Michelle Heaton showed off her incredible figure as she soaked up the sun in a sleek black bikini, proving 45 really is the new 25.
The Liberty X singer looked sensational on Saturday as she relaxed with a glass of non-alcoholic Nosecco following a day of fun in the sun with her family.
Her toned abs and bronzed skin stole the show as she posed poolside, flashing a confident smile.
Michelle, who has been open about her past battles with addiction, has turned her life around and now proudly embraces sobriety.
She toasted to her healthy lifestyle with a chilled glass of the fizz alternative, showing fans that glam doesn't need booze.
Michelle captioned the picture: 'Started of the day with double kayaking on the lake. We drove the #bude beach for lunch & ice cream then came back to clawford.lakes where the kids and Hugh went paddle boarding.
'And before dinner we watched the sun setting from our private jacuzzi on our wrap around deck ❤️'
The mum-of-two's enviable figure didn't go unnoticed, with fans flooding her comment section to praise her for looking better than ever.

Earlier in the day, Michelle enjoyed a wholesome outing kayaking with her husband Hugh and their children, Faith, 13, and AJ, 10, before winding down at their private jacuzzi.
Her strapless black two-piece featured flattering ruffles and high-cut bottoms that highlighted her gym-honed curves.
Michelle has credited clean living and regular workouts for her transformation.
Her fun-filled family holiday comes after Michelle opened up on how she nearly lost her husband during her battle with alcoholism as she reflected on 'burning bridges'.
The mother-of-two has been sober for four years after being hospitalised in 2021 during her battle with drink and drugs.
And while Michelle and Hugh are now more loved-up than ever, she admitted that their relationship wasn't always smooth sailing due to her substance issues.
In an interview with OK! Magazine last year, she explained that at the height of her addiction she would continually tell the businessman to leave her and would often push him away.
When asked if her addiction impacted her relationship with her husband, Michelle said: 'Massively - my husband, thank God, never walked out.
'He knew I was in there somewhere, he was just waiting for me to find myself again. I've burnt bridges with friends – they couldn't bear to see me self-destruct.
'When you're an alcoholic, you push people away because you feel like you don't deserve love.'
Michelle explained that they now communicate very openly about her previous issues and have 'answered a lot of questions'.
During the four years of her addiction Hugh - who she married in 2010 - has to disassociate from her behaviour in a bid to 'stay healthy for their family'.
Dubbing him 'Mr Perfect', the songstress said she has a 'very good man' and saved her life but his messy behaviour at home does drive her crazy.
At the height of her battle, the singer drank two bottles of wine and a bottle of vodka 'virtually every day since 2018', when an intervention led by Katie Price resulted in her checking herself into rehab.
