As for the colorful visual, Scott and the crew head down to Texas while burning rubber and spinning out in exotic sports cars and supercharged Ford trucks. They even hit an F1 race to take in some professional action.
This is only a taste of what's to come with JB2. Scott has been sending out custom JACKBOYS Lamborghinis to artists' driveways who are slated to appear on the album. The list includes GloRilla, Tyla, Vybz Kartel, 21 Savage, Kodak Black, SahBabii and Waka Flocka Flame.
Travis Scott has also released a limited-edition JACKBOYS 2 merchandise collection, along with various CD and vinyl bundles featuring alternate covers for the project. According to the Cactus Jack honcho's website, JB2 will boast seven tracks and is slated to arrive later in July.

Nike's Toma LA Soccer Tournament Heads to the Finals

It's been more than 30 years sinceNikestormed into the soccer scene with the release of the brand's first non-cleted boot, followed by the forever-classic Total 90 silhouette. Now,Nikehas returned to reclaim its reign in the sport. Taking inspiration from its 1995 Secret Tournament, a soccer competition that saw 24 players compete against each other, the Swoosh launched Toma LA, a summer soccer competition series that takes it up a notch, earlier this summer. As part of the brand's new soccer initiative, Toma El Juego (Take the Game) – geared towards a new generation of players, Toma LA, hosted byTravis ScottandYoung Miko– has taken over the Los Angeles area this summer, bringing the best young players together for the ultimate street soccer tournament. Kicking off in June, local teams started off by putting their soccer skills to the test with a 4v4 tournament and are now ready to take the championship title home in the Toma LA Finals tonight, July 26, at City Market. After teams from eight different LA neighborhoods (Westside, Orange County, East LA, Southeast LA, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, South LA, Central LA), competed with each other throughout June and July, only one MVP will be left standing after the 1v1c1 single-player knockout tournament tonight. In total, 64 teams, both men's and women's, have competed for eight spots in the finals, with one team from every neighborhood advancing to the next round. Both the boys and girls teams from crewsVBFC, La Comunidad,InSainz,Toque,House of 626,Tiki TakaandCulture FCwill play against each other. The Toma LA Finals comes directly after a final four match, an All-Stars segment (1v1v1 co-ed gauntlet) and a 5v5 Semis. The winner of the finals, which will feature one crew (girl and boys) and one MVP (one girl, one boy) will automatically be entered into the U.S. Soccer Talent I.D. Camp for a unique opportunity to train and try out for the National Team. Media trailblazer Tom Rogers changes ‘raging bull' stance on Netflix, sees worrisome signs

Former NBC Cable President Tom Rogers is dialing back his bullishness on Netflix. The media trailblazer, who was a self-proclaimed "raging bull" on Netflix, told CNBC's "Fast Money" this week he's starting to worry — and listed competition with free content on YouTube as a headwind. "[Netflix] still [has] more hit shows than all the other streaming services combined, but when you look at the growth of their sub[scriber] base and look at the amount of total engagement time from all viewers they get, the amount of viewing per viewer has gone down some," said Rogers, who's now executive chairman of AI company Claigrid. Netflix saw the largest monthly viewership increase versus its peers in June, according to Nielsen. However, YouTube had 13% of total monthly TV viewership while Netflix had 8%. Rogers' latest take comes after Netflix delivered a positive quarterly report on July 17. "There was nothing wrong with its earnings at all," said Rogers, who is also a CNBC contributor. "But engagement is what drives everything here. The amount of viewing it gets, it drives price increases, which drive programming budget, which drives more great programming." Netflix beat second quarter top and bottom line estimates and raised its full-year guidance. But since its earnings report, the streamer's stock is down about 6% and is now off almost 11% since hitting a record high on June 30. Rogers also predicts artificial intelligence will be a "double-edged sword" for Netflix in the near-term. On the one hand, he said it will aid the streamer's targeted advertising and help cut programming costs. But it also allows independent content creators a leg up — which benefits YouTube. "The line between professional and amateur content is going to get more and more blurry as AI tools in the hands of amateurs allow them to produce things that look incredibly professional," he said. "I think AI in the hands of the creative community of YouTube could create a level of professional programming for YouTube which drives its viewership even further." YouTube's parent company, Alphabet, is up 2% so far this year. Yet, Rogers still considers Netflix maintaining his status as the most valuable media company in the world. However, he said a lag is "something to watch for sure." Netflix spokesperson Emily Goldstein deferred comment to the company's second-quarter earnings call.
