Inside Ahaan Panday's palatial house in Mumbai: Four-floor mansion with separate flats for staff, game room, and cameras being monitored by dad Chikki

Mumbai is often known for cramped spaces, absence of anything like a balcony, and small houses. But that definitely isn't the case with Ahaan Panday's family house in Mumbai. The Saiyaara actor, who must be on the top of the world celebrating his debut film, lives with father Chikki Panday and mother Deanne Panday. Previously, his sister Alanna gave a tour of their palatial mansion in Mumbai on her YouTube channel.
Spread across four floors, the house is gigantic as her father hosted Alanna's wedding here as well. Parts of the house were seen in Amazon Prime Video's show The Tribe as well. Alanna started the tour by telling the viewers that previously, the entire Panday family used to stay together, which includes Chuunky Panday's side of the family as well. She then revealed that she didn't have fingerprint access to get inside of the house, as she now resides in Los Angeles with husband Ivor. However, Ivor, who was also a part of the video, shared, 'But my fingerprint works, so I got it; don't worry.'

As they get inside, we see a huge front yard with an equally large dining table in the middle of it. 'If you have watched some of our YouTube videos, you might recognise this part of the house. We had our engagement ceremony in here, the bridal shower, and even our haldi ceremony happened here.'

Alanna explained how the entire family loves nature, and that's why the house has a lot of plants, and in fact, one of the seating areas in the front yard is wrapped around a tree. She shared that the entire staff that works in the house live in flats constructed by her father, and these are a part of the property as well. She said, 'My dad made these for them because if they lived inside the house, they wouldn't have a place they could call their own. This way they can decorate it the way they like and make the place feel more personal.'
We then move into the house, where we see a small decorative pool, but it has been emptied out because, according to Alanna, the 'pets think that it's their own pool', so they can't fill it up with water anymore. She showed the audience two separate living rooms facing each other, as they constantly keep having people over and they need a lot of seating.

Alanna then showed the dining table of the family, which she thinks is 'useless' because everyone eats dinner at separate times, and they only use it for really formal dinners or gatherings. The house has a big skylight at the top, and it has been kept at an angle so that the harsh sunlight of the summers doesn't affect the temperature of the house.
Alanna showed the fans several outdoor spaces spread across the house as she goes up the stairs and explains how her father is a bit paranoid. 'He has cameras and fingerprintscanners everywhere; he is a little bit paranoid. Whenever we are working around the house, I and Ivor always say, 'Chikki is watching.'' Alanna then showed the viewers the game room, which she said, 'doesn't match the vibe of the rest of the house because Ahaan and his friends hang out there.'
Ahaan also made an appearance in the video. He opened the door as his sister began to explain what they were doing and asked him whether they could see his room. Ahaan said, 'You want to show everyone my room? I think you will like it; it's very beautiful right now. Just give me one second,' as he proceeded to shut the door and lock it. Alanna tried knocking again but turns away defeated.

Saiyaara is second to Pathaan at the UK box office in 2nd weekend; Impresses with USD 9 million overseas in 10 days

The Mohit Suri directed Saiyaara has a fantastic second weekend at the overseas box office, collecting USD 3.80 million (Rs. 33 crore) approx. This marks a 95 per cent increase over its opening weekend, pushing its total gross to USD 8.90 million (Rs. 77 crore). The YRF musical led by Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda is fast approaching the Rs. 400 crore mark globally, with its worldwide box office tally at Rs. 373 crore at the end of 10th day. Saiyaara has so far impressed with its opening and also then trajectory. It will cruise past the USD 10 million mark in all probability on Tuesday. It is well placed to surpass USD 15 million, it could even go over USD 20 million, subject to how it sustains in coming weeks, first indication of which should come with the Monday hold. The United Kingdom has emerged as the best performer for the film. The second weekend amounted to over GBP 500K, second only to Pathaan. Yesterday, the UK almost overtook the United States as the top collecting territory, which is something that never happens nowadays. Once upon a time, the UK was the biggest overseas territory for Bollywood, but that was a long time ago. The market down-spiralled in between, but has made a comeback recently. The UK tends to have the best legs for Bollywood films among overseas territories. So, even though it trails behind the US and UAE in the total gross, by the end of the run, it could emerge on top, which will be an amazing feat. Saiyaara is a big blockbuster, and proves that love stories have an audience base even today if made with heart and honesty. The film also brings to the forefront the importance of music in the film fraternity, as the songs have been driving factors for its theatrical success. Stay tuned to Pinkvilla for more updates on Saiyaara.

'Copied what Kai wanted to do': Fans accuse Adin Ross of stealing Kai Cenat's survival island stream idea

Image via: Kai Cenat Live/YouTube In a field where trends change rapidly, originality is the quintessence, and with it comes controversies. Recently, Adin Ross has stirred a hornet's nest by announcing a survival island stream and has attracted a considerable amount of criticism from the online fans, who claim that it is nothing but a copy of the idea presented earlier by Twitch star Kai Cenat. Adin Ross Announces Survival Island Stream Kick streamer Adin Ross has put forth a very famous and high-stakes multi-day survival island broadcast featuring some of the biggest names in the content creator world. During a recent broadcast with FaZe Clan member Nick 'FaZe Lacy,' Ross confirmed that he along with FaZe Lacy and Felix 'xQc' Lengyel will go out to a private island in September for a 48- to 72-hour broadcast. The entire concept will have physical challenges, real-time interaction, and survival elements to entertain people in a completely new format. "September, Lacy and I will be on a private island. Probably for 48 to 72 hours. And we will basically be inviting other streamers, it's like a survival-based island. So, we already have the island picked out. The person is actually gifting me the island.' Adin said while making this announcement. He added, "So, whatever streamers you guys want, let's start getting it now. We are cooking. Late September, you guys will get Adin, Lacy, xQc, and one other person hosting a private island. BenDaDonnn will also be there." Fans Cry Foul, Point to Kai Cenat's Earlier Reveal While there was quite a buzz among his fans, a considerably large segment of the streaming community was not impressed. A general outcry began on X, where many users pointed out the near-theft similarities between the announced broadcast of Adin and that of the survival-themed stream that Kai Cenat had earlier put out. Kai shared his plans on June 4, 2025, announcing his intent to start a "Total Drama Island" The plans for Kai's event reportedly included organized games, confessionals, and even camp-style eliminations. Coming nearly two months after, some fans just wouldn't buy into Adin's "original" idea. "Copied what Kai wanted to do lmao losers," said one fan. Other voices chimed in, claiming it to be an "in-your-face ripoff" and asserting that Ross had tried to steal the limelight just as Kai was preparing for his event. Creative Inspiration or Competition? In the world of livestreaming, it is common for content creators to simply tack onto the trending ideas, but if the ideas are very specific and timed very close to one another, fans begin questioning. Adin has never responded to the accusations of plagiarism, and in fact, many believe this move forms part of the greater scuffle for digital dominance between the Kick and Twitch streamers. xQc, Adin Ross & Lacy are Going to Live on an Island for 3 Days for a Survival Marathon Adin has, time and again, been seen as a taunting figure within the streaming community, frequently stirring the pot with his streams and comments. In this light, the announcement of his next survival stream is either a bold step toward immersive content or another blunder in the attempt to outdo somebody. What's next for the Island Showdowns? With Kai and Adin ramping up to go live with their island-themed events in the next few months, the audience is left with one ironic consequence: Two survival shows born out of rivalry are now vying for viewers in real time! Whether the changes will involve an alliance, confrontation, or just great entertainment for the fans, one thing is for sure, the survival genre is not only heating up in the wild, but it's also sizzling online!
