The reality star, 45, who has been a regular face on the show since its inception in 2017, was absent from the season three grand finale on Tuesday night, a fact TV host Osher pointed out as her fellow castmates took to the couch.
RHOS ' Terry Biviano proceeded to slam the housewife for her decision to tune in via video link and Osher went on to say that Binge offered to pay for her airfare, but she declined, implying that she wasn't happy with economy class.
Now, Nicole has responded to the bombshell claims on Instagram, coming out with guns blazing - and receipts.
The business-owner posted a picture of an email chain between her and Binge which revealed producers knew she had 'prior engagements overseas' when they had organised the reunion.
'There's a difference between not showing up - and being set up. If we're talking commitments, then let's talk facts @osher_gunsberg,' she sensationally wrote in the post's caption.

'The reunion was filmed long after the official production window. I'd already made several international trips for filming dates that never happened,' she revealed.
'And for the second year in a row, they scheduled the reunion during a time they knew I was unavailable.'
Nicole then went on to reveal the measly amount producers offered her to make the trip back to Australia after expecting her to foot the airfare.
'I was never offered "an economy ticket" - just a token amount, barely enough for a one-way fare, and only a month out from filming,' she wrote.
'A 48+ hour round trip, at the expense of critical work commitments, for a reunion months after it was initially planned for.'
'I made the effort to be there via satellite. But I didn't write the storyline, production did - and it turns out it's a very convenient narrative.'

TV host Osher welcomed Krissy Marsh, Caroline Gaultier, Victoria Montano, Sally Obermeder, Terry Biviano, Kate Adams and Martine Chippendale to the couch, but notably pointed out that one of the housewives was missing from the lineup.
'Nicole is not on the couch tonight,' he told viewers, adding that she couldn't make it the third season's finale as she was in the UK, but would appear virtually on a video call.
Terry was quick to bash her castmate for missing the sit-down, saying that they 'all signed up for the same thing' and had made sacrifices to be on the show.
However, it was Victoria that butted in to reveal the real reason Nicole was absent from the reunion.
'She did offer to come back,' Victoria iterated.
'She said 'pay for my flight and I'll be there' and they said 'no',' she told viewers, seemingly referring to Binge's producers.
'Why should they pay for her flight?' Terry questioned the housewife, adding that she had changed family plans for a wedding to attend the sit-down.
TV host Osher was quick to put out the flames of Victoria's fiery accusation, saying that it was Nicole who turned down Binge's travel arrangements.

'Well, the facts are Victoria that, yes, she did offer to fly back. There was a budget for that. It was economy class and that was not acceptable,' he said.
'And it's totally unacceptable Osher, like, I agree. It's a very long flight,' she quickly retaliated.
Terry then reentered the showdown, asking why Nicole didn't just upgrade herself if she was unhappy about the class of the airfare.
'Because usually you don't pay for work expenses,' Victoria sensationally said, ending the line of questioning.

Milo, which is like Nesquik but as Australian as Vegemite, was my favourite drink as a child. You put a tablespoon of it in your cup of cold milk and it tastes like Maltesers. I was 15 when I first tried alcohol and that was my friend's dad's mid-strength Tooheys 2.2% beer. My folks were pretty laid back about alcohol, but I didn't feel the need to drink properly until uni. I'm a bit depressed until I have my first coffee of the day, which is ridiculous. We live on Coogee Beach, Sydney, and my wife Sarah and I will walk half a kilometre up the headland over the hill to get a coffee. Sarah was my first girlfriend. We've been together for 32 years, and before that we were mates who clearly fancied each other, so we never went on a first date. I do remember being at the uni tavern playing pool together and drinking midis, or half pints, of Swan lager, and that being the first time she said 'I love you' to me. I pretty much exclusively drink red wine now. It doesn't get better than a good red in a big glass at the end of the day. There's a place in Sydney called The Theatre Bar At The End Of The Wharf. I remember being there in 2015 looking at the Opera House, knowing Matilda The Musical [for which Minchin wrote the music and which won a record-breaking seven Olivier Awards in 2012] was about to open in Australia. My kids were curled up on the sofas of the outdoor deck and I ordered an Aperol spritz, which is what I get when it's not dark yet and I want something sweet, silly and celebratory. For the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death in 2016, in Stratford-upon-Avon, I did a sketch riffing on 'to be or not to be' with David Tennant, Benedict Cumberbatch, Rory Kinnear, Dame Judi Dench, Dame Helen Mirren, Dame Harriet Walter, Sir Ian McKellen and Paapa Essiedu. Afterwards I was looking across the Avon at the moon, a glass of wine in my hand, while the luvvies were having a smoke. Ian, who I've met lots of times, was talking about how sexy Judi was when she was young, and I was reflecting on how she is the one octogenarian who I really, properly fancied. 'Oh, you must tell Judi that, she'll die', he said. I am not particularly interested in famous people, but I am interested in intelligent people. I've had a fantastic dinner with Richard Dawkins and Stephen Fry in Los Angeles, the physicist Brian Cox and I have got together in many places in the world and had wine, and I've had an amazing bottle of wine at Ian McEwan's house over dinner with Zadie Smith. I've also had a beer with Bono, a fantastic wine with Tom Stoppard and a limoncello at Steve Sondheim's house. It's a huge privilege, but it's really the authors and the scientists who get my balls tight – or whatever the phrase is. I like an espresso martini if I want to stay awake, but it's not classy. I'm not someone who seeks to be classy. I wouldn't have this haircut if I was going for class. A cheap pinot noir is an offence. There's something about a bad pinot that makes me think that it is deeply wrong to have it in my mouth. The song I'm most likely to sing after a few drinks is One by U2. It's a beauty. I'd have loved to share a glass with Kurt Vonnegut or Douglas Adams. Quirky, nerdy science guys. White wine is my wife's drink. Mine is red. And if I dropped dead I'd probably expect my wife to insist on red wine being the toast at my funeral. She would sensibly think that would be my wish.

But I must say, I do love the UK and I do love all the people here and I love my job here so, yeah, I really enjoy the UK." Following the conclusion of Strictly's 2023 series, Dianne returned home to visit her family, particularly her father Mark, who was undergoing a six-month chemotherapy programme for an undisclosed cancer diagnosis. Dianne described him as her "hero", applauding his resilience and positive attitude throughout his treatment. She posted a compilation on Instagram showing him during his hospital stay, including the emotional moment he rang the bell to mark the completion of his treatment. She posted: "To my daddy you did it 6 months later and 12 rounds done. I am so so PROUD of you it's been a tough road but you have always done it with a smile and a thumbs up. I know you were scared and I know it was not easy but you have done it." During an earlier stage of Mark's cancer battle, she expressed the challenges of being thousands of miles from home, posting: "I wish so much I could be there right now and just cuddle you. You're my hero and you have made me realise we all have so much more strength then we think." During Strictly's 2024 launch programme, Dianne announced that her parents would be travelling from Australia to support her on the show in November. It changed the way I danced." She believes her striking colour has enabled her to distinguish herself in her dancing career, especially on Strictly: "It's given me that extra pizzazz and confidence. People recognise me as 'the red-haired girl', and it's become a part of my identity. "Maybe one day I'll go back to a more natural shade," she admits, "but right now, it's hard to part with the red. It's more than just a colour – it's my comfort blanket." She added: "I've had red hair for about ten years now. I'm a hairdresser by trade, though I haven't done it in a salon for many, many years. But when I was hairdressing, I literally had every single colour you could imagine. "I had blonde, I had black, I had brown, I had black with red stripes, I had black with blonde streaks – it was just like that hairdresser thing where you're just constantly changing the colour of your hair.
