Kevin Spacey's former Baltimore home just got a new discount

New York Post6 days ago
Kevin Spacey's former Baltimore condo can't seem to find another gig.
The spacious property listed in February months after the actor lost the home to foreclosure. Its initial $6 million price tag — an ambitious ask for Baltimore real estate — failed to attract a buyer, and millions of dollars of price cuts have followed.
This week saw the five-story property's third discount since February, this time totaling more than $300,000. Now asking $4.19 million, the abode offers a range of luxury amenities and some of the best views in town. That price also makes this home one of the priciest now for sale in Baltimore.

The recent price cut comes less than two months after the condo was offered up for rent at $35,000, Realtor.com reported.
Spacey is understood to have shelled out $5.65 million for the Baltimore property in early 2017. His hit Netflix drama 'House of Cards,' which filed in the city, ended in 2018 as Spacey was beset by allegations of sexual misconduct from multiple men.
Spacey denied the allegations. A United States Jury dismissed a lawsuit against him in 2022 and a UK court found him not guilty of multiple charges in 2023. Spacey was ordered to cough up $31 million in 2021 to the studio behind 'House of Cards' for breaching its sexual harassment policy.

His time in court didn't end there, however.
Spacey vacated his 9,000-square-foot home after a bitter legal battle in 2024. Beset by legal bills, the actor fell behind on payments and lost the property in a minutes-long foreclosure auction to real estate investor Sam Asgari. A legal battle ensued between the two men, in which Spacey allegedly demanded a $100,000 payment before giving up his Harbor views.
The massive home made a splash months later when it listed for $5.99 million. Its listing representative, Compass broker Sam Sheibani, told the Baltimore Banner at the time that he expected the home to attract a local executive, or even Baltimore Orioles owner David Rubenstein.
The massive condo sits in a gated community along Baltimore's Inner Harbor area, a popular tourist destination and home to some of Baltimore's most attractive real estate.

The five-story home includes six beds and nine baths. Luxury amenities include a chef's kitchen, a nine-seat home theater, a personal sauna, a glass-paneled elevator and a sprawling deck. The condo's panoramic windows and location at the end of a pier give the illusion of living over the water's edge.
The listing's massive size and prime location haven't been enough to draw in a new buyer, however.
The first big price cut, totaling $1 million, arrived in April, followed by a roughly $500,000 discount six weeks later.

Kathy Griffin Reveals Results Of Third Facelift

Kathy Griffin is known for being honest, especially when it comes to subjects other celebrities might want to keep private. Griffin recently shared with fans that she underwent another facelift in a video aptly titled 'New Face, Same Kathy!' that she released earlier this month. 'It's my third,' the comedian shared. 'I know, that's so vain. I'm so vain for no reason.' 'No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face,' she quipped. 'You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want. I don't want you to come to care what I look like.' Griffin then went into detail about the procedure, joking that 'as far as I know, they just yank the crap out of your skin and your neck.' She also spoke about the process of choosing her surgeon, Dr. Ben Talei, and said that he also did singer Sia 's facelift. 'And the reason I'm saying that is that you can go on YouTube [and find this out],' Griffin said. 'There's a video of her without her backwards wig, 'cause as you know, she's an anonymous giant celebrity, and she even gave him an award, and she had the best before and after pictures I've ever seen.' 'And first of all, it's funny that Sia even got a facelift because you don't ever see her face, but the pictures sold me,' the 64-year-old added. Griffin also got real about the surgical recovery process and made sure followers knew what they were getting into if they decided to follow in her footsteps. 'I'm going to be honest ― it's painful,' she said, mentioning that she had stitches in her eyelids. 'So these bitches that are like, 'It's like getting a tooth filled! It's nothing!' No ― it's painful.' Kathy Griffin/YouTube / Via And while the results might eventually look great, post-op recovery isn't pretty, the actor said. 'You come home ― and maybe you come home with a nurse ― and it's disgusting. I'm not going to lie,' she said. 'The first night, there's drains that come out of your chin. I know, it's so gross. But the vanity takes over.' Kathy Griffin/YouTube / Via Many commenters on Griffin's video praised the comedian for her transparency. Patricia Schlein / Getty Images Celebrities like Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner, and Joel McHale have also recently been lauded for sharing details about various cosmetic procedures they've undergone. Luigi Iorio / Getty Images McHale made waves for opening up about his fourth hair transplant on the We Might Be Drunk podcast back in June, and even recommended his doctor. 'I can get you a name of a guy in Turkey,' McHale said. 'But just make sure, 'cause if somebody is like, 'I'll do it for $3,000,' then you don't [do it]. You get what you pay for.' You need to see these 'Reacher' season 4 set photos — Alan Ritchson's new love interest revealed

