‘Rare' experience with Canadian UFC legend Georges St-Pierre comes to Toronto in September. Here's how to get ticket starting this week
The one-night-only event, according to a news release, will offer fans a 'rare glimpse inside the mind of a fighter who became a global icon.'

The live interview event is set to take place on Monday, Sept. 29, at 8 p.m. and will be followed by an audience question-and-answer period where fans will get the chance to ask questions and hear personal responses from the former UFC superstar.
'This is a chance to speak from the heart — to share not only what I've done, but what I've learned,' St-Pierre said in the release. 'I've always believed greatness isn't something you're born with — it's something you build, day by day, choice by choice. That's the story I want to tell.'
Tony Gattillo, founder of Gattillo Group and the event's producer, has conducted similar events with the likes of legends like Al Pacino, Arnold Schwarzenegger and John Travolta.
'For Canada, there's no one more inspiring to lead the way than Georges St-Pierre — an icon of discipline, perseverance and authenticity, and a national treasure,' Gattillo said.
An event presale is set to go live on Ticketmaster on Wednesday, July 9, at 10 a.m., followed by a general public sale on Friday, July 11, at 10 p.m.
A limited number of post-show VIP packages will be available, offering an 'intimate post-show experience' with St-Pierre that includes a cocktail reception, professional photo, signed memorabilia and a viewing of his original World Championship belt.

St-Pierre, inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in 2021, holds the UFC record for most wins in title bouts, and held a professional record of 26 wins and just two losses.
The two-division UFC champion won titles in both the welterweight and middleweight divisions, becoming one of only a few athletes to achieve such a feat in multiple weight classes.
His records include 13 championship wins, nine consecutive title defences, 90 total rounds won and 90 successful takedowns, which is the most in UFC history, according to the event news release.
The UFC legend first retired in 2013, but returned in 2017 at Madison Square Garden to became the UFC Middleweight Champion.
He would announce his retirement from professional mixed martial arts in 2019, and now lives in Montreal and travels the world training with coaches and partners across every discipline.

Bruna Brasil explains how she ended up in main event of Road to UFC card in China
Bruna Brasil will headline Friday's Road to UFC card in Shanghai opposite Chinese prospect Shi Ming, but that was not the original plan. The UFC has a Fight Night event booked for Saturday in Shanghai, headlined by Johnny Walker and Zhang Mingyang at the Shanghai Indoor Stadium, while Road to UFC, the tournament built to recruit Chinese fighters to the promotion, has a show at the same venue a day before. 'I didn't expect to go to China [laughs]. The opponent never crossed my head either, she just got in the UFC,' Brasil told MMA Fighting. '[The fight] was going to be in the regular UFC but then they suggested to transfer the fight to be a special main event to promote the Road card. I thought it was cool because it will get more attention. We would probably be fighting in the prelims, and now we get to stand out more.' Brasil said it's more 'captivating and exciting' to be the main event of a smaller show than filling up a regular UFC Fight Night. 'Tickets went on sale and it was sold out in like, 10 minutes,' Brasil said. 'I was very excited about that. I think it's going to be very cool to enter the octagon in a packed arena with everybody screaming and cheering. It's going to be fantastic. It's an unusual opportunity, I didn't expect to be the main event of a UFC event, so it's going to be an incredible experience for me. It's going to be wonderful to show people my talent and what I have to offer.' The Fighting Nerds strawweight dropped to 2-3 in the UFC after a short-notice flyweight loss to Wand Cong in February, seven months after beating Molly McCann in Manchester. 'I believe she has competed with good athletes, based on what I've seen, but I don't believe she has faced anyone of my level yet,' Brasil said. 'People say I'm misguiding, that I look thin but my strikes are powerful, especially the kicks. I believe she will feel when I land the first kick or teep. I believe she will feel that hard, and that's when she will begin to realize she has to maybe change strategies a little bit, try to circle more. I'm ready for those changes. I believe she will try takedowns, too.'

Sean O'Malley gives Cory Sandhagen a chance to dethrone Merab Dvalishvili. O'Malley (18-3 MMA, 10-3 UFC) is coming off back-to-back title losses to bantamweight champion Dvalishvili (20-4 MMA, 13-2 UFC), most recently getting submitted at UFC 316 in June. Dvalishvili will make a less than four-month turnaround to defend his belt against Sandhagen (18-5 MMA, 11-4 UFC) in the UFC 320 main event on Oct. 4 in Las Vegas, his third title defense of the year. "The dude jumped into a frozen lake on top of his head; not surprised that he's fighting back-to-back-to-back times," O'Malley told MMA Junkie of Dvalishvili. "He's a savage. He's built for fighting, and why not take advantage of it? Not surprised at all." According to BetMGM, Sandhagen is a +275 betting underdog against the champion, who is a -350 favorite. O'Malley thinks Sandhagen's well-rounded skillset could surprise Dvalishvili. "Merab is improving each fight, but he's still – to this day, I watch him and I'm like, 'God, I know I can knock this motherf*cker out,'" O'Malley said. "He's sloppy in certain positions and he's beatable. He's definitely beatable and you can't count Cory out. "Cory is one of the most skilled guys in the UFC, not just in the bantamweight division. You can't count Cory out. I'm very curious to see how that fight plays out, what happens if Merab gets a hold of Cory. Merab felt super strong, so I'm curious to see what kind of scrambles Cory can create and if he can give him any trouble."
