This year's campaign speaks directly to the heart of what Mother's Day represents—gratitude, strength, and care—not just for others, but for oneself. These pieces are designed not just to dress well, but to support women in feeling confident and comfortable wherever the day takes them.
This campaign repositions the idea of gifting not as a gesture of thanks to mothers as passive recipients, but recognizes their multifaceted identities. It honors mothers not only in their caregiving roles, but also as individuals with their own ambitions, styles, and needs. By offering versatile, comfortable, and confidently designed clothing, the campaign supports mothers in reclaiming space for themselves. The true gift is not the product itself, but the affirmation of their whole selves.

You get a better lifestyle and safety in UAE, says Moldovan expat
Dubai-based CEO Elvira Jain has been in the UAE for 12 years and like most expatriates, says time flies in the Gulf. After a high-flying career as a fashion model, Moldovan-born Jain now runs a communications agency, Ellyse Management. During her career she has boasted collaborations with prestigious brands such as Gucci, Dior and Armani, and now, she's turning her hand to entrepreneurship in the Gulf's fashion capital. If you had to use one word to describe money what would it be? Opportunity. If you had to write a letter to money, what would you say? Due to money we can have the possibility of travelling and having better education and health. It's not the same everywhere but in Dubai you need resources to survive. How would you describe your relationship to money? I respect money. You need to use money smartly. I don't waste money and I calculate well. I do have an economics background, so I try not to overspend. Sometimes it is tricky, because I do like to spend, but I think money comes to people who also respect it and use it in the right direction. Also having a business and having created it by myself, I calculate everything and make projections and budget. How do you think this relationship was formed? When I was in school, aged 7-8, my parents used to pay me for every highest mark I used to get at school and I used to keep the money in a book, so I was really motivated to get better marks and more money. I was also one of the best in class. What good or bad lessons about money management did you learn from your mother? My mom sometimes tends to overspend and sometimes not spend much on unnecessary things so I try to also evaluate if it's worth to spend or not but sometimes is difficult. Who do you speak to about money matters and is it something you consider 'taboo'? I don't consider it a taboo. I can speak to my parents, my husband, and my kids . It cannot be a taboo since it is part of our daily life. Who has taught you the most about financial management? I learned a lot from my parents and from my husband. What do you think has been the most profound experience you've had so far in relation to money, good or bad, and what has it taught you since? When I used to travel as a model in different countries, they gave you a weekly allowance and you had to manage it. This taught me to spend only on what I really needed to. How do you think living in the UAE has changed your relationship with and perception of money? I can say that to live well you need money. The equation of money and income (in the UAE) is different compared to European countries. You get a better salary but then you also have to spend more on rent and monthly expenses. But of course, you get a different, better lifestyle and most of all, the UAE is the safest country to live in. If you could give your child or your younger self one piece of advice about money now what would that be and why? Spend only on what you really need because money comes to those who respect it. What do you value spending money on? It depends on what I need at that moment. I do like to pamper myself so there are also some spendings that we can't avoid as ladies. Do you long-term plan your finances, and if so, how? I like investing in real estate. What is your long-term goal or dream which is pegged to your finances? I wish to have a lot of properties in different parts of the world How much do you save each month? Since I'm a business owner, the income might vary, so savings are different. But I try to have a savings account and a different current account. How much do you plan to have by the time you are 65? I can't give a number because depreciation of money is real, so what might seem a lot now might be much less in the future. I try to think 100 times before investing so it's tough to say.