"Reacher" is undeniably one of the biggest hits for Prime Video. The first three seasons have been critically and commercially successful for the streaming service — I loved season 3 when I reviewed it here at Tom's Guide — and it wasn't surprising when the show was officially renewed for season 4. Now, with production in full swing, we've gotten a first look at a major cast member. Via @rikiwichman, a fan account on Instagram, we finally got a first look at Sydelle Noel, who has joined the "Reacher" season 4 cast as Tamara Green. They initially posted the announcement back on June 18 when Noel was officially added to the cast, but revised the post yesterday (Aug. 11), complete with new set photos of Noel as Green (via Getty Images). A post shared by Riki Wichman (@rikiwichman) A photo posted by on The set photos of Sydelle smartly dressed in a professional yet functional outfit don't reveal much about her character, but her character's name reveals everything. That's because Tamara Green was originally Theresa Lee, and that means she's Alan Ritchson's love interest for season 4. For those less familiar with "Reacher," they're based on the "Jack Reacher" novel series by Lee Child, and that means if we know what book a season is based on, then we know a decent amount about what to expect from a given season. We know season 4 is based on the novel "Gone Tomorrow," thanks to an Alan Ritchson post on Instagram a few months ago. And in that installment of the series, Jack Reacher's love interest is none other than NYPD detective Theresa Lee. A post shared by Alan Ritchson (@alanritchson) A photo posted by on That makes this first look a pretty major one for "Reacher" season 4, as past love interests — Roscoe Conklin (Willa Fitzgerald), Serinda Swan (Karla Dixon) and Susan Duffy (Sonya Cassidy) — all played major roles in their given seasons, arguably costarring alongside Ritchson. So definitely don't expect this to be the last you see of Tamara Green between now and the "Reacher" season 4 release on Prime Video. So far, we know that "Reacher" season 4 will bring back Alan Ritchson as the titular, mammoth Jack Reacher, a former U.S. Army military police major whose skills allow him to solve any case and kick any butt. We also know that season 4 will be adapting "Gone Tomorrow," which has Reacher drawn into a deadly game against dangerous people after a fraught, chance encounter with a stranger on a train. Only Ritchson as Reacher and Maria Sten as Frances Neagley have appeared in all three seasons to date. Of course, we know Noel will be a major part of the season 4 cast as Reacher's love interest, Green, but we also know a few other cast members joining this season. Christopher Rodriguez-Marquette is playing Jacob Merrick, a small-town police officer with a big role in season 4. Jay Baruchel was originally cast as Merrick but had to leave for personal reasons. Rodriguez-Marquette, Ritchson and Noel are joined by Agnez Mo and Anggun as Lila and Amisha Hoth, who we are expecting to be the villains this season. Kevin Corrigan is playing Green's partner, NYPD Detective Docherty, Marc Blucas is politician John Samson and Kathleen Robertson is his wife, Elsbeth. Kevin Weisman is also on board as Russell Plum, the lone character that, as far as we can tell, isn't in the novel "Gone Tomorrow." The big question that remains? Will Sten return for a fourth season as Neagley? I hope so, but there's nothing official yet. She might be too busy with her "Reacher" spin-off, "Neagley," which is currently in production. Malcolm has been with Tom's Guide since 2022 and has been covering the latest in streaming shows and movies since 2023. He's not one to shy away from a hot take, including that "John Wick" is one of the four greatest films ever made. Here's what he's been watching lately:
