Princess Beatrice shares a rare public kiss with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi as temperatures soar at Royal Ascot

Princess Beatrice and husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi packed on the PDA at Royal Ascot today as they shared a rare public kiss.
The affectionate couple were spotted laughing and pointing as they followed the day's action, clearly caught up in the excitement of the track at the Berkshire racecourse.
Beatrice, 36, embraced the early summer heatwave with a standout look that channelled garden-party chic.
Opting for a printed Monique Lhuillier dress in this season's must-have hue, sunshine yellow, the royal wowed in a bold A-line silhouette adorned with graphic florals.
Styled by Olivia Buckingham, the princess completed her look with a Justine Bradley Hill hat, a structured Mark Cross clutch and a pair of timeless Manolo Blahnik heels.
Her husband, Edoardo, 41, complemented her summery ensemble with a red velvet tie, adding a hint of playful elegance to his otherwise traditional formalwear.
And in one passionate moment, the royal couple drew in for a tender kiss amid the chaos of the races.
It seemed love was in the air at the races today, as Princess Anne's son Peter Phillips and his new girlfriend Harriet Sperling were also spotted having a smooch.
Royal Ascot, one of the most anticipated events in the British social calendar, is known not just for its high-stakes racing but also for its fashion spectacle.
Attended by members of the royal family and elite guests, it's a chance for royals to showcase their personal style.
With soaring temperatures and the official start of summer, the princess's floral moment felt perfectly timed.
And other members of The Firm once again descended on Royal Ascot amid soaring 32C temperatures.
Members of the royal family - including Peter Phillips and his new girlfriend Harriet Sperling - appeared not to break a sweat on the racecourse despite scorching temperatures during Ladies Day at the Berkshire Races.
King Charles, 76, sat next to Queen Camilla, 77, in the first carriage as it travelled past packed stands - although there was once again no sign of the Princess of Wales, who withdrew from yesterday's events at the last minute.
There were no less than 10 members of the royal family in today's official procession, keeping their cool after the UK was put on an amber heat health alert for the first time since September 2023.
But as the mercury soared well into the 30s, some racegoers began to fall ill in the baking heat.
According to the BBC, a spokesperson for the event said one person was taken to hospital, while 42 more received treatment on site.
With 41,000 spectators attending yesterday alone, staff have been giving out free water, while installing additional gazebos and parasols.
Today, Peter Phillips was once again joined by his NHS girlfriend Harriet Sperling - after they joined the official carriage procession on Tuesday - and the couple were seen holding hands and even shared a smooch in the royal enclosure.
Harriet, 45, looked radiant once again in a gorgeous yellow ensemble, adding a matching fascinator with a bow - in a display truly fit for royalty.
Peter, 47, who is King Charles's nephew and the son of Princess Anne, has been dating Harriet for over a year, after breaking up with his previous partner of three-years, Lindsay Wallace.
The duo seemed sweetly loved-up as they held hands, while Peter even matched his tie to the butter yellow shade of Harriet's dress.
Following the procession, Harriet was seen in conversation with a very amused King Charles - yet another indication that she's been granted the royal sign of approval.
In sweltering temperatures spectators swept into the famous Berkshire racecourse before the feature race of the week, the Gold Cup, with the winning jockey and trainer receiving their prizes from the King and Queen.
In the second carriage today was the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh as well as Princess Anne, 74, and her husband Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence.
Charles's stylish nieces Zara Tindall, 44, and her husband Mike, 46, as well as Beatrice and her husband Edoardo, featured in the third and fourth carriage.
Zara herself looked glamorous in a monochrome Laura Green shirt dress, which she teamed with an elegant hat.

Calvin Harris forced to take extreme measures at £3.6m Cotswolds mansion after bus passengers could see into bedrooms

CALVIN Harris has been forced to take extreme measures at his Cotswolds mansion as he and pregnant wife Vick Hope prepare to move in later this year. The Scottish music sensation, 41, bought his stunning home for £3.6million in 2019, but has now be forced to make some adjustments to it after bus passengers could see into his bedrooms. 4 4 4 Calvin has knocked down the Cotswolds mansion and has rebuilt it over five years, with it now nearing total completion. But he recently discovered that a bus route goes past his home, which allows people onboard the bus to see in. Because of this, the iconic DJ has had to take a drastic measure. Calvin has had to install one way glass to preserve his privacy and keep his family life out of the public eye. The reflective glass allows him to see out, but no-one to see in. The Daily Mail reports that the new glass was visible this week as scaffolding was removed from the newly-built abode. He has also reportedly bought two neighbouring homes, as per reports. Calvin and Radio 1 presenter Vick Hope are due to move into the newly-built and adapted home later this summer. Architect Ben Pentreath, a favourite of the royals, designed the property which will be completed this year. A source previously told the paper: "There's no expense spared and it's going to be amazing." Pregnant Vick Hope parties at BBC Radio One's Big Weekend after going on maternity leave The happy couple, who tied the knot on their Ibiza farm in 2023, will become parents later this year, it was recently revealed. And the couple's new home, which Calvin purchased in 2019, looks to be the ideal family home. At the end of May, Vick shared the news of her pregnancy live on Radio 1. On air, she told Jamie Laing: "I should probably also say this is my final week before I go on maternity leave." Former Made In Chelsea star Jamie then told her: "You're an amazing friend, an amazing person, and you're just going to be an amazing mum,." She replied: "Oh, thank you." Vick appeared to celebrate her baby shower a couple of weeks ago as she shared a picture playing a baby shower game - during a meal with friends. Calvin and Vick made their first official outing together at The Chelsea Flower Show in May 2022. After just five months together, a huge sparkler was spotted on Vick's finger. They then got married in September 2023 at Hulne Priory, Alnwick, Northumberland.

