The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) part fetched 14.35 times subscription while the portion for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) got subscribed 12.55 times. Non Institutional Investors category attracted 8.24 times subscription.
IndiQube Spaces on Tuesday said it has raised over ₹314 crore from anchor investors.
The ₹700-crore initial public offer (IPO) of the Bengaluru-based firm has a price band of ₹225-237 per share.
At the upper end of the price band, the company's valuation is nearly ₹5,000 crore.
The IPO has a fresh issue of₹ 650 crore and an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of ₹50 crore.
IndiQube Spaces proposes to utilise the fresh capital to the tune of ₹462.6 crore towards funding capex for setting up new centres,₹ 93 crore for repayment and the rest for general corporate purposes.
The company, which was incorporated in 2015, manages a portfolio of 8.40 million square feet across 115 properties in 15 cities with a total seating capacity of 1,86,719 as of March 2025. This was a growth from 74 centres and 4.94 million sq ft in March 2023.
IndiQube serves 769 clients, out of which 44 per cent are Global Capability Centres. The company follows an enterprise-first strategy, owing to which 63 per cent of its occupied area comes from clients who have leased over 300 seats.
Further, 44 per cent of its revenue is generated from multi-centre clients. Its diverse client mix includes Enphase, Myntra, Zerodha, NoBroker, upGrad, Siemens, Juspay, Perfios, Moglix, Ninjacart, Narayana Health and Allegis, to name a few.
ICICI Securities and JM Financial are the book-running lead managers to the offer.
The equity shares are expected to be listed on July 30 on the BSE and NSE.

Software-as-a-service (SaaS) company Amagi Media Labs Limited has filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi). The initial public offering (IPO) will be a mix of fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS). ADVERTISEMENT The company plans to raise Rs 1,020 crores to be raised as fresh capital while selling shareholders will offer 3.41 crore equity shares. The company, in consultation with the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) may consider a pre-IPO placement aggregating up to Rs 204 crores prior to filing of the Red Herring Prospectus with the ROC. If the Pre- IPO Placement is undertaken, then the fresh issue will be reduced to the extent of such Pre-IPO placement. The Bengaluru-headquartered company was founded in 2008 by its promoter Baskar Subramanian who is the Managing Director & CEO of the company. Srividhya Srinivasan and Arunachalam Srinivasan Karapattu are other promoters of the company. While the former is the Chief Technology Officer, the latter is President—Global Business. Amagi Media connects media companies to their audiences through cloud-native technology and helps content providers and distributors upload and deliver video over the internet (streaming) through smart televisions, smartphones and applications. ADVERTISEMENT The company is backed by leading venture capital firms including Accel, Avataar Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners, and Premji Invest. The company works with more than 45% of the top 50 listed 'media and entertainment' companies by revenue according to the claims made by it in the draft part of the OFS, the investor selling shareholders are PI Opportunities Fund I, PI Opportunities Fund II, Norwest Venture Partners X – Mauritius, Accel India VI (Mauritius) Ltd., Accel Growth VI Holdings (Mauritius) Ltd., Trudy Holdings, AVP I Fund, and certain individual selling shareholders. ADVERTISEMENT Amagi proposes to utilise Rs 667 crores from the net proceeds of the fresh issue towards investment in technology and cloud infrastructure. It also plans to fund the inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes. It's business is organised across three key divisions - Cloud Modernization, Streaming Unification and monetisation & marketplace which addresses the requirements of three main categories of customers - Content Providers, Distributors (such as OTT platforms, telecom operators, and smart television manufacturers) and Advertising platforms & reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,162 crores in FY25, recording a compound annual growth rate of 30.70% from FY2023 to FY2025, driven by new customer acquisition and increased use of the platform by existing customers. Amagi's adjusted EBITDA margin improved significantly to 2.02% in FY25, compared to (17.69%) in FY24 and (20.62%) in FY23. IDFC First Bank Q1 profit drops 32 pc to Rs 463 cr

Agency: PTI Last Updated: New Delhi, Jul 26 (PTI) Private sector IDFC First Bank on Saturday reported a 32 per cent slump in net profit to Rs 463 crore during the first quarter of the current financial year, impacted by slippages in the micro-finance book. The Mumbai-based lender had earned a net profit of Rs 681 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. The total income rose to Rs 11,869 crore during the June quarter of 2025-26 from Rs 10,408 crore in the same quarter of FY25, IDFC First Bank said in a regulatory filing. Interest earned by the bank improved to Rs 9,642 crore compared to Rs 8,789 crore in the June quarter FY25. Net interest income also increased to Rs 4,933 crore during the quarter against Rs 4,695 crore in the year-ago period. The bank's asset quality showed deterioration as gross non-performing assets (NPAs) declined to 1.97 per cent of gross advances at the end of the June quarter from 1.90 per cent a year ago. However, net NPAs, or bad loans, improved to 0.55 per cent against 0.59 per cent in the year-ago period. Provisions for the quarter rose significantly to Rs 1,659 crore compared to Rs 994 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal due to slippages in the micro-finance book. Return on Assets (ROA) declined to 0.53 per cent for June 2025 from 0.91 per cent at the end of June 2024, registering a fall of 38 bps, it said. At the same time, the capital adequacy ratio slipped to 14.86 per cent from 15.59 per cent in the same quarter of FY25. Upcoming IPO: Medical devices company Sahajanand Medical Technologies has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the capital markets regulator, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi), on Friday, July 25, 2025. Founded by Dhirajlal Kotadia in 2001, Sahajanand Medical Technologies (SMT) Limited specialises in advanced medical devices in vascular and structural heart intervention. Ashish Kacholia, Samara Capital Markets Holding Limited, Kotak Pre-IPO Opportunities Fund and Plutus Wealth Management LLP are the major shareholders in the company. According to the DRHP filing, the company is offering a book-built initial public offering (IPO) with an entirely offer for sale (OFS) component. The company proposed to make an offer-for-sale of up to 2,76,44,231 equity shares to shareholders with a face value of Re 1 apiece.
