DNAKE opens first US office and warehouse in Los Angeles, improving products and service for North America

LOS ANGELES, June 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — DNAKE, a global provider of home and building video intercom systems and communications solutions has officially opened its first US office in downtown Los Angeles.
The establishment of this office opens a new chapter for the company as both a strategic upgrade for DNAKE's global expansion and its ability to better serve customers in the important North American market. Los Angeles will now serve as a critical hub for the company's global operations with the new office serving as a bridge between the international brand and its North American customers.
DNAKE specializes in a range of smart intercoms, access control terminals, elevator control systems, wireless doorbells, and more. Ideal for both residential and commercial properties, DNAKE's solutions deliver unmatched security, flexibility, and convenience that are shaping the future of connected living.
Now with an official presence in the US and with a growing local team, DNAKE aims to gain improved market insights, optimized product development and localized marketing strategies that will all help to build a stronger customer relationship network.
The new office joins DNAKE's California fulfillment and service center warehouse to further reshape the company's logistics and service systems. The warehouse will improve delivery efficiency by enabling ship-on-order fulfillment through pre-stocked inventory, eliminating the need for complicated customs procedures for every order. This will significantly reduce delivery times and offer more of a door-to-door e-commerce experience with orders being fulfilled by the warehouse within 2 business days of receipt.
The warehouse will also enhance DNAKE customer service by processing return and exchange requests within 48 hours and technical issues will receive an online response within 24 hours. Now, DNAKE orders in North America will be shipped, delivered, and serviced locally.
Finally, the warehouse and logistics systems are synchronized in real time with DNAKE's headquarters for more data-driven optimization, enabling dynamic inventory management and more precise alignment with regional demand.
On the significance of these new facilities, Alex Zhuang, Deputy General Manager, noted, 'This dual investment in both operations and fulfillment infrastructure is set to further strengthen DNAKE's service in our key verticals of building intercom systems and smart home solutions. It allows us to become more localized in our products, sales, fulfillment and marketing. We are now one step closer to being the global leader in intelligent security and smart building technology.'
