Community development in Spanish Fort to boost sports tourism with new fields 'This is a fantastic ground that we were able to buy here,' said Global CEO Marcel Bartels at the announcement of the $61 million investment Wednesday afternoon. I can promise you that,' said Executive Director of the Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance Lee Lawson. Along with everything else Butting brings to Loxley, it will also create 100 new jobs with six-figure wages. 'We take care of the quality of our product and we take care of the quality of life of our employees, and both for us are on the same level,' said Bartels.
