Signage for the new restaurant has recently been installed and internal work is ongoing to transform the unit into a "newly expanded restaurant concept."
The Asian eatery will be open from Sunday-Friday 12.00pm-2.30pm and from 4.30pm-10.30pm as well as Saturday from 12.00pm-10.30pm on Saturdays.
An exact opening date is yet to be revealed, but the team have launched a website and Instagram page showing before and after pictures inside the restaurant as they work to provide customers with an authentic Vietnamese experience.
On their website the team wrote: "We're excited to introduce the next chapter in our culinary journey with the launch of our newly expanded restaurant concept! Building on the flavours you know and love, our new menu brings fresh, innovative dishes inspired by authentic traditions and modern twists.
"Whether you're a long time fan or a first-time guest, get ready to explore bold new tastes, creative combinations, and a dining experience that celebrates both heritage and innovation. Welcome to a new flavour adventure—crafted with passion, served with heart."

Chris Hemsworth shows off his ripped physique as he enjoys a sun-soaked getaway in France with his parents and trainer Luke Zocchi
Chris Hemsworth is making the most of the European summer, sharing a series of candid snaps from a beachside escape in Hossegor, France - and he wasn't alone. The Thor actor, 41, took to Instagram on Tuesday night to post a carousel of photos showing him soaking up the sun, hitting the surf and enjoying downtime with his family and close friends. 'Thanks @mikypicon for hospitality!! Fun little getaway in Hossegor,' Chris captioned the post, tagging French surf champ Miky Picon, who also appeared in the group dinner shot. In one cheeky image, a shirtless Chris flexes his muscles on the sand alongside his longtime personal trainer and best mate Luke Zocchi, who playfully strikes a pose in khaki shorts and sunglasses. Another shot shows the actor posing next to two electric surf bikes with a fellow surfer, looking ripped in a wetsuit pulled down to reveal his torso. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. In a third image, Chris is joined by two surf buddies, beaming for the camera as they clutch their boards and give the thumbs up. He later shared a rare selfie with his mum Leonie, looking relaxed in a white T-shirt and baseball cap while she sported oversized sunnies and a black lace cami. The family fun continued into the evening as Chris, Leonie, and Luke sat down for a sunset dinner alongside Chris' father Craig Hemsworth and a group of friends. The table was laden with share plates and wine as they dined al fresco under a canopy of lights. The Hemsworths have made Byron Bay their home in recent years, and the actor has frequently shared glimpses of their laid-back, surf-filled lifestyle on social media. The couple purchased their sprawling 4.2-hectare estate in Byron Bay back in 2014 for $7million, eventually constructing a $50million mega mansion on the site. The property features six bedrooms, a spa, games and media rooms as well as sprawling outdoor living areas. Chris recently revealed a new addition to the sprawling property - a lavish home gym. The Thor star created a state-of-the-art training facility called The Shed for his fitness brand, Centr, which was unveiled in January. Speaking to Hemsworth's personal trainer and business partner, Luke Zocchi, explained that the facility serves as a space for Centr trainers to test new workouts and equipment while also having fun. 'It's definitely next level,' Zocchi said. 'Chris made sure to include the latest and greatest Centr equipment in the gym.' He mentioned that much of the equipment at The Shed -which includes treadmills, cable machines, weight benches, and power racks - is currently unavailable in Australia. 'Some of the equipment isn't available in Australia yet, but will be soon,' Zocchi revealed. 'It's where Chris, the boys, and I can come through for a session, or we can just chill and recover when we need to. 'It's a place to really get after it or reset, depending on what we need.'

EastEnders fans spot big clue another Slater is 'returning' - and it's not Lynne
After the excitement of Zoe Slater's return, eagle-eyed EastEnders fans think they've spotted a huge clue that another Slater will be returning to Albert Sqaure Last night saw the return of EastEnders legend Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan), and now eagle-eyed fans predict a return for another Slater after spotting a huge online clue. The soap had kept Zoe's shock return under wraps until the end of Monday night's episode. However, some fans had worked it out through social media clues the BBC soap had been dropping. Now, they've spotted another huge social media clue, which has them believing Stacey's brother Sean Slater (Rob Kazinsky) may be making a shock return. Sean left the Square in 2009, shortly after he found out that Amy was Jack Branning's daughter, and not his. On a rampage, Sean tried to drown Roxy, Amy, and himself in an icy lake, before Ronnie interjected. He then went on the run - but returned to the soap ten years later mother Jean's cancer diagnosis. Now, fans think he's about to make a return once again as Rob and new Executive Producer Ben Wadey both follow each other on Instagram. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan penned: "Ben Wadey and Rob Kazinsky follow each other... is it finally happening??? #EastEnders," as another responded: "Probably come back to take Lacey on her maternity leave." A third commented: "Can definitely see him return to the show again," as a fourth begged: "Oh please! "Kind of don't want to get my hopes up too much tho!" Despite not showing his face in Albert Square since 2019, Sean was recently mentioned on the soap. Following the death of Martin Fowler, Stacey went to stay with her brother to get away from the Square, later returning for Martin's funeral. The prediction from fans comes less than 24 hours after they were left stunned by the return of Zoe. To avoid spoilers, the BBC One soap decided against dropping the episode on iPlayer at 6am, as fans all tuned in a 7.30pm. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter at the end of the episode when the big reveal dropped, one fan wrote: "ZOE BLOODY SLATER #EastEnders." "ZOE YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO YOU AIN'T MY MOTHER SLATER IS BACK! #eastenders," another rejoiced as a third wrote: "An actual Zoe Slater return i can't believe my eyes #EastEnders." Could a return for Sean really be on the cards?
