All-In Podcast Launches ‘The Besties All-In Tequila'
LOS ANGELES, June 27, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, All-In Podcast hosts Chamath Palihapitiya, Jason Calacanis, David Sacks, and David Friedberg – A.K.A. "The Besties" – launched The Besties All-In Tequila. The All-In Podcast is one of the world's top-ranking podcasts that features insider takes on business, technology, and society.
In 2023, The Besties discovered a very rare store of tequila in Jalisco, Mexico that was pot-distilled from 100% Blue Weber agave and aged in white oak ex-whiskey barrels for five years. After sampling directly from the barrels, the group knew they had stumbled onto something special and immediately acquired the entire supply. The Besties worked with a local master distiller to blend the batch to a perfect balance over months of tastings and iterations. The Besties All-In Tequila was born, an exceptional extra anejo featuring a smooth, slightly sweet taste with hints of wood, citrus, dried fruits, butterscotch, vanilla, cacao, toffee, and cooked agave.
To match the tequila's exceptional quality, The Besties designed limited-edition packaging. Each bottle is a custom, hand crafted art piece featuring hand painted poker chip accents and an individually numbered medallion for collectors. The interior of the box illuminates upon opening to showcase the complexity of the bottle's design. Each collector's box includes The Besties' signatures.

David Sacks shared the spirited backstory behind the launch, from late-night group chats to tequila tastings in Mexico. "We found a rare set of five-year aged agave barrels and turned them into something we're really proud of. People are going to be surprised by how smooth and good this tequila is. We wouldn't put our names on it if it wasn't exceptional."
The Besties hosted a private black-tie event at Delilah in Los Angeles, CA to celebrate the launch. The invitation-only event welcomed tastemakers, tech founders, venture capitalists, and entertainment industry elite for an evening of live music performances, tequila tastings, and curated experiences.
The Besties All-In Tequila is now on-sale at https://tequila.allin.com/ for $1,200 US plus applicable taxes and fees per bottle. All sales will be fulfilled by Flaviar. Order delivery is expected in late summer 2025.

Lil Nas X arrested in Los Angeles and treated for possible overdose, police say
Rapper and singer Lil Nas X was arrested by Los Angeles Police Department officers early Thursday morning in Studio City and was treated for a possible overdose, police said. Around 5:50 a.m., LAPD officers responded to Ventura Boulevard and Vineland Avenue for a man walking in the street. According to police, when officers arrived, the man charged at officers and was taken into custody. The man, identified as 26-year-old Montero Lamar Hill, also known as Lil Nas X, was arrested for battery on a police officer. He was transported to a local hospital for a possible overdose. Lil Nas X in 2020 won Grammy awards for best pop duo/group performance and best music video for his song "Old Town Road" with Billy Ray Cyrus. The duo also earned a Country Music Association award for the collaboration.

General Hospital August 19: Did Maxie's Heartstopper Signal the End for a Fan Favorite?
As Maxie battled a heart attack, the heartstopping August 19, 2025 episode of General Hospital left us all fearing for the fan favorite character's life. Maxie's Life Is On The Line After Maxie (Kirsten Storms, who is temporarily exiting GH) collapsed on live television during Deception's segment on Home & Heart, everyone rallied around the beloved fashionista. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) was forced to inform her nemesis, Lulu (Alexa Havins), but when she called Felicia (Kristina Wagner), Maxie's mother didn't answer. It wasn't until paramedics rolled Maxie in on a stretcher that Felicia, Lucas (Van Hansis), and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) all learned of Maxie's medical emergency. After Maxie was said to be having a heart attack, Lucy (Lynn Herring) comforted Felicia, who already experienced her daughter's heart failure back in the 90s. At the same time, Maxie went into a-fib and began flatlining, and that was when Lucas did all he could. He not only used the defibrillator on his cousin, but reminded her that no one else could plan his future wedding to Marco (Adrian Anchondo). Finally, Maxie's heart began again and Lucas assured everyone the worst was over. Maxie's Heart-to-Heart Maxie having a sudden heart attack is a major scare for her loved ones. Back in 1994, a young Maxie was dying of heart failure and in need of a transplant. Felicia and Frisco (Jack Wagner) worried they were about to lose their daughter when a devastating miracle occured: Maxie's cousin BJ (Brighton Hertford) died in a bus accident, and her father Tony (Brad Maule) decided to donate his daughter's heart to Maxie. Maxie experienced heart trouble again in the early 2000s, where she was visited by BJ's presence (as Storms pulled double duty also playing BJ) and was reminded her time wasn't up yet.
