Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard posed for photos as he returned to Conor McGregor's pub in Dublin.
The former England international was photographed with the restaurant's head chef, Ed Raethorne, as well as with a pint of McGregor's Forged Irish Stout.
The UFC star himself shared the snaps of Gerrard saying 'Winners in the house!' and 'WINNER! @StevenGerrard"
It is not the first time the ex-footballer has spent time in the Black Forge Inn as he visited the establishment on St Patrick's Day in 2023.
Back then, Gerrard posed for photos with staff and pub-goers as he enjoyed the festivities.
Gerrard himself has links to Dublin with his daughter Lilly-Ella in a long-term relationship with Dubliner Lee Byrne, who is the son of convicted Kinahan mobster Liam Byrne. Lee and the Gerrard family have no involvement in criminal activity.
Liam was recently released from prison in the UK after serving a relatively short time behind bars for his role in sourcing firearms for brother-in-law and fellow mob boss Thomas 'Bomber' Kavanagh.
He is lying low in the UK while being tagged by prison authorities - after being granted early release due to ongoing overcrowding concerns. Lee was recently seen partying with McGregor and Katie Price in Ibiza.
A photo, posted on social media by McGregor, shows Lee with close pal and Byrne Organised Crime Group associate Nathan 'Biggie' Little posing next to the troubled UFC fighter.
Renowned model Price is also seen in the snap, sitting on the lap of a beaming McGregor. Republic of Ireland and Eredivisie footballer Troy Parrot was also pictured.

Pádraig Harrington wins US Senior Open for second time

Playing alongside Cink for the fourth straight day, Harrington shot three-under 67 to finish at 11-under 269 on the tricky, heavily sloping Broadmoor. The Dubliner sealed this match by hitting his approach to eight feet on the 18th, putting pressure on Cink, who trailed by one but sat 30 yards in front of him on the fairway. Cink's approach landed on the precipice of a ledge, but spun backward and didn't come to rest until it was 35 feet away to set up a two-putt. That made it advantage Harrington, who also two-putted to seal the win, though the last laugh went to the Broadmoor. Minutes earlier, Cink had looks inside of six feet to tie on 16 and 17. The one on 16 slid to the left, the one on 17 burned the edge and stayed right. Cink, who hit more greens over 72 holes than anyone (64), but downplayed the importance of that on this course, turned out to be right. It really is the putter that matters. Cink needed two more than Harrington on the fourth day of their showdown — the difference between winning and losing. Harrington won his second US Open title in four years, adding that to a trophy case that also includes the 2007 and '08 British Opens and the 2008 PGA. The only player who threatened to get in the mix in this two-man show was Miguel Angel Jimenez. After opening with bogey, Jimenez made eight bridies to pull within a shot of the lead. But he yanked his tee shot well left on 18, had to punch out and made bogey. He still shot the best round of the tournament, a six-under 64, and finished in third, two shots back. The other player in the Cink-Harrington group — players teed off in threesomes to beat the weather — was Mark Hensby. Celebrating his 54th birthday, Hensby couldn't conjure any of the magic that led to 19 birdies over the first three days and a share of the lead. He only made two Sunday and shot three-over 73 to tie for fourth at 5 under with Thomas Bjorn. Harrington's signature shot was his last birdie of the day — a 12-footer on the par-four 11th that put him at 11 under. It was a straight-in look, one of the very few anyone gets on this golf course. But really, it might have come less than 24 hours earlier when he chipped in from 20 yards off the green for a birdie that tied him with Cink heading into the final day, setting them up with the same tee time for the fourth straight time and setting up a match-play scene that came down to the final shot.

Pádraig Harrington claims the US Senior Open for a second time

Pádraig Harrington has won a second US Senior Open following a one-shot victory over Stewart Cink at the Broadmoor Golf Club. Holding a share of the lead with American Cink and Australia's Mark Hensby overnight, Harrington's three-under 70 saw him finish at 11 under overall and that was enough to edge Cink. Spain's Miguel Angel Jimenez at nine under was a shot further back in third. The Dubliner, whose previous success in this major was in 2022, has now won ten times on the Champions Tour.

Harrington prize money as he earns massive pay-day for Senior US Open win

Padraig Harrington in the 2025 Senior US Open Champion after beating out the field at the Broadmoor Club in Colorado. A final round of 67 left the Dubliner on 11-under for the tournament, one stroke clear of eventual runner-up Stewart Cink. Harrington and Cink traded the lead on numerous occasions this evening, with Harrington eventually edging past the 2009 Open Champion. Cink had Harrington on the ropes at one point as he reeled off four Birdies on the spin. But Harrington showed his trademark mental toughness, making Birdie at a key time before parring the final seven holes to take home the win. This win makes Harrington a two-time major champion on the PGA Champions Tour following on from his US Open win in 2022 added to his three major wins that were secured before he joined the PGA Champions Tour. Harrington's victory should come as little surprise to fans following the senior tour as the 53-year-old has been in excellent form, going close at the PGA Championship last month. And to make things even sweeter for Harrington, he is set to take home a paycheque for $800,000, not a bad week's work for the three
