The 46-year-old shared a video highlighting his impressive body transformation after "struggling with weight" over a number of years.
Admitting he "didn't want" to post the video, Marcus opined how "it's really important to share all sides of life to social media."
He captioned: "Being a chef and surrounded by food all my life has had its perks , but my fitness levels and body have changed so much over the years.
"And I've especially struggled with my weight over the last 5-6 years.
"The combination of long hours in the kitchen or at shows, stress, money worries, not feeling good enough, the list goes on.
"November 2024 I wasn't happy, life was busy and stressful as always, which I'm very thankful for.
"I'd had both my knees operated on in the space of a year. I hadn't been able to run and had completely lost any motivation.
"December 2024 I decided it had to change, I had London marathon 2025 coming up and had to sort myself out just to get over the finish line.
"I kept it simple aimed to run 3 miles a day, trying to do this 3-4 days a week, I also combined the running with a few body weight exercises to increase my strength."
He added: "It's taken time, and after 7 months I'm starting to feel proud of what I've achieved so far. I don't have a PT, I don't have a nutritionist, I've just created my only little plan, eating better as much as possible, upping my protein and reducing my carbs.

"One thing I don't do is diet, I also don't weigh myself, just use my clothes and how they fit as a measure of progress."
Marcus explained he went through this process in order to "make better choices when possible around work and everyday life."
Continuing, the TV chef shared he is "feeling proud" over his admirable accomplishments.
One fan commented: "Superb chef, well done."

Gemma Collins - TOWIE diva Gemma has been very honest and open about her fluctuating weight. Earlier this year, the star opened up to The Sun about her latest weight loss in which she revealed she had begun taking weight loss jabs in a bid to be a size 16 by summer 2025. 'I can't believe I've finally found something that works," Gemma told us. I've lost nearly two stone already and it's been completely effortless - I don't even want to eat anymore! I got on the scales and lost something like 6kg in my first week. I bet my house by May, I'll have six stone off. And it's been effortless. I've struggled for many, many years to lose weight... All my life... I tried everything.'
Shaun Wallace - Best known for being The Dark Destroyer on ITV quiz show The Chase, Shaun has also been on a body transformation. Earlier this month, he revealed he had been able to drop the pounds thanks to the Jane Plan diet. Speaking in a video recorded in his bathroom, Shaun said: "End of the first week of the Jane Plan diet journey, let's see if I've lost weight..." Shaun continued by standing on scales and revealing he'd managed to lose three kilos. The quiz titan captioned his post: "It's weigh in time! I've lost 3 kilos!! Keeping up with my Jane Plan diet."

Alongside a caption that confirmed she had met her "weight loss goals", Lizzo posted a close up of her newly-discovered abs and an exact breakdown of her achievements, which saw a 10.5 reduction in BMI and 16 per cent loss in body fat. "It just goes to show how unhealthy sugar is." Chantelle lost 5st as a result of cutting out sugar.
Another added: "Well done! I bet it took a lot of will power at first."

I'm a mum and I judge anyone who puts their children in a kids club – I was horrified by what I saw when I dropped in

IT was supposed to be a fun-filled holiday activity - a chance for her son to enjoy some supervised play. Instead, a recent kids' club experience left mum Charlotte deeply disheartened, making her question the idea of leaving children in such an environment. Her candid account, shared with her followers on TikTok, has struck a chord with many parents. 'Whoever puts their kids into kids' club on holiday needs to give their head a f****** wobble,' Charlotte declared in a video that has since gained 603.4k views after being posted on 18 June. Charlotte, known as ' charlotteblandfordtagg ' on TikTok, was on holiday in Spain with her son Freddie when she decided to pop to the shops for some food. Hoping to leave him in the kids' club for around 20 minutes, she thought it would be a simple solution. She recounted feeling flustered upon arriving at the club, but what she found inside was far more concerning. 'The atmosphere's dead,' she described. 'There's no kids playing. Kids are just literally bundled up on these tables. "They're not even being naughty. They're literally just sat there, with no one's talking.' This was particularly shocking to Charlotte since the session had been marketed as a superhero arts and crafts event. Yet, according to her, 'there was nothing out on the table, so it was just bare tables.' Charlotte could tell her son wasn't keen on going in, but she reassured him that she wouldn't be long. Guests at this TUI resort get waterpark access The most heartbreaking moment came as she watched Freddie's attempts to fit in. She described how he approached a table, trying to find a spot, but no one acknowledged him. 'He went over to one table, and none of the kids moved to let him sit down. Then he tried another one, and then another one, but no one helped him,' she explained. Seeing her son's sadness, Charlotte knew she couldn't leave him there. 'Really sad' Calling his name, she watched as he turned to look at her with a 'really sad' expression before telling her he wouldn't stay. Despite the staff's attempts to encourage them to remain, Charlotte was unwavering in her decision to leave. Her message to other parents was clear. In her video, she addressed those who send their children to holiday clubs, urging them to consider that the kids might not be enjoying themselves. Instead of leaving Freddie at the club, Charlotte chose to spend some quality time with her boys - a decision she felt was far more worthwhile. Her video gained 587 comments as many people rushed to share their thoughts - with some being mixed. One wrote: 'Unpopular opinion…..don't take them if you're going to chuck them into a kids club. Spend quality time with them!' A second added: 'Parents who judge other parents need to give their heads a wobble.' 2 And a third commented: 'NEVER would I ever leave my child in a random kids club unattended abroad, absolutely not.' While a fourth said: 'I will never understand anyone who puts their kids in a kids club.' But someone else replied: 'Because some kids want to go. Drake ‘gives away' he'll be joined by US superstar rapper at Wireless festival next week

