His 'Hot Summer Tasting Menu' was completed with crab salads and extravagant main courses, finished with an olive oil cake.

The couple have been at the centre of a feud with the Beckham family that has pitted Brooklyn and his wife Nicola, 30, against his parents and brothers.
However, amid the ongoing drama, the pair proved they are stronger than ever on Saturday as they reaffirmed the promises they made to each other back in 2022.
And after the celebrations he was enjoying a wholesome day at home as the aspiring chef made a delicious-looking carbonara.
He showed the full process of the recipe as he fried off his bacon, cooked the pasta and made the egg-based sauce.
Brooklyn simply penned in the caption of his latest cooking video: 'Spaghetti carbonara xx.'
However he was flooded with comments saying that he had burnt the bacon a little.
They penned: 'As an Italian.. no. That cheek is burnt.', 'It seems a bit overcooked this guanciale...', 'you already know you burnt the bacon.'
Brooklyn and Nicola renewed their wedding vows last weekend, three years after tying the knot.
A source close to the couple confirmed the news to Daily Mail, stating: 'This is a moment to celebrate their love and commitment, and to create a meaningful memory together.'
Brooklyn and Nicola have been together since October 2019, and announced their engagement in July 2020.

Back in June, Brooklyn reflected on the day he proposed as he shared a gushing message to his wife on Instagram.
Alongside a snap of himself kissing her cheek, he penned: 'It's been 5 years since I asked this beautiful woman to marry me xx best decision ever x I love you so much ❤️.'
David and Victoria failed to wished their son and his wife a happy third wedding anniversary in April - or even 'liked' or commented on the happy couple's post about their milestone.
In fact, none of the Beckham family publicly congratulated them, including Romeo and Cruz who Brooklyn is said to have fallen out with.
Celebrating three years since they walked down the aisle, the couple posted a throwback photo from their wedding day.
Brooklyn captioned the photo: 'Happy 3 year anniversary baby x I love you with all my heart x I'm so lucky I get to spend everyday with you and wake up to your beautiful face everyday you are my world x I love you so much Nicola xxxxxxx.'
Meanwhile, Nicola's post - a similar caption to Brooklyn alongside her photos from their wedding day - also failed to prompt any congratulations from her in-laws.
The once close-knit Beckham family has been thrown into turmoil in recent months, amid claims Brooklyn has become increasingly estranged from his famous parents after failing to attend any of his father 50th birthday celebrations in May.
It was also revealed that Brooklyn and Nicola's Instagram accounts no longer follow his younger brothers in the latest family drama.
However, Brooklyn's friends told Daily Mail that Cruz and Romeo have actually blocked them on the social media platform.
This would make sense given that Brooklyn and Nicola are still following Victoria and David.
David and Victoria have reportedly become resigned to the fact that they have become estranged from their beloved son after he failed to attend any of the football ace's 50th birthday celebrations last month.
He also didn't wish either his mum Victoria or dad David a happy birthday on social media - an unusual move for the Beckhams, who are known for their loving posts.
This is in stark contrast to a post Brooklyn shared recently for his father-in-law and wrote on a picture of himself and Nicola with the billionaire: 'Happy birthday Nelson x We love you.'

A San Francisco restaurateur is attempting to turn the page after a bitter online feud between his co-owner and a popular food influencer tanked his wine bar's reputation. Eric Lin, a first-time restaurant owner, recently reopened his Hayes Valley wine bar under a new name, Bosque, just three weeks after shuttering the premises in the wake of a viral social media controversy. The original café, named Kis, became the target of online outrage after TikTok influencer Karla Marcotte posted a video detailing her 'nightmare' experience there with Lin's former business partner, Luke Sung. Marcotte arrived at the restaurant expecting a free meal, but instead claims she was belittled by chef Sung who told her she was not famous enough to warrant the treatment. An immediate backlash followed and Sung was forced to step down. Now Lin says all he really wants to do is move past the tense confrontation. 'It's been really tough,' Lin told SFGate. 'I've turned myself off from social media a little bit.' After abruptly closing Kis Cafe last month, Lin quietly reopened the business on August 7 under a new identity, reportedly named after his dog. The rebrand was low-key, with Lin declining to offer a website, social media, and or even announce the re-opening.
