A LOVE Island star looks unrecognisable after dissolving her lip, cheek and chin filler while leaving fans stunned with the before and after snaps.
Liana Isadora Van-Riel was an Islander in the second season of the revived series of Love Island which aired in 2016.

She entered the villa on the 20th day of the episode, and was dumped on day 33.
The former Islander, who is now 29 years of age, welcomed a child recently after quitting stripping and social media.
And now she's completely altered her appearance after getting her face filler dissolved.
Taking to TikTok after revealing she had quit Instagram earlier this year, Liana shared a candid before and after shot.

"Feel self conscious now I've dissolved my lip, cheek and chin filler," she penned over the top of a recent snap where she looked more natural than she has done in the past.
She then shared a snap of herself before getting her filler dissolved and wrote: "Until I remember how bad my filler blindness was."
The difference between the snaps was stark, with Liana's face looking more natural and less puffy in the first snap.
Meanwhile, the second snap saw her face looking puffier and more inflated.

Fans were stunned by the before and after snaps, with them quick to comment on the stark difference.
"Holy hell! JUMPSCARE! You 100% made the RIGHT decision," said one person in the comments section.

While a fourth penned: "Filler blindness, eyebrow blindness, eyelash blindness, tanning blindness.. so happy you can see now! Natural and beautiful!"
A fifth then said: "Hey you're gorgeous let's not do that again.. okay?"

When Liana appeared on Love Island nine years ago, she was coupled up with Adam Maxted.
The pair were then separated when they were voted as one of the weakest couples by the rest of the Islanders on the show.
Liana and Tom Powell, another hunk who she coupled up with, then received the fewest votes from the public and left the island.
Liana revealed some of the things fans don't see on the show.

She told The Sun: "You're completely cut off.'
"They give you these basic little phones where you can text each other but nobody really uses them, they're only really there for the whole 'I've got a text' aspect."
Liana was a stripper before going into the villa but has since quit her former job.
It is not clear if Liana is in a relationship, but she regularly shares posts about her baby daughter and how she navigates motherhood.

And in a recent post she gave a glimpse at her relationship status and said: "To any girls dating a guy who has a baby under one. RUN.
"I promise you if he can leave the mother of his child at the most vulnerable time of her life, he can do so much worse to you.
"And if she left him, even worse cause NO woman would choose to do that first year postpartum alone unless there's a seriously good reason to not have that man around."

Tulisa to recount drugs trial in new memoir detailing her career highs and lows
The pop singer, 36, who found fame in hip-hop trio N-Dubz, was arrested on suspicion of supplying class A drugs in 2013, but the charges were later dismissed after prosecution witness, 'fake sheikh' journalist Mazher Mahmood, was found guilty of tampering with evidence in the trial. The book, titled Judgement, has been written using journals that Contostavlos wrote in amid the media storm following the sting operation that saw Mahmood pose as a wealthy film producer called Samir Khan. In an Instagram video on Tuesday, Contostavlos said: '90% of this no one has ever known. A post shared by Tulisa Contostavlos (@tulisacontostavlos) 'The story of my year in 2013 has been spoken about many times, but it has never been told in the way that it's told in my new book. 'This is living all the juiciest moments from behind the scenes. This book will have you crying one moment, on the edge of your seat the next.' She wrote in the caption: 'As you all know, I've been through the highs and some unimaginable lows in my career. 'For the first time, I'm sharing everything. Following the collapse of the trial Contostavlos said 'I have never dealt drugs and never been involved in taking or dealing cocaine' in a statement where she also accused Mahmood of a 'horrific and disgusting entrapment'. In 2016 Mahmood was jailed for tampering with evidence in the collapsed drugs trial when the 'King of the Sting' and his driver Alan Smith, were found guilty of plotting to pervert the course of justice. Publishing director, Ciara Lloyd, who has acquired UK and Commonwealth rights to the book, said: 'When I read Tulisa's proposal, I knew instantly that I wanted to publish her. 'I remember the infamous 'Fake Sheikh' trial well and how unfairly Tulisa was treated, a story that highlighted the bias and misogyny in the press, and in our society. 'So, to give a voice to Tulisa and her story as well as showcase her phenomenal talent as a writer is a real privilege. 'This is the perfect redemption story for the original Female Boss, and I'm so proud to be publishing her at Blink.' Contostavlos is most known for singing in hip-hop group N-Dubz who had hits with songs including I Need You, Girls and Number 1, featuring Tinchy Stryder. In 2011 she became a judge on popular reality singing series The X Factor and a year later she released her debut solo album, The Female Boss.
