Love Island first look as Emily learns the truth and Alima has some strong words for Remell

Tonight's episode of Love Island is filled with drama, tears and revelations as the Islanders return for the sleepover villa
Last night's episode of Love Island delivered high drama as Maya Jama made her highly anticipated return to the ITV villa, bringing game-changing news for the Islanders at the sleepover villa.
As Emily, Helena, Dejon and Remell faced the crucial decision to either stick with their current partners in the main villa or twist for someone new, the outcome saw four Islanders - Shae, Will, Caprice and Poppy - sent home, officially ending their journey on the show.

The biggest twist came when Remell opted to remain coupled with Alima, despite forming a connection with Poppy. The unexpected choice left not only Poppy stunned, but the rest of his fellow Islanders.

As we wait to see the fall out of Remell's actions, here is a sneak peek into tonight's episode of Love Island...
Helena, Giorgio, Emily, Dejon and Remell return from the sleepover villa to much anticipation.
It doesn't take long for Remell to pull Alima for a chat at the fire pit, hoping for clarity or maybe a second chance. But Alima is quick to set the tone, making it clear where she stands.
Alima states: 'I just hope you know that it's done between us. At this point I want to try and be civil…there's no going back.'
Caught off guard, Remell responds: 'So you don't want to hear what I have to say?'

Although Alima doesn't hold back, voicing her frustration: "This is why I was struggling to open up to you…why did you have to share a bed with her?"
With emotions running high, Alima ends the conversation and walks off leaving Remell to spend the night alone on the day bed.

The next morning, still unhappy with how their conversation played out, Remell opens up to Dejon, saying: "on the outside I would've ghosted her by now.'
Now the question lingers - does Remell regret not bringing Poppy back to the Villa?
Meanwhile Emily wastes no time pulling Conor for a chat, hoping to clear the air. Instead he reveals that he shared a kiss with Megan on the terrace while Emily was away.

'That's quite intense... " Emily says, visibly taken aback. "I thought Megan was more into Tommy to the point where she wouldn't have done that…"
Conor admits: 'My head has been with her [Megan].'

Emily, clearly hurt, responds: "I wouldn't have cared about the kiss…the words 'while you were away my head was with her' pushes me out of the equation.'
Later in the evening, Conor informs Emily that he and Megan will be spending the night in the hideaway together. Afterwards, Emily, confides in Tommy and Harry, saying: 'I don't expect anything from him, but from her [Megan], I would've expected more.'

Conor and Megan share a kiss in the hideaway and Conor gives her his bracelet - a symbolic step forward.
The next day, love is clearly in the air as Toni and Harrison are given the opportunity to go on a date. The pair head to pick strawberries, and Harrison opens up to Toni, saying: "I always say I like a fiery, direct girl and you tick both those boxes for sure.'
Toni beams back: 'I'm happy with you so far. I like that we don't compare ourselves to anyone in the Villa… Things are going well between us.'

Seems like everything is going berry well for Harrison and Toni.
Elsewhere in the Villa, whispers grow louder. Ben confides in the boys that he's not feeling his connection with Yasmin, and when Dejon shares the news with Meg - on the condition she keeps it quiet - the secret doesn't stay secret for long.

Meg gives Yasmin a heads-up, and that night Ben pulls her for a chat.
'I feel like we went from 0 to 100 real quick and I'm going to be taking a step back," he reveals.
Yasmin later fills Toni in on what went down, and Toni gives her some advice: 'Someone needs to give Ben a piece of their mind and you're the perfect one."
Encouraged by Toni's words, Yasmin confronts Ben and things quickly turn sour.

Happy Valley star James Norton feels like he has ‘become a man' after break-up

Norton, 39, said he initially found it hard but said he would always be friends with the woman, who he did not name, during a talk, called Daring To Change, on The Information stage at Glastonbury Festival on Thursday. Norton said: 'It's very f****** hard, but it happened in a very abrupt way, and it happened kind of to me, and I thought that I was on a path. 'I was about to have kids, about to get married, all that kind of stuff, and my life just turned around, completely changed direction. 'And I thought I lost the person, but I also lost the life that I was about to lead, and the kids that we named, all that kind of stuff. 'And actually, in the last year and a half, I have gone through the most monumental change as a result, and I feel like I've grown up, I feel like I've become a man. 'I suddenly feel like I've grown up, I found some friends, relationships, the outpouring of love from my family around me was amazing. 'I ended up going to a Buddhist retreat in the south of France called Plum Village, anyone been to Plum Village? If you haven't, you should go. 'It's the best place in the world, and I went because I was in this pit of pain, and now I have this community. 'It's a Zen Buddhist community, it's amazing, and if you haven't gone, really look it up, it really does change your life. 'But so much has been born from that massive, radical change.' Norton, who also played Sidney Chambers in ITV drama Grantchester, has been romantically linked to 36-year-old English actress Imogen Poots and artist Charlotte Rose Smith. During the chat, he added: 'I was very much like the furious optimist, it was hard, I love that person (the unnamed woman) so much, and I will always love her, she's amazing, and we will have a relationship forever I hope, and there's no resentment. 'And actually, in a weird way, I kind of owe her so much, because she was the one who took it upon herself to make that massive decision, and she gave me a gift, she gave me this opportunity to grow up.' The London-born actor starred as Tommy Lee Royce in BBC drama Happy Valley, and has also appeared in Doctor Who, crime drama McMafia and sci-fi drama The Nevers.