Master Feng Shui: Tips for Balance and Harmony at Home & Office
What is Feng Shui? Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese practice that focuses on arranging your environment to promote balance, harmony, and the free flow of 'Chi' (energy). The goal is to align your surroundings—whether at home or in the office—with natural energy forces to support health, wealth, relationships, and overall well-being. How is it pronounced? It's often mispronounced, so here's the correct way: Mandarin (closest to original): Fuhng Shway (with a rising tone on Feng). Common English pronunciation: Feng Shway. Some people say Fung Shwee, but that's less accurate. The easiest and most accepted in English is: 'Feng Shway.' It's not about superstition; it's about thoughtful placement, decluttering, and creating an atmosphere that feels supportive and energizing. Ten Feng Shui Tips for Your Home Declutter First Energy gets stuck in clutter. Clear unnecessary items to let positive energy flow. Invite Good Energy at the Entrance Keep your main door clean, well-lit, and welcoming—it's the "mouth of Chi." Balance the Five Elements Incorporate wood, fire, earth, metal, and water through colors, shapes, and materials. Use Mirrors Wisely Place mirrors to reflect light and expand space, but avoid mirrors directly facing the bed. Prioritize the Bedroom Position your bed so you can see the door but aren't directly in line with it ("command position"). Let in Natural Light and Fresh Air Open windows often, or use plants and air purifiers to refresh energy. Add Plants for Growth Green, healthy plants symbolize vitality and prosperity (avoid dried or dead ones). Create Balance with Furniture Placement Don't block pathways with furniture; keep a sense of open flow. Use Calming Colors Soft, natural colors in the bedroom, energizing tones in living areas. Honor Meaningful Objects Display art, photos, or décor that brings you joy and positivity, not heaviness. Ten Feng Shui Tips for Your Office Sit in the Command Position Place your desk so you face the entrance (without being directly in line with the door). Have a Solid Back A wall or sturdy chair behind you gives psychological support and stability. Declutter Your Desk Keep only essentials on your work surface to focus energy and reduce stress. Incorporate Plants Bamboo, jade plant, or money plant invite prosperity and freshness. Use Proper Lighting Natural light is best; if not possible, add soft, balanced artificial lighting. Balance Technology with Nature Too much metal (computers, wires) can drain energy—offset with wood and greenery. Inspire with Vision Boards or Symbols Place items that represent success, goals, or motivation in sight. Keep Energy Flowing Avoid sitting directly in line with a door or a sharp corner pointing at you. Mind the Colors Blues and greens for growth, reds for energy, earthy tones for stability.

The ‘Brouge' Manicure: The Chicest New Nail Trend Taking Over 2025
If last year's nails were about glazed shine and hyper-girlish maximalism, this year's are about mirroring the elegance of our incoming winter wardrobe. Enter the brogue manicure… Just when you thought we'd seen it all, from glazed donut nails, velvet tips, to chrome powders—the fashion world has unearthed yet another style revival, this time borrowing from menswear. Enter the 'brogue' manicure, a nail trend inspired by the timelessly elegant brogue shoe. Yes, the same Oxford-inspired footwear with immaculate detailing and subtle stitching has now made its way onto our fingertips. Its a polished blend of brown and rouge, where earthy warmth collides with a glossy red kissed by brown undertones. The result? A sultry, sophisticated nail look that sits perfectly between classic and contemporary. The style of the manicure is in its name, 'Brouge,' a combination of brown and rouge, instead of opting for the typical orangish-red nail polish, the It-girls of the season are spotting red with a hint of brown. Think of it as a modern update on red nails, smouldering and understated yet undeniably chic. It's also a refreshing departure from the hyper-feminine, candy-like nail trends of the past year. Instead of glitter and neon, the brogue manicure favours earth tones, matte finishes, and understated metallic — a nod to the neutral palette dominating runways from Milan to New York. Nail artists are embracing this aesthetic in different forms: some opt for delicate, symmetrical perforations along French tips, while others go bolder with metallic linings and color-blocked sections. The result is a manicure that feels sophisticated, architectural, and editorial. It's no wonder beauty insiders are calling this the summer-to-autumn nail, the perfect transitional nail colour for August. The colour reflects the season's mood: warm, indulgent, and deeply romantic. Whether worn on short, neatly squared nails for a refined finish or on longer almond shapes for added drama, brogue is a hue that we can all add to basket now.
