
Summer courses girls undergo closing competition in Sana'a
Sana'a - Saba:
The Women's Authority in Sana'a Governorate organized a final competition for summer school students, as part of the activities accompanying the central exhibition of activity outcomes for the year 1446 AH.
The competition, which featured students who had mastered the Holy Quran from summer schools in the districts of Hamdan, Manakha, Al-Inner Haima, and Outer Haima in Sana'a Governorate, and Shibam Kawkaban in Mahweet Governorate, was attended by field and cultural coordinators who praised the high level of Quranic proficiency achieved by the students in memorizing, reciting, and reciting the Holy Quran.
They congratulated the students from Manakha District on their victory in this year's competition.
They noted that the summer courses pay special attention to the Holy Quran and provide a significant portion of the course activities taught in summer schools.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, which was attended by event and media coordinators and summer school administrators, gifts were distributed to the students.

Sana'a - Saba: The General Administration of the Central Correctional Facility in the Capital Secretariat organized on Saturday an event marking the conclusion of summer activities and courses for inmates in 1446 AH. The event was attended by the Deputy Secretary of the Capital for the Education Sector, Mohammed Al-Banous. Scholar Hamoud Sharafuddin, a member of the Scholars' Association, praised the efforts of those overseeing the summer courses at the facility, highlighting their significant role in the success of these programs designed for inmate graduates. He emphasized the importance of these courses in enhancing their Quranic knowledge. Sharafuddin pointed out the significance of summer programs in nurturing minds and bodies while protecting them from misguided ideologies. Sana'a - Saba: Sana'a province witnessed closing ceremonies for summer activities organized by the subcommittees of summer courses and general mobilization in the districts of Hamdan, Sanhan, and Bani Bahlul. In the closing ceremony in Hamdan district, attended by Deputy Governor Atef Al-Masalli, the district director and head of the summer courses supervisory committee, Fahd Attiya, praised the outcomes of the summer programs, which serve as a fundamental pillar in building youth awareness and fortifying them with the guidance of the Holy Quran. He urged students to preserve the knowledge they gained during the courses. Meanwhile, the head of the executive committee for summer courses in the district, Ali Al-Alban, stated that this year's summer courses saw significant turnout, noting that 19,663 male and female students enrolled in the courses across 158 open and model schools. The event, attended by the deputy head of the educational sector in the province, Mohammed Khamis, and the mobilization official in the district, Mohammed Al-Shuwaye, along with executive leaders, social figures, and educators, featured various performances and honored outstanding participants.
