Candidates who have already been admitted in either of the rounds 1 or 2 will have the option to opt for upgradation to a higher-preference programme-college combinations. This upgrade and reorder window will stay active from 5:00 PM on August 2 (Saturday) to 4:59 PM on August 3 (Sunday).

What about the candidates who want to upgrade?
Candidates opting for an upgrade also have the option to reorder their programme-college preferences. Allocations for upgraded seats will be directly activated at the college level. The admission will be considered complete only after payment gets successful of any applicable differential fee.
The university has allowed a mid-entry window from 5 pm on August 8 (Friday) to 4:59 pm on August 10 (Sunday). This provision is meant for candidates who did not apply in CSAS (UG) 2025 Phase-I or failed to complete Phase-II or the candidates whose applications were rejected in earlier rounds due to incorrect subject mapping, ineligibility, or invalid documentation.
Such candidates can enter the admission process by paying a non-refundable mid-entry fee of Rs 1,000.
Provision for those who want to edit their form…
They will also be able to edit their preferences and correct subject-mapping issues. Additionally, candidates who were not offered any seat in the previous rounds can also update their preferences during this window.
All preferences submitted by the end of the mid-entry period (by 5 pm on August 10) will be used for subsequent seat allocations. The candidates must refer to the vacant seat matrix before finalizing their choices.
When will the third round be declared?
The third round of seat allocations will be declared on August 13 (Wednesday) at 5 pm, it will be based on data available up to August 10 at 5 pm. The university has also clarified that the allocation marks and ranks of Round III will not be linked to those of the previous rounds. Hence, no grievances regarding changes in allocation thresholds will be entertained.

On the same day, we will also see the release of: Round I allocations for Performance-Based Programs such as Music, BFA, and Physical Education (PE, HE&S),
Round I of CW (Children of War Widows), ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities), and Sports quotas, and Ward Quota allocations.
Selected candidates must accept their allocated seats between August 13 and August 17 (Wednesday to Sunday). The applications will be verified and approved by the colleges during this period. The last day for online fee payment is August 19 (Tuesday), 4:59 pm.
