‘Very high profile' star stopped by M&S security after being caught eating food without paying
The former Corrie star appeared on the latest episode of his podcast alongside his brothers, Adam and Scott, discussing everything from train disasters to what kind of underwear they prefer.

However, during the chat, as the group spoke about the annoyance of self-checkout tills, Ryan shared that he had heard about a star who had been caught red-handed munching on produce in the middle of the store without buying it.
"There is somebody that is very high profile, that was walking round M&S - I'm never going to mention their name, but it's a great story," he said.
"He was walking around eating the mandarin oranges in M&S and the security guy came up to this person and said 'you can't eat them until you've paid for them'.
"And this person said 'oh, i'm so sorry i've never done that before' and he went 'Yes you have... you've been doing it for the last six weeks!'
"He went 'how do you know that' and he said 'because we watch you on camera every single week doing the same thing!'"
"I can't tell you who, but it's a great story," Ryan concluded, later defending the star to his brothers by saying he was going to pay for them anyway.
"I imagine some people don't though," noted Adam, to which Ryan joked it was a "try before you buy" situation.
Ryan made sure not to give away anything too revealing about the star, not even using pronouns to identify them as a male or female, or how high profile he actually meant.
The trio launched their podcast At Home With The Thomas Bros last month, with all three discussing anything on their minds that week as well as giving insights into their family lives.
The launch came after Ryan and Adam landed their biggest gig yet as the host of a new ITV gameshow, 99 To Beat.
His daughter, Scarlett, has also launched a career to follow her dad and mum – Corrie star Tina O'Brien – into the spotlight, shooting back at claims she's a nepo baby.
Rather than ignore the tag, 16-year-old Scarlett is embracing the tag, and in April declared in a TikTok: "God forbid a girl takes the chances she gets.'
She landed her first acting job playing Izzy Charles in BBC drama Waterloo Road at the age of 14, staring alongside her uncle Adam.
However, in an exclusive interview with The Sun, Ryan was keen to note that she is making a career on her own merit.
'Everyone thinks she gets a lift up from family, getting on Waterloo Road," he told us.
"But she worked damn hard to get that job, and people need to recognise that she's a talented girl – she's up against other people and she's not getting a free ride.
'She has to go through the same process as everyone else – it was between her and somebody else. It wasn't like, 'This is a Thomas, she's going to get this job'.'

Clara Amfo has revealed that depression led to her quitting her BBC Radio 1 show after eight years on air. The presenter, 41, revealed that she struggled with her mental health after becoming 'burnt out' due to the toll of her career. Clara, who spent a decade as a DJ and regularly fronts shows including the BBC's Glastonbury coverage, admitted she was in a 'negative headspace' at the time and needed a 'little reset'. Speaking to Fearne Cotton on the Happy Place podcast, she said: 'I was burnt out, I wasn't taking care of myself properly and I think I was a bit overwhelmed by life's injustices. 'I just wasn't feeling great and I was in a bit of a negative headspace. 'The start of 2023, I was in the flipping trenches. I was feeling really, really depressed sort of mid-2023 and I took some time off radio, and just had to have a little reset. That is when I decided I was going to leave my show.' Clara, first joined Radio 1 as a DJ and later hosted the Live Lounge, The Official Chart on Radio 1, and her 1Xtra programme. Clara also addressed the pressures of working in high-profile broadcasting as she said she never wanted to 'resent' the job. She added: 'I had mixed reactions. Obviously our bosses, who are lovely, were like 'But why?' 'I'm one of these people where I am so passionate about what I do that I never want to resent anything, I don't want anything to feel like it's forced or a chore. 'And I want to be able to listen to music always as a fan, rather than as a business, and I want to be able to talk to people on a human level without thinking, 'Got to get that viral interview clip'.' Clara left Radio 1 in 2023, marking the end of a decade-long chapter that included championing new artists through her 'hottest record' feature. At the time, she said: 'I'm so proud of the work I've been able to do on every show, whether it's been from the 8th floor, a city in the UK or a pop star's house across the pond. I'm grateful to have had the ears of the listeners who have consistently shown up for me. 