Among interviewees chosen by the teenagers were X Factor winner James Arthur and influencer Simon Squibb.
Topics covered include educational support for people with cerebral palsy and other special educational needs, and mental health challenges faced by youngsters,
Hundreds of young Big Issue vendors have accessed support from the magazine for issues including health and wellbeing.
Big Issue editor Paul McNamee said: 'Big Issue begins with opportunity. We offer young people who are frequently marginalised and on society's edge an opportunity to lift themselves up, both through the Big Issue's own earning and learning opportunities, and by championing their voices and views through our journalism.
'For this very special edition, we wanted to learn of the unfiltered hopes, concerns and future plans of this special group of young people. They chose the content, conducted the interviews, guided Big Issue team on how they wanted the pages will look.'
Jamie Masraff, OnSide's chief executive, said: 'This special youth edition of the Big Issue highlights what people lucky enough to work with young people already know.
'Despite tired stereotypes, young people are not disengaged or lacking in ambition. They are brilliant, care about their communities and are deeply connected to the issues shaping society.
'We're proud to support this edition and even prouder of the young people who have made it happen. At a time when so many young people are facing unprecedented challenges, we need more opportunities for them to be seen, heard, and celebrated.'

Girls Aloud star Cheryl has made her long-awaited return to the limelight after the tragic death of her ex-boyfriend and father of her son, Liam Payne, who passed away in 2024 Cheryl has made a triumphant return to the limelight following the heartbreaking loss of her former partner, Liam Payne. The 42 year old pop star is making waves in a glamorous video promoting skincare giant Nivea, marking a fresh start after months out of the public eye. The campaign, launched today, features the mum-of-one confidently walking into a studio before settling down in front of the camera and lights. Cheryl coyly hides her face behind a newspaper dated 'August 2025'. A tantalising message then appears: "A New Era, Tomorrow". Nivea teased fans with the clip, captioning it: "This is right up our street. Tomorrow. 9am. A new era of skincare... guess who's joining us?". It comes after Vogue Williams quits drinking after blacking out drunk at lavish showbiz wedding. One thrilled fan commented beneath the video: "Our beauty is back!!!" Another enthused: "I don't care what it is. I need to buy it! Cheryl's backkkk!". Cheryl was left heartbroken when One Direction star Liam, 31, tragically fell from his hotel balcony in Argentina in October. Despite parting ways in 2018, the couple maintained a close relationship for their son's sake. Liam expressed at the time: "We still have so much love for each other as a family. Bear is our world." Cheryl, who welcomed Bear, eight, with One Direction star Liam in 2017, was appointed to manage Liam's estate following his untimely death. She was given control over his £28,595,000 fortune and has made arrangements to set aside the money for their son until he reaches 25. This news comes as The Sun disclosed that the former X Factor judge is poised to make a TV comeback after five years and is in advanced discussions to be a mentor on The Voice. A telly insider revealed to The Sun: " and Cheryl first collaborated 16 years ago and have remained good friends ever since." She was the obvious choice to mentor his team when the Battle Rounds return four years after being axed. "A lot has transpired in Cheryl's personal life since she last worked on a talent show - BBC's The Greatest Dancer - so she's taking baby steps to put herself back out there." Teaming up with as a guest mentor seems the perfect way to kick-start her comeback. "The ITV series is slated to air in early 2026 and bosses are hopeful of persuading Cheryl to commit to the show permanently. Earlier Cheryl was seen in public for the first time this year following a terrifying stalker incident. A convicted murderer who left Cheryl "terrified" has been put behind bars. The pop star was deeply concerned for her son's safety when Daniel Bannister persistently turned up at her residence just weeks after Payne's funeral.

