The median home in Collier County listed for $749,000 in May, slightly down from the previous month's $754,500, an analysis of data from Realtor.com shows.
Compared to May 2024, the median home list price decreased 6.3% from $799,450.

Collier County's median home was 1,803 square feet, listed at $426 per square foot. The price per square foot of homes for sale is down 8% from May 2024.
Listings in Collier County moved slowly, at a median 95 days listed compared to the May national median of 51 days on the market. In the previous month, homes had a median of 81 days on the market. Around 988 homes were newly listed on the market in May, a 17.7% decrease from 1,200 new listings in May 2024.

The average can be skewed by one particularly low or high price.
