The episode featured a powerhouse lineup including
, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sen Sharma, Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and director Anurag Basu.
The episode began with Kapil searching for Navjot Singh Sidhu, as he appeared missing from his seat next to Archana Puran Singh. Later, he got to know that Navjot Singh Sidhu wouldn't be making it to the episode as he was busy. He then welcomed the star cast of the show.
Kapil congratulated Ali Fazal for becoming a father and welcoming his firstborn. He then congratulated Neena Gupta for becoming a grandmother. Neena revealed how she hates hearing 'Nani' and wants her daughter-in-law to call her Neena. She said, 'Nani feels too old and I want to feel young.'
As the episode went ahead, Kapil teased Sara Ali Khan, asking her about her marriage plans. Later, in a playful moment, host
drew a humorous connection between Aditya's past co-stars and their marriages.
He said that after working with Katrina Kaif (Fitoor), Alia Bhatt (Sadak 2), and Sobhita Dhulipala (The Night Manager) — all of whom later got married — the pattern seemed oddly consistent and raised a question about what might happen next with Sara.
Sara Ali Khan then joked by saying her own co-stars — Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, Vikrant Massey, and Vicky Kaushal — all of them got married after working with her, and hence people should point fingers at Aditya Roy Kapur. Another moment that caught many eyeballs was when Anupam Kher praised Kapil for his drastic weight loss transformation. He said, 'You've really lost a lot of weight and are looking very fit.'
Kapil responded by saying, 'If you compliment me more, I'll keep talking to you and forget the rest.' Later, he jokingly asked Anurag Basu to sign him for a movie.

Raj Shamani compares Kapil Sharma with ‘King Kohli and King Khan'; Bharti Singh reacts, 'He sits in a room alone, doesn't need a writer for comedy'

Bharti Singh, who was last seen on Laughter Chefs 2, often wins hearts with her comedy skills. The host and comedian recently appeared on a podcast with Raj Shamani where she discussed her personal and professional life. One thing that caught many eyeballs was how she spoke about Kapil Sharma and expressed her gratitude towards him. Bharti shared experiences of facing 'harassment from live shows' and revealed how Kapil Sharma helped and guided her during that time. During the discussion, Raj Shamani called Kapil 'an inspiration for the world' and compared him with 'King Kohli and King Khan.' Raj said, 'Jaise King Kohli hai, King Khan hai, vaise hi King Kapil hai. He's an inspiration for the entire world. When I went to The Great Indian Kapil Show, he came backstage and praised everyone. He had genuine good things to say about me as well as others.' Bharti agreed and revealed how she shared a close bond with him. She shared, 'People say that he said this and that, but I have seen his hard work. He sits alone… he doesn't need a writer. He only needs a writer for typing. Kapil Sharma ke upar toh koi nahi hai na? Main bohot maanti hoon unko, and aaj bhi kabhi down sa feel hota toh voh phone karte hain. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Your Finger Shape Says a Lot About Your Personality, Read Now Tips and Tricks Mera bohot aana jaana hai unke ghar. Mere liye ek energy boost hai voh.' She recalled Kapil's words: 'Oye tu sher hai. Tu jo kar sakti hai, koi nahi kar sakta. ' She added, 'Aapko lagta hai ki accha inhone bol diya agar toh mere paas teen hi goliyan hai, par main 30 chala sakti hoon.' She further said, 'He is always giving away opportunities, no matter who it is. Kapil still gets nervous, gets chills and sweats despite his stellar career. Bohot down-to-earth hai. Stage pe pata nahi kaise dikhte hain aap log ko voh… lekin maine voh bande ko personally jaana hai. Bohot down-to-earth, baat sunte hain, itna appreciate karte hain kyunki voh banda jhoota nahi hai.'

Kapil Sharma ‘still sweats profusely' before he goes up on stage, says Bharti Singh: ‘He still prepares diligently before a guest arrives'