'I'm enamoured by everyone I've had the privilege of working alongside for each and every broadcast. 'I'm energised and excited for my next chapter as part of the network and beyond.' It would seem that every part of the couple's vow renewal — from the butterfly theme to the chosen officiator and the dress, which Nicola splashed all over Instagram — was a blow to Posh, Becks and their other kids Romeo, Cruz and Harper. They will need to rely on cringeworthy 'wedding' snaps posted online for a glimpse of the hype on Brooklyn's big day, including one photo featuring a topless Nicola with her mum Claudia Heffner. In it, the 'bride' wears only a pair of skimpy knickers and presses her boobs against her former fashion model mother's back. Princess Andre takes TWO swipes at mum Katie Price as she reveals what she would not do to follow in her footsteps
PRINCESS Andre has taken not one, but TWO subtle swipes at her mum Katie Price. The 18-year-old reality star, is paving her own way in the world of showbiz after releasing her series The Princess Diaries on ITV this week. 7 7 7 In episode four of her new show, she revealed what she will never do to follow in the footsteps of her mum, former glamour model Katie, 47. And it didn't end with just one veiled dig, because there were two in the first 15 minutes of the episode. The swipes come as the mother and daughter duo are currently battling through a tricky patch in their relationship, as exclusively revealed by The Sun. Just five minutes into the fourth episode of The Princess Diaries, Princess said she would never do glamour modelling like her mum did. On set for a photoshoot to commemorate her 18th birthday, Princess donned an array of stunning outfits. One of the outfits was a very sheer robe, which left her dad Peter red-faced when she face-timed him. After posing up a storm in the sheer robe, Princess reflected on her mum's modelling career. Saying how she felt in her zone while posing up a storm, Princess confessed: "I felt like my mum." She explained how she had previously seen snaps of her mum modelling when she was younger, and how her shoot reminded her of that. Taking a subtle swipe, Princess then said: "But obviously she did topless. And I would not do topless." Princess Andre admits she's 'not over her ex' as she opens up on split after she goes on a date with new boy Then, later on in the episode, Princess seemingly took a second swipe at her mum when she gushed over how she goes to her stepmum Emily for advice. "Ems is like the best at advice," Princess gushed in the second part of the episode. She went on: "I feel like, if I'm ever in a situation that I don't want to talk to dad about, I'll speak to Ems about it." Princess said this before discussing her boy troubles with her stepmum following her split from her boyfriend. 7 7 7 Elsewhere in the episode, Princess became upset when she and her mum made headlines. It was reported, at the time of filming, that Princess did not invite her mum to her birthday party. Princess slammed the claims and urged that she had never spoken badly of her mum. She added how she would never want her mum and dad in the same room as it would be "awkward". Princess noted how if she had a party where her mum was present, she would not want her dad there, and if she had a party where her dad was present, she would not want her mum there. This comes as Princess and her mum Katie navigate a rift. Katie previously vented about those working with her daughter after The Sun revealed her secret heartache about being cut out of her TV show. She even vowed not to watch her daughter's reality show, after feeling left out of such an important thing in Princess' life. Then, earlier this week, Katie shared a cryptic message saying 'your mum is not your enemy'. Sharing a quote on her Instagram stories, Katie urged that as a mum she is "not trying to control" but instead "trying to protect" The quote also acknowledged how she "may not be perfect" but is "the only woman in this world" who wants the best for her children. The post Katie shared began with: "Your mum is not your enemy." It went on: "She may not always say things the way you want to hear them, but her heart is always in the right place. "She's the one who worries when you're hurting, prays when you're lost, and stands by you even when the world doesn't. "She's not trying to control you. She's trying to protect you." The cryptic quote concluded: "She may not be perfect, but she's the only woman in this world who truly wants what's best for you, even if it costs her everything." 7
