VAR decisions were often vague throughout the 2024/25 season.
Though the upcoming changes won't affect the decision-making process, they will at least provide more clarity.
'The big news for next season will be on-field announcements,' Rocchi admitted.
'The referee will be able to explain the decision made after a VAR intervention directly to the stadium and on TV.
'This is an important step forward in communication, which we have been managing transparently for years,' he continued.
'Now, however, the explanations will be in real-time, in front of everyone.
'We will prepare thoroughly,' Rocchi added. 'Especially from a communication standpoint.
'We have a selected group and want to standardize language and content to be clear with the public.
'There is no maximum time limit for on-field announcements because every referee has their own style, language, and reaction times.
'We still need to work on standardizing the content of the explanations.
'But we will not impose strict limits: the quality of communication will matter most.'

Chelsea players have decided to donate a portion of their Club World Cup bonuses to the family of Diogo Jota and André Silva, according to The Athletic. Tributes to continue for Jota, Silva The soccer world began paying tribute to the brothers following their tragic deaths in early July. Moments of silence were held at matches, including the Women's EUROs and Club World Cup. Other tributes were seen at Oasis' first reunion concert in Wales and by players around the world performing Jota's video game celebration. Ahead of Friday's Premier League opener against Bournemouth, Liverpool have announced they will dedicate the cover of its match day program to Jota, who played 123 times for the club, and Silva. All players across the league will wear black arms bands this weekend and will take part in a moment of silence. Jota will also be immortalized with a statue at Anfield, Liverpool's home ground, and players will wear a "Forever 20" emblem on their jerseys this season in reference to his number. The No. 20 has also been permanently retired by the club, the first time that honor has been bestowed on a former player in club history. Jota's death led to a poignant moment of silence at the Club World Cup match between Fluminense and Al-Hilal last week, as Al-Hilal defenders Rúben Neves and João Cancelo — two of Jota's Portugal teammates — became emotional. The next day, Neves and Cancelo flew back to Portugal for Jota's funeral, in which Neves served as a pallbearer.

Keith Andrews: Yoane Wissa unavailable for Brentford's Premier League opener due to disrupted summer
Brentford head coach Keith Andrews has said he has decided Yoane Wissa will be unavailable for Brentford's Premier League opener against Nottingham Forest due to the forward's uncertain future. The Athletic reported in July that Brentford rejected a £25million bid from Newcastle for Wissa, while Forest also had an approach knocked back. The 28-year-old forward subsequently withdrew from Brentford's training camp in Portugal, and he has not featured in any of the club's pre-season fixtures.
