The surroundings were filled with red-heart balloons. What's even more lovable is how Vignesh described his wife as 'Thangamey," meaning gold. It is also the name of a track featuring Nayanthara in Naanum Rowdy Dhaan.
The pictures showed Nayanthara dressed in a casual ethnic blue kurti, paired with red pants. Uyir and Ulag twinned in light blue kurtas and white pajamas.
Director Vignesh Shivan and actress Nayanthara tied the knot in 2022. They welcomed their twin boys, Uyir and Ulag, via surrogacy just months later.
On the work front, Nayanthara has a busy slate of upcoming projects. The actress will be soon seen in Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups. The gangster period drama, directed by Geetu Mohandas, is slated for a theatrical release on March 19, 2026. The film will see Nayanthara sharing the screen with Kannada superstar Yash, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, Achyuth Kumar and Akshay Oberoi. It is worth noting that the film is being produced in Kannada and English simultaneously.

Filmmaker Vikram Sugumaran, best known for his critically acclaimed directorial debut 'Madha Yaanai Kootam', passed away on Monday in Chennai following a cardiac arrest. He was 47. Sugumaran was on his way back from Madurai after narrating a new script to a producer when he experienced severe chest pain.
