This Morning's Alison Hammond has shut down rumours that she might be expecting in a humorous social media update. The much-loved presenter responded to the gossip with a cheeky message, sparking chatter from her fans.
Alison, who is 50 and already the mother of 20-year-old Aidan from a previous relationship, is currently in a romance with David Putman, aged 27. She took to Instagram earlier to clear up any misunderstanding regarding her being pregnant, confirming that she's not expecting another child.
In a light-hearted Instagram post, she remarked: "Lots of AI stories online about me being pregnant, I can confirm I am not having a baby as I'm not sure my 50-year-old womb could take it. However I do think we should all dance like Meghan."
The Birmingham native's witty reference followed Meghan Markle's sharing of a video. At 43, Meghan delighted fans with footage of herself and Harry, now 40, dancing in a delivery room before welcoming their daughter, Princess Lilibet, four years ago in 2021. Meghan posted the clip in celebration of Lilibet's birthday just this week.
Teasing those who speculated about her own pregnancy status, Alison imitated Meghan by dancing joyfully in what appeared to be her living room, set to the tune of Baby Mama, which featured in Meghan's video, reports the Mirror.

Not content with her initial post, the Great British Bake Off star also highlighted her response on her Insta Story, overlaying it with a "fake news" emoji and reinforcing the message: "I am not pregnant."
The original post quickly garnered support, racking up likes from friend Josie Gibson and ex-colleague Holly Willoughby. There were plenty of responses in the comments section as well, with many followers expressing their delight.

Meghan uploaded her video on Wednesday to celebrate her youngest, Lilibet's fourth birthday. In it, she is seen joyously dancing while cradling her baby bump in a maternity ward beside her husband, Prince Harry.
She reflected on the moment, saying: "Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates... so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work - there was only one thing left to do."

Concert-goers were sent into a frenzy when the multi-platinum selling band joined Robbie on stage during his performance. Talking about the opportunity, Five said: "Wow, what an honour to be asked by Robbie Williams to join him on stage at his London stadium show. Rob has been such a big supporter of ours, from the early days through to the comeback, so when he reached out to ask whether we'd come out on stage for his performance of Keep On Movin', it was the EASIEST yes. "To get to share that moment with Robbie in front of 60k people was crazy… definitely a version of Keep On Movin' we'll never forget." The surprise performance comes ahead of Five's 25-date KEEP ON MOVIN' Tour, which will kick off this October. This comes after Robbie recently opened up about her deals with anxiety when he is recognised by fans. The star, 51, said how interactions with fans can "spike" the issue in a heartfelt post on Instagram. He described a recent incident on board a flight in America saying: "I've had three interactions so far with fellow passengers. One of them handed my a lovely note - kind words about my documentary - and then asked for a photo." Robbie said he sent another note back explaining that he had "been up since 4.30am, had two hours' sleep, and wrangled four kids through the airport". He also confessed to dealing with anxiety before saying anybody approaching him for a photo would cause it to "spike" due to the further attention it would cause. However, he said he hadn't rejected the request, but instead tried to explain how many people had a photo with him, but no-one had the same handwritten note. Robbie revealed how it's a daily situation for him, with strangers approaching him on average 20 times a day to take a photo. But he then argued that there are some situations that he doesn't want to capture and there should be scenarios in which he can reject a request. "I was on the phone to my wife the other day - she was in flood of tears about her mum. Is it okay for me to say no to a photo request then?," he asked. "What if I'm having a challenging mental health day - is it okay if I don't want that captured by a stranger?" He finished off his post by saying he needed to get that off his chest and it was "not a moan". Fans and celeb friends such as Paris Hilton, Amanda Holden and Kris Jenner all left messages saying they understood the difficult situation.