RAPPER DRAKE has dropped a huge hint that he's set to be joined by US superstar Nicki Minaj at Wireless next month. The One Dance hitmaker, 38, will be headlining all three nights of the London's Finsbury Park for his first full UK performances in six years. 4 4 4 The huge North London Festival will take place on Friday July 11, Saturday July 12 and Sunday July 13. Drake will headline the main stage each evening in a deal thought to be worth millions. And now the Hotline Bling singer has hinted fellow rapper Nicki will also be joining him on stage. Drake took to Instagram on Monday and shared a throwback photo of Nicki. But he failed to caption the picture behind posting it, which has left fans guessing if the Starships singer is set to join him at the festival. Drake and Nicki have often teamed up for collaborations together - including their hit track Moment 4 Life and Needle. They have also surprised each other over the years with appearances at each other's gigs. So the duo taking to the stage together next month may not be far off. It follows last year's festival which was headlined by Nicki Minaj, 21 Savage, J Hus and Doja Cat. A source said: "It's been months in the making and initially no one thought they could pull it off, but Drake is all signed on to headline all three days of Wireless. "Bosses are naturally overjoyed and expect tickets to sell out in record time. "Exact set lists are still to be worked out but one idea that has been passed about is that Drake will perform some of his albums in full for the first time." In February Drake teamed up with PartyNextDoor to release collaboration album $ome $exy $ongs 4 U. On the 21-track album, Drake takes a swipe at his haters and "rap beef" in the industry. On Gimme A Hug he rages: "They be dropping s*** but we dropping harder s***. F*** a rap beef, I'm tryna get the party lit. "Tryna get the party lit for the b****es." Drake last toured the UK in 2019, playing seven nights at London's O2 Arena as part of his Assassination Vacation Tour. In 2021, Drake made a surprise appearance on night one of Wireless Festival - popping up during Future's set. 4

ITV News at Ten legend dies as colleagues pay tribute to broadcaster

Renowned broadcaster and journalist Sandy Gall has passed away at the age of 97, his family confirmed. In a statement honouring the esteemed presenter, his family said: "His was a great life, generously and courageously lived." They revealed to ITV that Sandy passed away on Sunday at his home in Kent. Former coworker Alastair Stewart shared his respects on social media, writing: "RIP the great Sandy GALL CMG, CBE - a giant from the good days of ITN- reporter and presenter." He further noted: "What a loss in Sandy Gall's death a brilliant reporter and presenter and a thoroughly nice man.", reports the Express. Fans shared their condolences on the post; one wrote: "Very sad news to hear about Sandy. He will be sorely missed by those who remember him fondly as a friend, father and colleague. My condolences go to his family." Another lamented the loss, stating: "One of the best from a time when the industry was admired, but most of all, believed and trusted. Sad news." A third reminisced: "He was part of my childhood. RIP Sandy." Having become one of Britain's most recognised broadcasters, Gall made his name initially as a foreign correspondent for ITN and later as the co-presenter of News at Ten. With a career that spanned over half a century, he started out at Aberdeen Press and Journal. Subsequently, he served a ten-year stint as a foreign correspondent with Reuters news agency, then joined ITN in 1963, quickly rising to become a familiar figure across the nation. Gall remained with the network until he hung up his hat in 1992. His extensive career as a reporter and broadcaster saw him traverse the globe to report on some of the most monumental historical events of the 20th century. One of his initial assignments with ITN took place in Dallas, Texas, mere hours after President Kennedy was assassinated. Throughout his career, he reported on significant global events such as the Vietnam War, the Soviet-Afghan War and America's civil rights movement, even securing an interview with Martin Luther King in 1965. He was also among the handful of journalists who stayed behind in Vietnam to cover the fall of Saigon in 1975, following the North Vietnamese victory.
