Addressing the gathering, Nani reflected on Dulquer's journey in Telugu cinema and praised his meteoric rise across industries. 'In his early Telugu days, I lent my voice to 'OK Bangaram'. From there to here, he's grown through sheer hard work. I'm proud to be part of his journey. He's truly a Pan-Indian superstar,' he said.The film is set for a wide release in five languages, further solidifying Dulquer's growing reach across Indian cinema. Adding to the buzz is an accomplished crew: National Award-winning composer GV Prakash Kumar will score the music, with Anay Om Goswamy as the cinematographer and Avinash Kolla serving as production designer.Director Srikanth Odela ('The Paradise') also made an appearance at the launch, adding to the weight of industry support behind the film.'DQ41' comes on the heels of Dulquer's box office success with 'Lucky Bhaskar', a black comedy crime drama that recently crossed the Rs 100 crore mark.- Ends

Isha Koppikar recalls being humiliated by South choreographer in her debut film: 'These girls come from Bollywood, they don't know anything'
Before establishing herself in Bollywood with roles in films like Shah Rukh Khan's Don and Ram Gopal Varma's Company, Isha Koppikar faced a bruising start to her acting journey in the South film industry. In a recent interview, the actor opened up about being humiliated by a choreographer during her debut Telugu film W/o V. Vara Prasad (1997), where she had appeared in a song sequence. Sharing the incident, Isha told Digital Commentary, 'It happened in South. And it was just the beginning. I already had two films. So, it was before Bollywood. When I was on the set, there was a lot of dance. You know South dance. They're not easy.' The choreographer, she recalled, publicly shamed her on set in front of the entire unit, accusing her of being a clueless Bollywood import. 'He told me in front of everyone, 'These girls come from Bollywood. They don't know anything. I don't know why they take them... If you don't know dance, then why did you come here?'' 'I cried in my van... then I called Usha ji' Isha said she was devastated by the criticism. I went into my make-up van and I cried.' But instead of letting the moment defeat her, she turned it into a motivator. 'I took it as a challenge. You come and teach me all the songs of Saroj ji.' She took out time and came to my house in Mahim and taught me daily.' Isha trained on classic Bollywood numbers like Taal Se Taal Mila and Mujhe Rang De, which she says covered all the major moves used in the industry. How Khallas changed the game Despite all the dance training, Isha notes that ironically, her breakthrough item number Khallas in Company didn't have too much choreography. 'If you look at it, there is not much dance in Khallas, but people felt that I know how to dance. Because I had gained confidence. A lot of confidence.' She credited Khallas director Ram Gopal Varma and choreographer Ganesh Acharya for giving her the confidence to shine. 'Ramu came to me and said, 'I have made this set for you. You should feel that this is your father's set. I want such an attitude.' So I said, 'Okay. If it is my father's, then I will bring the same attitude.' And then Khallas happened and magic happened.'

Ridhi Dogra on love after divorce from Raqesh Bapat: ‘I'm a big romantic... but I'll never let go of my self-respect again'
Ridhi Dogra and Raqesh Bapat were once one of the most loved couples on Indian television. The two met on the sets of Maryada, fell in love, and tied the knot on May 29, 2011. She admitted that she once put herself down in the name of love, something she strongly advises others never to do. 'Apne baare mai, apni self respect k baare mai fikr na kar k, maine beintah pyaar kiya. So I think that's the craziest thing I did for love. Jo kisi ko v nahi karna chahiye. Because it's a downslide.' She added that many people often mistake this behaviour for love, but clarified, 'Yeh pyaar nahi hai.' 'Holi is one of my favourite festivals', says Ridhi Dogra 'Don't walk down that road' Ridhi explained that when someone compromises their self-worth for love, they eventually lose sight of their own identity. She urged people not to walk that path. 'Please apne self-worth, self-respect ki dhajjiyan mat udayi. Because in return you will be left with the feeling of 'Main kaun hu?'' Since her split from Raqesh, Ridhi has kept her personal life away from the public eye and hasn't been linked to anyone romantically. Raqesh, on the other hand, dated Bigg Boss OTT co-contestant Shamita Shetty, but they reportedly parted ways in 2022. Professionally, Ridhi has only soared higher. She made her Bollywood presence felt in big-ticket films like Tiger 3 alongside Salman Khan and Jawan with Shah Rukh Khan, proving she's carved out a space for herself beyond television.
