1.Ensure your card is valid for the entire duration of your trip.
2.Regularly update your personal information with the bank, such as your phone number and email address.
3.Make sure you have sufficient credit limits and review your account balance.
4.Never write down your PIN or any personal information. If your card is lost or stolen, contact the bank immediately to block it, or use the mobile app or online banking services to do so.
5.Download the Gulf Bank's app to track card usage and expenses during your trip.
6.Ensure you have access to your online banking services.
7.Book your trips only through trusted and secure websites.
8.Be cautious of offers that seem too good to be true, to avoid falling victim to fraud.
9.Keep your antivirus software and operating systems up to date on the devices you use for bookings, to prevent card data leakage.
10.Never share your PIN or OTP (One-Time Password) with anyone.
11.Always read the content of your OTP message, including the merchant's name and the amount, before using the code for payment.
12.Remember, the bank will never ask you to provide personal information via email, phone calls, or text messages.
13.Avoid clicking on any links from unknown or untrusted sources.
