Renew Health and Wellness Celebrates 15 Years of Patient-Centered Hormone, Aesthetic, and Wellness Care

Renew Health and Wellness, a preventive and aesthetic wellness clinic, is celebrating 15 years of helping adults navigate age-related changes with a whole-person approach. Founded in 2010, the company's mission is to provide individualized bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). It pairs this with complementary services in weight management, sexual wellness, and aesthetics, so patients can align how they feel with how they look inside and out.
"Fifteen years in, what matters most to me is how far our patients and team have come together," says founder Don Cameron. "We started by addressing a specific need and grew into a comprehensive program built on careful protocols, education, and collaboration with medical providers. This milestone reflects continuous learning and the trust our clients place in us."
Cameron opened the first clinic after his own introduction to BHRT by a physician. That personal experience led him to launch Renew Health and Wellness with a focus on women in perimenopause and menopause and men with age-related hormone changes. As demand grew, the company expanded thoughtfully, adding locations and services to meet patient requests while keeping care tailored and medically supervised. Today, Renew Health and Wellness operates four clinics across Virginia, South Carolina, and Tennessee and continues to be founder-led and practitioner-driven.
Its care model begins with consultation, lab work, and a review of medical history by licensed clinicians, followed by ongoing monitoring to fine-tune therapy. BHRT is offered using delivery options that include subcutaneous pellets and other formulations determined by the patient's provider.
"Every patient's needs are different, which is why we focus on informed decision-making and close coordination with primary care and specialists," states Cameron. "We encourage patients to explore trusted resources on hormone therapy and talk through options with their clinicians. It's all about making confident, well-supported choices."
As the patient community broadened, Renew Health and Wellness added services that complement hormone care. Its 90-day, medically monitored Clean Start weight-management program focuses on structured nutrition, accountability, and behavioral coaching aimed at improving metabolic habits over time.
The company also introduced sexual wellness options for women and men, including low-intensity shockwave approaches, platelet-rich plasma procedures, and therapies for erectile dysfunction. These are delivered with discretion and follow-up.
To help patients align their external appearance with their internal well-being, Renew Health and Wellness expanded into aesthetics. It now offers neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and a range of skin revitalization and tightening treatments. These include facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and advanced laser platforms such as Motus AY and Viora.
Patients receive personalized guidance on which treatments best suit their goals and medical histories. For general background on menopause and the risks and benefits of hormone therapy, trusted sources offer accessible summaries to support patient education. RenewMeToday
From its earliest days, Renew Health and Wellness sought to fill a gap for adults managing symptoms associated with hormonal change while wanting integrated support for energy, sleep, intimacy, skin quality, and healthy weight. Over the years, the clinic has collected patient stories that describe improvements in daily comfort and confidence.
As Renew Health and Wellness marks its 15th year, the organization remains focused on measured growth, evidence-informed guidance, and personalized care that respects each patient's goals. It plans to expand through partnerships with physicians and established med spa owners who want to introduce BHRT within a structured, practitioner-led model.
The company also intends to provide protocol training, ongoing clinical support, and joint-venture options so partners can add medically supervised hormone and wellness services alongside existing offerings. This approach allows Renew Health and Wellness to scale access while maintaining standards and data-driven oversight.

WNBA breaks 23-year-old regular-season attendance record, Golden State Valkyries help drive growth

The WNBA broke a 23-year-old regular-season attendance record this past Friday, as first reported by Front Office Sports. There are still three more weeks before the league calendar turns to the postseason. It took 215 games this year for the league to break its single-season total attendance record, which was set back in 2002. That year, the W totaled 2,364,736 fans in attendance at a combined 256 games, according to data from Across the Timeline. As of Wednesday afternoon, 226 WNBA games have been played in 2025, and 2,488,011 fans have already attended. The introduction of the Golden State Valkyries — an expansion franchise and the W's 13th team — has played a role in the league taking another step forward in popularity. Playing in San Francisco's Chase Center, which also hosts the NBA's Golden State Warriors, the Valkyries have sold out all 17 of their home games so far, pulling in a league-best average of 18,064 fans. Under head coach Natalie Nakase, the Valkyries have vastly exceeded expectations in Year 1. They are currently 18-17, sitting in seventh place of the league standings with a shot at a playoff push. Golden State has stayed afloat, even after losing All-Star forward Kayla Thornton for the season last month. While the addition of the Valkyries has helped the W's numbers, it's important to note that the league's previous total attendance record was set when there were 16 teams. Behind Golden State on this year's WNBA average attendance leaderboard is the Indiana Fever, according to the same data set from Across the Timeline. The Fever have averaged approximately 16,747 fans in 2025. Indiana has remained popular despite superstar Caitlin Clark being sidelined with four different muscle injuries that have limited her to 13 games played, the latest a right groin issue that has kept her out since July 15. Still a fan magnet, the Fever have drawn large crowds on the road, too. For instance, the Connecticut Sun played in and sold out Boston's TD Garden — home of the NBA's Boston Celtics and NHL's Boston Bruins — for a game against the Fever earlier this season. The Fever were the only team in the league to average north of 13,000 fans last season, but this year they're one of three averaging at least 16,400 fans, according to Across the Timeline. They're joined by the Valkyries and the New York Liberty. The Liberty have seen a 29% increase in average attendance from last season, a 32-win campaign that ended in the franchise's first-ever WNBA championship. While New York has dealt with injuries to former league MVPs, first center Jonquel Jones and now forward Breanna Stewart, they are still poised to return to the playoffs. Only two of the 13 WNBA teams — the Atlanta Dream and Washington Mystics — are averaging fewer than 7,500 fans this year, per Across the Timeline, which reports that seven teams are averaging at least 10,000 fans in 2025. The WNBA is on the rise, and its attendance numbers reflect that growth.

Viking's Premium Valuation Backed By Strong Growth, Analyst Notes

Viking Holdings Ltd (NYSE:VIK) shares slipped on Wednesday despite the cruise operator posting a strong second-quarter revenue jump and upbeat analyst commentary. The company reported an 18.5% year-over-year sales increase to $1.88 billion and reaffirmed its ability to sustain mid-single-digit pricing strength across its segments. While Bank of America Securities reiterated a Buy rating with a $70 target, citing Viking's premium positioning and superior returns, investors appeared cautious as shares traded nearly 2% lower in midday noted that Viking's premium positioning should help sustain pricing power, leading to only slight adjustments in 2025-2027 revenue and earnings forecasts. Pricing trends were mixed. River segment pricing improved by 200bps to +6%, likely supported by its dominant market share and mix benefits, while Ocean segment pricing slipped to +4% from +5%, which Didora suggested may reflect rising competition from other cruise operators. Concerns raised last quarter about 2026 pricing stability eased, as Viking maintained its +4% outlook while reinforcing expected mid-single-digit gains. Didora added that Viking is positioned to expand 2025 EBITDA by over 25%, with 2026-2027 estimates growing in the mid-teens, well above the high-single to low-double-digit growth expected for other cruise lines. He also pointed out that Viking's return on invested capital and EBITDA per APCD are nearly twice the industry average. 'We believe VIK's growth and financial metrics justify a premium valuation to peers,' Didora noted. Price Action: VIK shares are trading lower by 1.92% to $58.09 at last check Wednesday.
