By the following August she had lost 2.5 stone, and now she has lost another stone. Taking to Instagram to reveal her big news , Susan shared a photo of herself looking slimmed down in the gym. She wrote next to the incredible snap: "Hit another fitness milestone today. 22kg weight loss represented here by two kettlebells because they didn't have one kettlebell heavy enough.
