And the Istanbul side are prepared to meet Sancho's demands for £10m a season in wages.
Sancho, 25, returned to United last month when Chelsea paid a £5m penalty clause at the end of his loan agreement rather than splashing out £25m to make the deal permanent.
It was the latest incident in an ill-starred four years at Old Trafford since his £73m move from Dortmund in 2021.
London-born Sancho, who was on Manchester City's youth books before his four seasons in the Bundesliga, was involved in a spectacular fall-out with United boss Erik ten Hag.

GARNA GO Man Utd and Chelsea 'consider sensational swap deal to send Garnacho to Blues'
Sancho accused the Dutchman of making him a 'scapegoat" before a loan return to Dortmund in January 2024.
Last summer, despite starting the campaign in the United squad, he was sent to Chelsea on deadline day.
Sancho scored five goals in 41 appearances for the Blues, including a beauty in the Conference League Final comeback win over Real Betis, but it was not enough to persuade Enzo Maresca to pull the trigger on a permanent move.
But with new United gaffer Ruben Amorim having made it clear he sees no United future for the winger, Sancho is looking for a move.

Italian giants Juventus have signalled their interest in a potential swap deal.
But United need to balance their PSR finances with a cash sale - Sancho's 'book value' for next term is £15m - the preferred option.

Fenerbahce, desperate to usurp fierce rivals Galatasaray and reclaim the Turkish crown, have emerged as the strongest suitors, with Mourinho believing the former England man could be a game-breaker.
Sancho's £300,000-a-week wages have proved prohibitive for a number of interested clubs.
But Turkey's much lower taxes would see the former Borussia Dortmund star match his take-home salary from United.

Barcelona plot Marcus Rashford loan move after Man United outcast revealed his desire to play alongside Lamine Yamal
Manchester United 's Marcus Rashford is the subject of loan interest from Barcelona this summer. Rashford made his desire to play in Spain clear in recent days when claiming he would love to feature alongside Lamine Yamal. Barca are weighing up approaching United over a deal for the next season, with the Reds hoping to secure a loan fee. The La Liga champions want a straight switch and for United to subsidise a portion of Rashford's wages of more than £300,000 a week. The 27-year-old spent the second half of last season at Aston Villa, scoring two Premier League goals in 10 appearances. Barca have identified Athletic Bilbao's Nico Williams as their primary attacking target but their pursuit of the Spain international is unlikely to deter a move for Rashford given his versatility. Rashford, who spent the second half of the season on loan at Aston Villa has spoken openly about his desire to play alongside Barcelona's teenage sensation Lamine Yamal Meanwhile, Fenerbahce are monitoring developments with Jadon Sancho. The winger hasn't played a competitive game for United in 18 months after loan spells at Borussia Dortmund and Chelsea.

Man Utd dealt transfer blow as AC Milan make offer for £34m target
Manchester United have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of Ardon Jashari after AC Milan made an offer for the Club Brugge midfielder, according to reports. United are plotting their latest summer rebuild after a miserable campaign last time out under Ruben Amorim. Matheus Cunha has already arrived from Wolves, but the Red Devils are in the market for several more signings ahead of next season. Central midfield is one area where the Red Devils are keen to replenish, particularly after the depature of Christian Eriksen, with Jashari emerging as a potential target in recent weeks. The 22-year-old Swiss midfielder's superb season with Club Brugge domestically has attracted interest from several top clubs around Europe, including Manchester City. According to the Mirror, United have held early talks with Jashari's representatives as they mull over an official bid to sign the impressive youngster. But Amorim's side may have to act quickly to secure Jashari's services, with widespread reports suggesting Milan have already lodged an initial £25.6million bid to sign the midfielder. Club Brugge do not need to sell, with Jashari under contract until the summer of 2029, and are likely to demand a fee of around £34m package (€40m) to let go of their prized asset. Speaking at the end of last season about his future, Jashari said: 'My last game didn't really feel like a farewell at Jan Breydel Stadium. 'I still have a long-term contract. But in football, you never know what will happen.' Currently, United's full focus appears to be on signing Brentford attacker Bryan Mbeumo to bolster their attacking options. More Trending The Red Devils had an initial offer rejected by Brentford but have returned with an improved bid worth more than £60m for the Cameroon international. Other high-profile signigs this summer may have to be funded by departures, with several high-earning United players already on the chopping block. Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford have both fallen out with Amorim and look set to depart, while Jadon Sancho and Antony are also expected to leave after returning from their respective loans. Rasmus Hojlund could also depart Old Trafford, too, with Napoli interested in a deal for the misfiring striker. For more stories like this, check our sport page.