Although the Indian mini-screen scene boasts many talents and stars, comedian Bharti Singh asserts that Kapil Sharma is in a league of his own. During a recent conversation, she spoke at length about Kapil, with whom she has collaborated for many years now. Heaping praise on him, Bharti shared that Kapil is not just a fantastic artiste but an even greater human being and friend, who always looks out for his friends. During an appearance on Raj Shamani's podcast, she was asked about Kapil, and she stated that he plays a significant role in her life. When Raj pointed out that he's an 'icon', she agreed without missing a beat. 'People now say that a specific time has come for him because he said 'this and that'. But I have seen that man's hard work. He sits alone in a room diligently with the file carrying details about the guest, and prepares. That man doesn't need a writer. He only needs one person for typing,' she revealed. Recalling his valuable lessons to her, Bharti shared, ''Comedy is not in the jokes,' he has told me, advising, 'Look around you, observe. What is your driver like? Do his mannerisms, do this.' It's not to hurt someone, or something… There is no one above Kapil Sharma, right? I respect him a lot. Even now, whenever I feel down, I call him. I also visit his house quite often. For me, he is an energy boost. If I call him saying, 'Paaji, I'm scared. I have a performance tomorrow, and all these big people are coming,' his reply will be, 'Arrey, there's nothing you can't do.' In contrast, I have often seen people in the same field pulling each other down. But he's never like that. He'll say, 'Tu sher hai (You are a lion). What you can do, no one else can!' If the king himself tells me all this, even if I have only three bullets, I can fire 30.' Mentioning that he has always supported her, Bharti Singh shared that Kapil has also channelled enough opportunities her way. 'Whenever something comes up, I ask him, 'Bhai, shall I do this?' And he will be like, 'Yes, it's very good. Do it like this.' He always shares (wisdom). He will never talk you down,' she added. While they both were part of The Great Indian Laughter Challenge Season 3 and Comedy Circus Ke SuperStars as contestants, Bharti also worked for a long time in The Kapil Sharma Show. Despite being a veteran with years of experience, Bharti said that Kapil still approaches each new gig as his first and is hence on his toes. However, she maintained that his brilliance lies in his ability to mask his tension well. 'Although he is different on stage, backstage, it's the same situation as mine: sweating profusely. Even though that man has done so many shows, he still sweats profusely backstage. But once the time comes, he enters the stage with full energy,' she said. When asked what Kapil's best quality was, Bharti stated that it's his simplicity. 'He is very down-to-earth. I don't know how he appears to you guys when he comes on stage or when you see him on TV. But I have known him personally and he is very down-to-earth. He listens to people and appreciate them so much. He is not fake,' she said, adding that she celebrates almost all major festivals such as Diwali, Karva Chauth, and Raksha Bandhan at Kapil's house with his family. She also mentioned that he loves music and singing as much as he loves comedy.

Pilates fashion is hotter than the actual workout: Serve these looks at your next session

From reformer studios to social media reels, Pilates as a low-impact, high-core-burn exercise has officially taken over. But here's the truth: half the motivation to show up for Pilates comes from what you're wearing. This workout has now also become a full-blown fashion statement, thanks to Bollywood. From Sara Ali Khan's sleek monochrome sets to Alia Bhatt's pastel co-ords and Janhvi Kapoor's bold pops of colour, our favourite stars have turned the Pilates studio into a style runway. And guess what? You don't need a celebrity stylist to nail the look. With the right picks, you can ace Pilates chic and take inspo straight from the stars. Pilates fashion is hotter than the workout and we've got proof!(Pexels) Are you ready to update your workout wardrobe? Check out this ultimate guide to Pilates trending workout wear that's as sleek as the moves you're mastering. 1. Second-skin leggings with a grip on style Forget baggy pants, Pilates is all about precision and movement. High-waisted, full-length leggings that hug like a second skin are trending hard. Look for buttery-soft fabrics with four-way stretch and a no-slip waistband so you can roll, twist, and plank without adjustments. 2. Matching sets = Instant confidence boost Pilates girlies know: a coordinated sports bra and legging set = instant main character energy. Think neutral tones like sage, taupe, or blush, or go bold with lilac and cobalt blue. Matching sets photograph beautifully (hello, post-class mirror selfie). 3. Sports bras with low-impact support Since Pilates isn't high-impact, you don't need a max-support bra. Instead, choose strappy, cross-back sports bras that give light-to-medium support and double as a crop top. Style and comfort in one stretchy package. 4. Grip socks that mean business Pilates without grip socks? Impossible. They keep you steady on the reformer and stop you from sliding off the mat mid-roll-up. The trend now? Pastel shades, mesh detailing, and even socks with cheeky motivational quotes. 5. Cropped tanks and wrap tops Layering is big in Pilates fashion. Cropped tanks or tie-up wrap tops worn over sports bras give that ballerina-meets-athlete vibe. Lightweight and breathable, they're perfect for the warm-up and cool-down phases. 6. Breathable fabrics only, please Pilates wear is all about fabrics that work with you. Opt for sweat-wicking, quick-dry materials that keep you fresh through those endless leg circles. Avoid cotton as it'll stick to you in all the wrong places. 7. Neutral palettes with pops of colour Minimalist chic is the Pilates aesthetic. Think greys, whites, creams, and soft pastels, with a pop of neon or bold print in accessories. It's all about calm energy with a fashionable twist. 8. The chic pilates bag Yes, even your carry-all is part of the outfit. Quilted totes, oversized canvas bags, or sleek nylon backpacks are perfect for carrying socks, straps, water bottles, and your post-class green juice. 9. Socks with grip Are the secret OGs Slipping mid-roll-up? Not cute. Pilates grip socks are practical and they come in chic colours and cut-out styles that actually look Instagrammable. A little detail that screams studio ready. 10. Minimalist accessories, maximum vibes From sleek headbands that keep your hair in place to water bottles that look like fashion accessories, Pilates girlies know the power of coordinated add-ons. Think of them as the final layer of your Pilates outfit aesthetic. The trending Pilates workout wear movement is proof that when you look good, you feel unstoppable on the mat (and in life). So the next time you head to class, take a cue from your favourite stars, strike a pose in your co-ords, and remember: in Pilates, style is just as important as strength.
