Look at my feet. Look at the river. It is rainy season right now. It is super dangerous. All the cars are blocked. We do not know how many days we are going to be stuck here,' he Binsky added, 'It is absolutely insane and really dangerous. And you can just see the rocks are still falling right now. All the workers are here trying to fix it. And we are basically stuck in no man's land for an unknown amount of time. Wish me luck. And yes, this is happening right now in real time. As of Saturday, 400 roads, including one national highway, remained closed for vehicular movement. In Mandi district alone, 240 roads were blocked, while 100 were shut in neighbouring to a report by PTI, the Auto–Sainj road, NH 305, was blocked near Jahed and Banjar in Kullu district. The State Emergency Operation Centre (SEOC) reported that 704 transformers and 178 water supply schemes had also been local meteorological office issued a yellow warning for heavy rain with thunderstorms and lightning in isolated areas on Saturday and Sunday, and an orange alert for heavy to very heavy rainfall from Monday to in the past 24 hours included Naini Devi (112.4 mm), Pandoh (102 mm), Raipur Maidan (74.6 mm), Pachhad (67 mm), Narkanda (66.5 mm), Kasauli (65.5 mm), Kufri (55.2 mm), Nahan (49.3 mm) and Solan (45.6 mm).Since the onset of the monsoon on 20 June, Himachal Pradesh has recorded 58 flash floods, 30 cloudbursts and 51 major landslides. So far, 112 people have died in rain-related incidents, while 37 remain missing. The state has suffered losses worth Rs 1,988 crore this monsoon.(With inputs from PTI)- Ends
