He is the second player to swap Plymouth for Stevenage in a week following midfielder Jordan Houghton on Friday.
Earley joined the Pilgrims in January 2023 and made 11 appearances in his first season, scoring twice, before spending 2024-25 on loan with Lincoln and Wycombe.
He played 27 times for Stevenage during their promotion-winning campaign to League One during a loan spell from former club Norwich City.

Justin Rose Joins Exclusive Eight-Man PGA Tour Money Club

Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. Victory at the FedEx St. Jude Championship has had a significant impact on Justin Rose's career. With this title, he returned to the PGA Tour winner's circle for the first time in more than two years, returned to the top 10 of the world rankings after more than five years, and guaranteed his tour card for the next two seasons. However, his inclusion on an exclusive PGA Tour list stands out. Rose is only the eighth player in tour history to bank more than $70 million in career earnings. His title in Memphis raised his total to $73.2 million, ranking him sixth on the all-time list. This ranking is led by the legendary Tiger Woods, with $121 million in career earnings. Rory McIlroy is the only other player to have surpassed the $100 million mark ($107.1 million). Next in order are Phil Mickelson ($96.7 million), Scottie Scheffler ($92.2 million), Dustin Johnson ($75.7 million), Rose, Jim Furyk ($71.5 million), and Vijay Singh ($71.3 million). Getty Images/Andrew Redington Rose has surpassed not only Furyk and Singh, but also several other illustrious names, both legendary players and younger stars. These include Adam Scott ($69.7 million), Justin Thomas ($69.3 million), and Jordan Spieth ($65.9 million). Thomas could become the ninth member of the $70 million club this week with a strong finish at the BMW Championship. Scott, who missed the playoffs, will have to wait a bit longer, although he should complete this feat in a few starts, likely during the FedEx Cup Fall. The 2025 season is already Rose's best in terms of earnings, with $8.2 million, thanks not only to his victory at the FedEx St. Jude Championship, but also to his second-place finish at the Masters and his three other top-10 finishes, two of them at signature events. This is why I practice. This is why I compete. For moments like this! 🏆 — Justin ROSE (@JustinRose99) August 11, 2025 Now he'll have two more unbeatable opportunities to continue adding to this total, as he will compete in the BMW Championship, which has a $20 million purse to be distributed among a 50-player field, and in the TOUR Championship, in which only 30 players will compete for a $40 million purse. His previous best season, from a financial standpoint, was 2017-2018, in which he won two tournaments, finished second three times, and collected $8.1 million. He also won the FedEx Cup title that year. Rose had been out of the winner's circle since the 2023 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, while he last ranked in the top 10 in the world rankings at the 2020 Genesis Invitational (he started there as world No. 10). Emma Raducanu complains about crying child in Cincinnati Open loss

Emma Raducanu urged a Cincinnati Open umpire to remove a crying child during her thrilling match against Aryna Sabalenka on Monday, briefly pausing the action over the matter. As the British tennis star, 22, prepared to serve in the third set of the Round of 32 clash, an eventual 7-6 (6), 4-6, 7-6 (7) loss, wailing sounds emerged from the stands, prompting Raducanu to speak with the umpire. 'It's been, like, 10 minutes,' Raducanu told the official. 4 Emma Raducanu called attention to a crying baby during her match in Cincinnati in August 2025. X When the umpire replied, 'It's a child, do you want me to send a child out of the stadium?' spectators responded on Raducanu's behalf with a resounding 'yes,' with the 2021 U.S. Open champ raising her hand in their direction while smiling. 'I can call in, but we need to continue for the moment,' the official said as the crowd applauded. Sabalenka, 27, who will next face Spain's Jessica Bouzas Maneiro in the Round of 16 on Wednesday, last faced Raducanu at Wimbledon. 4 Emma Raducanu appreciated the support X 4 Emma Raducanu fell to Aryna Sabalenka at the Cincinnati Open in August 2025. Aaron Doster-Imagn Images The three-time Grand Slam winner defeated Raducanu, 7-6 (8), 6-4, in early July. 'I don't think I've really had a loss like this in a long time, where I feel like I maybe had chances and didn't take them,' Raducanu said at the time. '… It's going to take me a few days to process. But at the same time, it really motivates me. 'It could be a good thing that I'm like, 'OK, I want to get straight back to work.' I want to solidify my game so that in the big moments I can back myself a little bit more.' 4 They battled each other at Wimbledon earlier this summer. Raducanu topped Canadian Leylah Fernandez in the women's singles final four years ago, 6-4, 6-3.
