Tracxn Technologies shares jumped 5.3 per cent, logging an intraday high at ₹62.83 per share on BSE. However, at 12:17 PM, Tracxn Technologies pared gains and the share price was trading 0.34 per cent higher at ₹59.84 per share on the BSE. In comparison, the BSE Sensex was down 0.74 per cent at 81,653.42.
The company's market capitalisation stood at ₹641.54 crore. The 52-week high of the stock was at ₹107.93 per share, and the 52-week low of the stock was at ₹48 per share.
Tracxn Technologies share buyback details
On Thursday, after market hours, the company's board approved the proposal for a share buyback.
The buyback price has been increased from ₹70 to ₹75. The maximum number of shares proposed to be bought back has been reduced from 11,42,857 to 10,66,666.
A share buyback is when a company buys back its own shares from the stock market or shareholders. This reduces the number of shares available in the market.
"We wish to inform you that the Buyback Committee of the company vide circular resolution dated July 17, 2025 has approved the following: (i) The Buyback Price has been increased from ₹70/- (Rupees Seventy only) per Equity Share to ₹ 75/- (Rupees Seventy-Five Only) per Equity Share," the filing read.
It added: The maximum number of Equity Shares proposed to be bought back by the company has been reduced from 11,42,857 (Eleven Lakhs Forty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty-Seven) fully paid-up Equity Shares to 10,66,666 (Ten Lakhs Sixty-Six Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty-Six) Equity Shares, representing 0.99 per cent of the total number of shares of the company.

NEW DELHI: The Phoenix Mills has reported a growth of 2.06 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Its profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹319.91 crore in Q1 FY26 as against ₹313.44 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing. The company's net consolidated total income stood at ₹984.50 crore in Q1 FY26, a growth of 4.47 per cent from ₹942.40 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year. On the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee, the board of directors of the company has approved the re-appointment of Rajesh Kulkarni as a whole-time director for a period of five years effective from May 27, 2026 to May 26, 2031. Retail segment Retail consumption during Q1 FY26 surged 12% year-on-year to ₹3,588 crore. Gross retail collections grew by 7% to ₹853 crore. Retail rental income reached ₹506 crore, a 4% increase. Retail EBITDA also advanced by 4% to ₹535 crore. The company maintained a leased occupancy rate above 95%, with a trading occupancy rate at 89% in June 2025. Management highlighted that the temporary gap between leased and trading occupancy is strategic, driven by ongoing brand churn and repositioning. Trading occupancy is expected to return to 95%+ in coming quarters. Commercial office segment Total income from commercial offices in Q1 FY26 was ₹52 crore, up 4% over the previous year. EBITDA from these assets grew 8% to ₹34 crore. Operational occupancy was sustained at 70% across Mumbai and Pune properties. The company completed gross leasing of approximately 4.07 lakh sq ft during the quarter. Hospitality segment Hotel income climbed 11% year-on-year to ₹130 crore, with EBITDA from hotels increasing 19% to ₹58 crore. The St. Regis Mumbai reported 83% occupancy and a 13% year-on-year rise in average room rates. Courtyard by Marriott Agra registered 71% occupancy and a 5% increase in average room rates. Residential segment Gross residential sales for Q1 FY26 rose to ₹168 crore, over three times Q1 FY25 sales of ₹50 crore, with collections swelling to ₹99 crore. Average sales price for the quarter stood at ₹27,000 per sq ft. Debt and capital structure As of June 30, 2025, PML's group-level gross debt was ₹4,435 crore, and net debt stood at ₹1,778 crore, resulting in a net debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 1.2x. Liquidity (bank balance, investments, and DSRA) was at ₹2,657 crore. The company's average cost of debt declined to 7.92% as of June 2025.

NEW DELHI: Ajmera Realty & Infra India (ARIIL) has reported a growth of 21.79 per cent in its net consoldiated profit during the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Its profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹38.28 crore in Q1 FY26 as against ₹31.43 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing. The company's net consolidated total income stood at ₹259.62 crore in Q1 FY26, a growth of 32.36 per cent from ₹196.15 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year. Dhaval Ajmera , director-corporate affairs, of the company said, "We enhanced our execution capabilities, leading to a remarkable 42% YoY increase in collections significantly strengthening our cash flows and clocked the highest quarterly revenue in the last five years. We have strategically reduced our overall debt by 6%, including a significant 40% reduction in corporate debt. This, coupled with a 45 bpsreduction in our weighted average cost of debt compared to FY25, further strengthens our balance sheet. Looking ahead, despite the regulatory delays in securing approvals for our key projects, we remain optimistic about our nine projects set to launch, collectively representing a gross development value of ₹6,460 crore." Its sales volume stood at 63,244 sq ft, generating sales value of ₹108 crore in Q1 FY26. Collections increased by 42% to ₹234 crore in Q1 FY26 from ₹165 crore in Q1 FY25. Debt decreased by 6% to ₹619 crore in Q1 FY26, compared to ₹662 crore in FY25, bringing down the debt-to-equity ratio to 0.50x during the said quarter.

ACC's net profit up 4.36% in Q1 FY26

NEW DELHI: ACC , part of Adani Group , has reported a growth of 4.36 per cent in its net consoldiated profit during the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Its profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹375.42 crore in Q1 FY26 as against ₹359.74 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing. The company's net consolidated total income stood at ₹6,155.58 crore in Q1 FY26, a growth of 16.79 per cent from ₹5,270.81 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year. According to the company, "cement demand growth in Q1 FY26, remained strong at 4% amid favourable macroeconomic situations and sustained demand from housing and infrastructure segments. Outlook for Q2 FY26 continues to remain strong. For FY26, cement demand is expected to grow between 6-7% due to rise in demand for affordable housing (both rural and urban), higher spending on infrastructure and commercial sector, which includes increased investment in core and allied infrastructure sector." Its net worth increased by ₹228 crore during the quarter and stands at ₹18,787 crore. EPS (diluted) at ₹ 19.9 during the quarter, up by Rs 0.7 year-on-year. It increased ready-mix concreate (RMX) footprint with addition of 12 plants. During the quarter, volume increased by 12% year-on-year supported by higher trade volumes and higher premium product. WHRS power share increased by 4pp from 9.9% to 13.9%, solar power share increased by 7.9pp from 3.4% to 11.3%, taking the green power share up by 11.9pp to 26.2%, clear road map & investment commitments to achieve 60% green power share well ahead of targeted FY28. Optimised Fuel Basket, with use of low cost imported petcoke, improved linkage and captive coal consumption and synergies with Group companies have resulted in 10% reduction in Kiln fuel cost from ₹1.73 to ₹1.56 per '000 Kcal. Thermal value at 738 kCal improved by 1 Kcal year-on-year, expect to improve further in coming quarters driven by capex-based efficiency improvement projects. Logistics costs reduced by 5% at ₹972 per tonne. Through various freight negotiation initiatives, road PTPK has decreased by 1% year-on-year, at ₹4.15 per tonne.
