Egyptian President issues urgent call to Trump over Gaza

He stressed that there are no obstacles on the Egyptian side preventing the entry of aid, but emphasized the importance of the crossing being operational on the Palestinian side to maintain the steady flow of supplies.
El-Sisi reiterated Egypt's firm position rejecting the forced displacement of Palestinians, warning that such efforts would undermine the viability of a two-state solution.
He also noted Egypt's coordination with Qatar and the United States to find a resolution to the conflict, ensure the delivery of aid, and secure the release of captives. El-Sisi urged the international community to act swiftly to address the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.
