Memorial Day ceremony to be held at Field of Honor
The ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Carolina Field of Honor, 9652 W. Market St., Kernersville.
The keynote speaker will be Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Jeff Colt, a Triad board member of Veterans Bridge Home.
The ceremony will also include remarks from Blake Bourne, executive director of Veterans Bridge Home, and Cory Spoor, community network director of Veterans Bridge Home; music by Jamestown Pipes and Drums; a flag presentation; and a wreath-laying ceremony.
Guests are encouraged to bring chairs, as seating is limited.
