the Second World War, it was used by the US army as the headquarters for General Patton before the D-Day landings. A spokesman for Parnham House said: 'Through intensive planning and design work involving many consultants, including extensive talks with Dorset council, Historic England, and their subsidiaries, it was acknowledged that Enabling Development is the only solution to save this nationally important Grade 1-listed treasure. 'The enabling development application will raise the equity needed to save and restore the building to the minimum required factor and once again make Parnham something our neighbours and Dorset can be proud of.' The spokesman added that the plans would "increase the biodiversity of the estate" as well as restore nature highways along the River Brit and reopen the original drive and entrance. Both Perkins and Dorset Council have been approached for comment.

And the Scots star looked every bit delighted, as he gave a thumbs up in the group shot during the trip. Lewis was spotted hanging out with Dubliners Fontaine D.C - who took to the stage at Glasgow's TRNSMT festival earlier this month. Sam Fender, 31, also joined them in the photo as he cosied up to his actress girlfriend Rosa Collier, draping his arm round her shoulder. The tour guide company Killary Fjord Boat Tours posted the photo to Facebook, along with the caption: 'After all the excitement of having Lewis Capaldi and Fontaine DC aboard this weekend, here's the money shot, as captured by crew member Sinead, of the whole gang posing with the true star of Killary Fjord... our beautiful Connemara Lady!' Selfies featuring crew members with Lewis and Fontaine D.C's frontman Grian Chatten, 30, were also shared. One fan commented on the post: "Great photo, hope they enjoyed your great cruise." Another added: "Brilliant experience for them all." Praising the cruise, another said: "It's certainly spectacular." "Our beautiful Connemara Lady offers the perfect vantage point to soak in every moment of this spectacular scenery. "Whether you're seeking relaxation or exploration, a Killary Fjord cruise creates memories to treasure." The much-earned Irish break with friends came after Lewis revealed in a podcast how he ballooned to 20 stone after his 2023 Glastonbury breakdown - but is battling back to health thanks to his fitness trainer brother and anti-psychotic pills. He spoke candidly on This Past Weekend with Theo Von, about the run up to the ordeal which lead to him taking a two-year break to focus on his mental health, Tourette's diagnosis and crippling anxiety. The talented star made a huge comeback to Glastonbury 's Pyramid Stage last month to play a surprise set - and has since confirmed he is hitting the road on a brand new tour in September. 4 Lewis Capaldi, Sam Fender and the Irish band Fontaine D.C pose with their pals with the boat behind them Credit: Killary Fjord Boat Tours 4 Sam Fender took his girlfriend Rosa Collier along on the trip Credit: Alamy