PATRICK MARMION reviews Stereophonic at the Duke of York's Theatre: Sex, drugs, rock 'n' roll... all that's missing is Fleetwood Mac

Stereophonic (Duke of York's Theatre, London) Verdict: Goes its own way Welcome to Stereophonic, the ' Fleetwood Mac ' play with music. Now in the West End after winning five Tony Awards on Broadway, it re-creates one of the most notorious episodes of sex, drugs 'n' rock and roll excess in all of pop history: the recording of the band's 1977 album Rumours. In the studio back then, singing and squabbling and much more besides, were Americans Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham, alongside Brits Christine and John McVie and drummer Mick Fleetwood. As you would expect, this gives us lots to get high on in this three-and-a-quarter hour, fly-on-the-wall, dysfunctional re-enactment. But for all the slick, intoxicating staging and a jaunty rock score by Will Butler (formerly of Arcade Fire) played live by the multi-talented cast – there is one very big elephant in the studio. This is not actually Fleetwood Mac (and the name of the fictional band is never mentioned). Lucy Karczewski makes a riveting West End debut as the not-Nicks character 'Diana', combining the innocence of Ariana Grande and the agonies of Adele. She's insidiously controlled by a shady Jack Riddiford as the not-Buckingham character 'Peter' – an insecure 'covert rebel' who was the band's commercial whip-cracker. Chris Stack brings Jeff Bridges vibes to the not-Fleetwood drummer 'Simon'. And as the not-McVies we have booze-sodden Reg (Zachary Hart, falling apart in front of our eyes) and exasperated Holly (Nia Towles). There's also a terrific comic Beavis and Butthead-esque double act from Eli Gelb and Andrew R. Butler as the two sound mixers, Grover and Charlie. David Adjmi's script gets as close to reality as he probably dared; and Daniel Aukin's production is nothing if not watchable, thanks to a remarkable set by David Zinn. Butler is careful not to expose his score to much comparison, offering mostly musical riffs and snatches. And none of his full-length songs come close to matching the glorious internecine conflict of Go Your Own Way. If only they'd had the rights to Rumours... this really could have been something stunning. Stereophonic runs until October 11. Anna Karenina (Festival Theatre, Chichester) Verdict: Bookish Rating: In Chichester it's not quite Anna Karenina, either. What we want from Leo Tolstoy's 19th-century Russian door-stop is a mad-passionate love story set amid dramatic social upheaval. What we get, in Phillip Breen's artfully experimental production, is academic analysis and fascinating stagecraft. Game Of Thrones star Natalie Dormer lends steeliness and intelligence to the title role of the society woman who scandalises St Petersburg by leaving her husband and child for the catastrophic allure of Count Vronsky (Seamus Dillane, son of Stephen). But their relationship feels bookishly inert. Dormer would have been better off with the man playing the novel's Tolstoy character Levin (David Oakes), who oozes charisma as a reticent man of the country. And Oakes also happens to be Dormer's real-life husband! Mobilising 19 actors over three hours, Breen's script gives up on drama and has characters explain themselves in awkward soliloquies. But it's cleverly performed amid dolls' houses and rocking horses – as well as toy trains, foreshadowing Anna's eventual fate on the tracks. Anna Karenina is on until June 28.

Coastal bungalow hits the market for £275k - boasting two bedrooms, sea views and what eagle-eyed buyers have dubbed a spooky surprise... can YOU see it?

A two-bedroom home on sale in Skegness may give potential buyers a fright when they take a look in the living room. The bungalow on North Shore Road is up for sale for £275,000 and is described as being closer to the beach than any other home in the town. It is situated just a one-minute walk away from the beach and has a popular golf club situated behind the property. This unique location makes the property ideal for keen golfers and couples who enjoy long walks along the beach. Complete with a spacious sitting room, a kitchen with plenty of storage and a conservatory with sea views, the detached bungalow is an attractive offer for its price. However, house-hunters may be put off by a bizarre ornament in the living room. What appears to be a Halloween ornament stands against a wall, near the room's entrance, which could give buyers the fright of their life as they enter through the corridor. The spooky statue of a grey-haired man, possibly a supernatural spirit or ghostly butler, holds roses and candles. A similar 'Halloween Hunchback Monster Man' ornament is available to purchase online. The figure, which lights up and also speaks spooky phrases, costs a pricey £192. The hunchbacked man is in stark contrast to the surrounding decor, which includes a couple's landscape picture on the beach, yellow sofas and bright-coloured walls. The rest of the house is also more unassuming, a conservatory adjacent to the lounge offers views of the sea. The conservatory has UPVCC double glazed windows with a tiled floor, wall-mounted independent electric heaters and a light with a fan. There is a small, low-maintenance garden at the back of the home with a raised patio and seating area to watch the sunrise from, as well as a further gated outside area ideal for parking. Another house recently featured an unusual ornament in pictures for its listing. A three-bedroom home in Bridgend came with an eight-foot shark displayed on the wall. It was a confusing addition to the otherwise typical detached property. The detailed animal bust complements the old-fashioned diving suit which tops a bookcase in the room, but clashes sharply with an equally bizarre red model car. At £199,950 the house remains well priced with its three floors and a garage on the side. Taking to TikTok, @HousingHorrors took a peek at the terrifying interior decoration centrepiece, which boasts a blue and white design to match the walls. 'This is the b****y eight-foot shark. What the b****y hell are the owners thinking,' the TikToker said. The social media personality then pointed out that the model shark and accompanying retro car looked out of place alongside the relatively normal features of the rest of the house. But, in conclusion, the TikToker praised the mercurial design technique and at one point even joked, 'take my money'. He added: 'It's safe to say the absolute icing on the cake is definitely the eight-foot shark in the living room.
