Each apartment comes with a 1,950 sq ft carpet area, a built-up area of 217.47 sq m, and four dedicated parking spots. Together, the couple reportedly paid Rs 60 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration fees.With back-to-back real estate investments and big-ticket acting projects, Jaideep's financial profile has seen a sharp upward turn. Masala! reported that the actor allegedly charged Rs 20 crore for Paatal Lok Season 2, raising his net worth from Rs 8 crore to a reported Rs 28 crore. Bhubaneswar: Visitors to BDA City Centre, formerly known as Nicco Park, have expressed dissatisfaction with the facility's deteriorating conditions despite an entry fee of Rs 100. "We saw the photos of the park and facilities and went there to spend a good time. First they took Rs 700 for seven people, but the rides they provided were not up to the mark. The other city parks are way better," she claimed. Siddhant Kumar Barai, a corporate employee, said, "The worst part is the odour. The water coasters are in a dilapidated condition. The pond for boating also stinks." In response, the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has announced plans for a comprehensive redevelopment of the park. The ambitious project, at an estimated budget of Rs 200 crore, will include the development of a 3.5-km stormwater channel and a lake zone along drainage channel 10 near Smart Janpath. BDA vice-chairman N Thirumala Naik said, "The issue was discussed recently at a high-level meeting and it was decided that an agency will be roped in for redevelopment of the park." Suprabha Dhal, from the park's operating team, attributed the decline in visitor numbers to damage from past cyclones and the impact of Covid-19 pandemic. "Earlier, the daily footfall used to be 5,000, but now there are not more than 200 visitors. The govt is planning a revamp of the park and will allocate funds for the purpose. We are hopeful the park will return to its earlier glory soon," Dhal said.

The trio behind Netflix's breakout series Cobra Kai-Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg and Josh Heald are developing a brand-new Harold & Kumar film, reported Deadline. The project is being backed by Lionsgate's Mandate Pictures, the same studio that supported the stoner duo's original escapades two decades ago. This marks a homecoming of sorts for the creators, who launched their Hollywood careers with the now-iconic franchise. They co-wrote the first film, Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle, back in 2004 and later made their directorial debut with 2008's Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay. While casting is still being finalised, John Cho and Kal Penn who played Harold Lee and Kumar Patel are reportedly in talks to reprise their roles. Though their deals aren't officially closed, sources suggest both actors are likely to return for this new chapter. Hurwitz and Schlossberg will direct the film from a script co-written with Heald. The trio will also produce under their Counterbalance Entertainment banner, alongside longtime franchise collaborator Greg Shapiro. Nathan Kahane, who currently serves as Lionsgate's Motion Picture Group President, is also on board as producer, just before his planned departure from the studio. Dina Hillier will executive produce for Counterbalance, reported Deadline. What started as a modest box office performer has grown into a full-blown cult classic.