Huge Emmerdale episodes on the way as cast told to prepare for night shoots

Emmerdale's Natalie J Robb and Mike Parr teased some massive scenes on the way in the coming months, with cast on the ITV soap told to prepare for 'a lot of night shoots' There's huge scenes guaranteed on Emmerdale in the coming months, with one star teasing multiple night shoots have been advised. As the ITV soap prepares to film the big crossover with Coronation Street, set to air early 2026, cast members are about to find out who is involved and what happens. With filming and planning taking place months in advance, cast members on both soaps are soon to learn which characters will feature in the epic soap twist. ‌ Plenty of stars from both soaps are desperate to be involved, all hoping their characters will be present in the milestone episodes. While only one episode will feature the crossover, the impact will be felt for the entire week and then some. ‌ As the plans are finalised, cast members will soon prepare to film the big scenes and the storylines surrounding them. Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, Emmerdale's Moira Dingle actress Natalie J Robb shared her hopes to take part. Not only that, but she confirmed that huge episodes were guaranteed, as there were "a lot of night shoots" planned. With night shoots often come dramatic and blockbuster scenes. We do know there will be a massive stunt, so it's likely this is why the night filming has been agreed. Cast members will have to prepare for the big scenes, with Natalie hinting at what's ahead. She told us: "It is really exciting. It is the first time it has ever been done I think the audience will like it. We have to trust the writers. There is gonna be a lot night shoots." Natalie went on: "We don't know any of the stories or what characters are involved just yet, but I'm hoping to be part of it." Ross Barton actor Mike Parr then pointed out that some Emmerdale and Corrie actors have done both soaps. ‌ Referencing his co-star Oliver Farnworth who plays villain John Sugden, he joked about whether the Corrie characters would recognise him, or if John was still Oliver's Corrie character Andy. He said: "Is he still that character in that one or did he die? "There's so much room for what could happen and the ways it can go. I am so glad it's happening and everyone wants to be involved, but not everyone can be. It's exciting times but nobody knows anything yet." It comes as the pair also teased "danger" on the way following next week's arrival of new villain Ray. Mike said of actor Joe's casting: "I grew up watching that guy. One of my friends were also up for the part and I wanted to support him, but when I found out Joe had got it I knew he would be good. It's good, it's exciting." Natalie also had her say, before hinting that Moira's brother Mackenzie could be at risk. She told us: "He is good. It's all in the eyes. He's very menacing and very scary. There is going to be a lot of danger, but it's good. It's shaken it up a bit."

Love Island's Alima storms out after explosive row with Remell over steamy kiss

Furious Love Island star Alima ends her relationship with Remell in a heated confrontation after discovering he kissed new girl Poppy during his time away. Tonight's episode of Love Island promises high drama as Alima ends things abruptly and angrily with Remell following his return from the rival villa. Their explosive showdown leaves viewers on the edge of their seats after a rollercoaster of emotions. Last night stunned the audience when Remell surprised everyone by choosing to stay loyal to Alima, despite having spent the last two days passionately kissing new islander Poppy at every chance. ‌ While Alima initially celebrated being picked over Poppy, her happiness soon gave way to fury once she discovered what Remell had been up to in her absence. ‌ A sneak peek into tonight's episode shows Helena, who also spent time with Remell in the other villa, telling Alima, 'I'm not gonna lie to you I was really surprised.' Alima's smile quickly turns menacing as she warns: 'See, when I start smiling like this s**t is about to go down.' The confrontation that follows is intense and raw. Back in the main villa's garden, Alima lets her anger pour out in a scathing chat with Remell. 'This is why I was struggling to open up to you, right. Then the moment I start to this is what you f*****g go and do,' she says, visibly upset. 'It was all fake. All the recoupling speeches.' Remell attempts to explain himself but barely gets a word in before Alima demands, 'Why did you have to share a bed with her?' The tension escalates until Alima abruptly gets up and storms off, leaving Remell dumbfounded as he mutters, 'Oh my days, bro.' Before returning, Remell had led Poppy to believe they would end up together. He confessed, 'I'm being comfy around you still. It's the first time in, you know, the villa that I have felt like this, so it's telling me something.' ‌ Yet, at the last second, he made a dramatic switch that left Poppy shocked and ultimately sent her packing alongside fellow newcomers Will and Caprice. Meanwhile, Helena was the only contestant to form a new coupling, choosing to bring the handsome Gio back to the villa with her. This decision sealed the fate of Shea, who was dumped from the island amid emotional farewells and tears.