Former Gladiators host Ulrika Jonsson has marked one year of sobriety this week, celebrating her massive achievement and reflecting on what led her to drink in the first place Ulrika Jonsson has reflected on the reasons she turned to alcohol as she marked one year of sobriety. The former Gladiators star revealed last year that she had been dealing with a secret drink problem, with concerned friends and family supporting her. But after walking away from the drink, she has celebrated 12 months sober and reflected on what caused her to develop a problem. The star, 57, previously spoke about her issues with drinking and how she would "black out and not recall the night". She also admitted that drink offered her an escape from anxiety. "I drank to kill my feelings of anxiety and my fears of everything," she previously admitted. Mother-of-four Ulrika would sometimes drink until she blacked out, and concern grew among her friends when they would try to have a conversation with her but she made no sense. She admitted she would wake up with no memory whatsoever of the night before. Writing in The Sun, Ulrika said that on June 5 last year, she was hungover and realised she couldn't continue drinking to the extent she was. She admitted she needed help, and text one of her friends, who had been on their own sobriety journey: 'I can't do this any more." She said: "It was a hangover day, much like any other, really. I sat on the sofa with my liver and brain pickled in equal measure, wrapped up in the blanket of shame, and something made me reach out for help." Although she was still functioning, with a career, close family and good friends, she suffered mentally. Ulrika heartbreakingly added: "There is nothing quite as 'sobering' as admitting to dropping to your knees at 11am and sticking your lips around a bottle of 40 per cent alcohol; feeling it swiftly burn your throat and immediately extinguish your anxiety, fears and self-loathing." "Alcoholics come in all shapes and sizes and many live among us in plain sight," Ulrika said. She admitted her family has a history of alcoholism, leading her to think she could be predisposed to it. Marking her sobriety anniversary this week, she took to her Instagram page. Ulrika shared a before-and-after snap of her journey and how different she looks since kicking the drink. She marked the first photo "Sober", sharing a glowing Ulrika pose for a selfie in the kitchen of her home as she went make-up free while rocking a pair of oversized glasses. Meanwhile, her second image saw a "drunk" Ulrika, posing for a glassy-eyed selfie in her bathroom after a night on the tiles. Captioning her post, Ulrika wrote: "Today I'm marking 1yr of sobriety. No fanfare, no medal, no trophy. The journey goes on. A huge thanks to all those beautiful people who have supported me; understood me; scooped me up and handled me tenderly and without judgement; who nudged me in the right direction; who made me laugh and helped me shed the crippling shame. "Thank you to my kids for their support; for having faith in me after I must have worried them so. For close friends for their patience and belief. My sobriety will continue to be my priority. Turns out it IS possible to teach old dogs new tricks." Ulrika's decision to get sober came after a frank conversation with a friend. She confessed: "One Saturday morning my best friend, who I love and cherish, called me and basically told me we had spoken the night before and she hadn't understood a word I had said. "She told me I needed help. I knew it came from a place of love. The sense of shame would have been enough to make me want a drink. But not on that occasion. Instead, I sobbed like a child who desperately needed someone to hold her. I was full of despair."

A good roast is homey and familiar yet still manages to surprise you with new flavours or a fresh twist on the classic meal. For a top notch Sunday roast, look no further than Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen and Bar. Nestled at 4 St Andrew Square beside Dishoom, the centre city eatery is now a staple of Edinburgh's fine dining portfolio, offering a gourmet menu with the best of British traditional cuisine. Founded in 1998, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants operates nearly 40 locations nationwide and approximately 100 globally. The chain recently launched a brand new Sunday set menu so I went down to St Andrew Square on a Sunday evening for a taste of their roast. The new set menu comes with the option of two courses for £35 per person or three courses for £40 per person. This will leave something of a dent in your wallet, but rest assured the portions were generous and the quality was well worth the price, especially if you opt to throw in five quid extra for another course. As a vegetarian, I admit the menu shrinks considerably, but the meatless options left me satisfied and are suitable even for pickier eaters. (Image: Edinburgh Live) For a starter I ordered the the red pepper gazpacho. Presentation was tidy and colourful. The chilled soup was exactly what you want from a gazpacho - light, refreshing, and herby. It carried a heavy garlic punch that balanced with the blended red peppers. When my main dish arrived I posed for an obligatory photo shoot to the chagrin of surrounding diners. I ordered the one vegetarian offering on the Sunday set menu: the celeriac Wellington. I'll admit the celeriac root inside the Wellington shell was an interesting choice. As a vegetarian, I'm familiar with vegetables being disguised as meat in ways that usurp the traditional dish - such as spicy cauliflower wings, or portobello mushroom burgers. I wasn't sure how the celeriac root held up in this regard, being slightly tough in texture. (Image: Edinburgh Live) However, the Wellington shell was stuffed with fragrant chopped mushrooms and the dish was served with heavenly cream sauce that redeemed the off choice of vegetable. It was also accompanied by mash and buttery spinach which allowed for the perfect bite when combined with the Wellington. For meat-eaters, my friend ordered the steak which she demolished in minutes and called "incredible". I didn't try it myself we'll just have to take her word for it. For my final course, I went for another classic with the sticky toffee pudding. This was one of the best sticky toffee puddings I've ever had, which was impressive given that I was already full to the brim and wasn't sure if I could fit dessert. (Image: Edinburgh Live) As a nightcap my guest and I ordered two espresso martinis which arrived with a powdering of cacao powder. They were slightly sweet for my liking but gave a nice kick of caffeine after the big meal. Overall, the meal was a solid Sunday roast. The vibe was fancy yet casual, a good option for a fine dining experience that is more accessible to families and dates.