Christopher Biggins gives health update after surgery
Christopher Biggins gives health update after surgery The 76-year-old star has started taking medication Christopher Biggins attends the National Reality TV Awards 2025 on July 30, 2025 Actor Christopher Biggins has revealed he is using weight loss jabs as he needed to lose weight after having surgery on his knee. Porridge star Biggins, 76, said he is taking Mounjaro, which is made by Eli Lilly, who have joined forces with the Government in a bid to tackle obesity. He told GB News: 'I'm on Mounjaro… and I think it's good. I mean, I had a new knee put in, and I needed to lose weight because of the pressure on the knee.' Biggins also claimed that 'they're now finding out that this drug can cure a lot of other things' and added that 'we don't know the side effects' of it yet. In March, Biggins revealed that he had a 'pig valve' inserted into his heart and without the controversial operation he would be dead. Speaking to the Daily Express, the star said: "I am 76 and I've had a new valve put into my heart. A pigs valve." He continued: "My pig's heart is fantastic. You can either have a plastic one or a pig's one and I went for the pig's one. It was about three years ago and I've just had my check up and its all A1. "It's a marvellous operation." So risky was the operation that Biggins said he told his long-time partner Neil that he was going in to have a stent inserted as he didn't want him to worry. Biggins said: "They actually take the heart out of your body and it sits next to you when you are lying on the operating theatre. It's a major operation but luckily I had wonderful doctors and they were terrific. It's worked out brilliantly. It saves people and makes you live longer. So we have to blame the doctors and surgeons who are keeping us all alive. I take a drug and that's it." Article continues below Biggins revealed he has secretly battled skin cancer, saying "you just have to go on", as he said he has made a recovery after finding the melanoma. He also revealed that although happy to be alive, he couldn't think of anything worse than living over the age of 100. He said: "You just have to go on but the trouble is we are all living far too long. But I saw the other day Bear Grylls was saying he would like to live to 200 and I thought 'God, the thought of living to 100 is bad enough, not 200'. Stupid man. But I don't want to go on and on and on. " Weight loss jabs have been hailed as transformative by health leaders. The phased NHS roll-out of Lilly's weight loss jab Mounjaro to patients in England started in June for people with a body mass index (BMI) over 40 and at least four co-morbidities. Over the next three years, about 240,000 patients are expected to be eligible for the treatment. A number of celebrities have used medication, such as Ozempic, in a bid to control their weight, including former X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne. Article continues below Wegovy and Ozempic are semaglutide drugs, while Mounjaro is another weight loss treatment called tirzepatide. Chef Heston Blumenthal recently warned that weight loss drugs will have a negative effect on the food industry.

Lucy was first up and completed the challenge but after dropping to the floor she was realised she had injured herself. Instructor Jason Fox asked the singer: "Have you cut your balls off," to which Lucy replied: "I didn't have any to begin with." After giving the correct code to chief instructor Mark Billingham and completing the task, Lucy was seen hobbling over to join the rest of the team. She told them: "I've cut my labia on the harness, it's bleeding." Lucy has since revealed that she now needs reconstructive surgery on her private parts. She said: "I ripped my labia - it was bad. That's not a common injury. Actually, genuinely, that's never been the same, so much so I'm having some surgery soon to correct it. "I don't really know even what happened, I guess the harness was tight. "I was like: "This feels really bad. Surely there can't be anything." And I looked and there was a tear, there was lots of blood and the doctor came over and I turned around because at that point you literally don't care about anything. Dignity has gone. It was like: 'Oh my God, I thought it was your leg.' And I was like: 'No, no, it's not!'" Lucy's woes didn't end with the harness, however. During filming of this series she also nearly knocked one of her teeth out, fainted, and suffered more horror injuries when she face-planted the sea after trying to jump from a helicopter onto a boat. Watch as Celeb SAS Who Dares wins star Bianca Gascoigne QUITS show right at the very end of series That left her with a black eye, which was still present on her wedding day, and permanently displaced filler in her cheeks. Lucy said: "I had the filler under my eyes and when my face hit the sea so hard my filler migrated to the side of my face. "By that point I was just in pain the filler didn't migrate back, when I got home I had to have it dissolved." Elsewhere, two more celebrities decided to quit the process last night in a shock move. Rebecca Loos decided enough was enough when she couldn't overcome her fears to complete the challenge on the viaduct. The celebs had to launch themselves off the viaduct and swing to safety. While singer Lady Leshurr was seen writing a note before asking to speak to the DS, where she informed him she couldn't carry on. She said: "I can't continue because of my neck, staff." The star then explained she had injured it in the previous challenge where they had to carry a raft, and the DS said he didn't want her to risk further injury if she really felt she couldn't continue. She then left the camp, before her fellow celebrities found her note saying goodbye, many of them shocked at her sudden departure.
