Originally founded in 2015 by Doug Wright following a severe cyber breach, FifthWall grew into the first dedicated cyber-only wholesaler in the United States. Its purpose was clear: help brokers and partners secure better coverage through streamlined access to more than 50 top carriers. Built on trust, speed, and strategic depth, that foundation still fuels the company today.
UKON is the next chapter.

This rebrand introduces more than a name. It introduces an identity aligned to a larger strategy. The new logo features a magnetized needle, a direct reference to the compass instruments used to navigate the unchartered wilderness of the Yukon Territory. Like the Yukon River, one of the most powerful and previously uncharted rivers in the world, cyber insurance has long been difficult to map and move through. UKON sets out to change that.
Chief Marketing Officer Matt Hightower led the creative and brand development alongside UK-based creative agency Vida Creative, beginning in November 2024 with an in-person branding workshop.
'Vida helped us reconnect to our 'why' and gave us the strategy and language to bring our brand vision to life,' said Hightower. 'They understood the parallels between the Yukon Territory and the unchartered world of cyber risk. What they delivered was more than branding material or strategy. It was clarity.'

Hedley and Vida Creative led the complete rebrand initiative including the website redesign, brand positioning, and visual language. Vida's Design Director, Chris Stephenson, crafted UKON's new brand elements, drawing from raw geography and navigational iconography to produce a visual identity rooted in precision and strength.
The result is now live: a new name, a new logo, a new mission, a new purpose.
UKON, as a platform, was first introduced to the MSP community at XChange in March of this year. It will formally launch at Pax8 Beyond on June 8, where UKON is a Platinum Sponsor. Attendees can experience live demonstrations at Booth 314 and hear directly from the team during a main stage presentation on June 10.
The UKON Founders Club, a limited early-access program for MSPs aiming to drive revenue as Cyber Risk Advisors, remains available by invitation.

Shift4 named founder Jared Isaacman as executive chairman after President Donald Trump abruptly dropped the executive's nomination to run NASA over the weekend, the digital processor said in a regulatory filing Thursday. "Mr. Isaacman will remain an executive officer and Class I member of the Board," the filing said. The change is effective on Thursday, according to the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Allentown, Pennsylvania-based payments processing company had selected Shift4 President Taylor Lauber to succeed Isaacman if Trump's December nomination was confirmed by the Senate, but the chamber never voted on it. Isaacman, who has been the company's CEO and chairman since it was founded in 1999, will retain his super voting shares in Shift4, according to the filing. Lauber said during an April earnings call that Isaacman would convert his class B and class C shares into class A shares, which are worth a single vote per share. That agreement was "subject to several conditions, including the ratification and confirmation by the U.S. Senate of Mr. Isaacman's appointment as administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration," the SEC filing said. "As a result of this condition not being met, Mr. Isaacman is no longer required to reduce his voting shares." Isaacman had a 76% voting power ownership stake in Shift4, according toan April 30 proxy filing. Trump cited Isaacman's "prior associations" when he withdrew the NASA nomination. The president pulled the nomination over the Shift4 founder's past contributions to Democrats, according to a report from the New York Times. However, Isaacman suggested on a Wednesday episode o fthe All-In podcast that his ties to billionaire SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk cost him the nomination, Bloomberg reported. Bank of America veteran Aron Levine will become group head and president of BMO U.S., effective July 7, the Canadian bank said Thursday. Levine's role is a new position at BMO, a bank spokesperson said. Levine left BofA in April, after spending more than three decades in various roles at the bank. Additionally, Ernie (Erminia) Johannson – who has led BMO's North American personal and business banking group since 2020 – intends to retire from BMO in early 2026, the bank said. She will become a senior adviser at the company. During Levine's nearly 32 years at Bank of America, he led units within consumer banking, global wealth and investment management, and commercial real estate. Most recently, he was president of preferred banking at the Charlotte, North Carolina-based lender. With his new role, Levine will join the executive committee of BMO Financial Group and the U.S. management committee. He'll be based at BMO's U.S. headquarters in Chicago, leading personal and business banking, commercial banking and wealth management businesses in the U.S. He'll report to BMO CEO Darryl White and BMO U.S. CEO Darrel Hackett. Levine's appointment was one of a number of changes disclosed Thursday amid a broader executive reshuffling, along with Johannson's retirement. Johannson has been at Toronto-based BMO since 2012. Prior to that, she served at Fidelity Investments and spent 13 years at CIBC, according to her LinkedIn profile. Additionally, Nadim Hirji will be appointed vice chair of BMO's commercial banking segment. Hirji has led BMO's North American commercial banking business since March 2023, the bank said. Sharon Haward-Laird, BMO's general counsel, will become group head of Canadian commercial banking and North American shared services. Mat Mehrotra, chief digital officer and head of Canadian products, will become group head of Canadian personal and business banking. Haward-Laird, who joined BMO in 2000, and Mehrotra, who's been at the bank since 2010, have also been named co-heads of Canadian personal and commercial banking. Haward-Laird will remain on the lender's executive committee, and Mehrotra will join it. Paul Noble will become general counsel and group head of legal and regulatory compliance and join the bank's executive committee. Noble has been at the bank since 2003 and serves as corporate secretary in the enterprise legal department. Mona Malone, the bank's chief human resources officer, will also take the chief administrative officer title, and remain on the bank's executive committee; she's been at BMO since 1996. The Nutriment Company has continued its acquisition spree with the takeover of German private-label pet-food business Graf Barf from CDS Hackner. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. In a statement, Sweden-based The Nutriment Company said the acquisition is aimed at 'further strengthening its position as a leader in the natural, high-quality pet food segment'. The move comes two months after the Sweden-based group snapped up BAF Petfood from German peer Fressnapf. Graf Barf provides a range of raw pet food products, including complete meals, cube portions, and other formats. The German business also operates an 'IFS-certified, human-grade' production facility. The Nutriment Company said the deal would broaden its geographic reach in Germany, where it already markets brands such as Barfgold, DIBO, Nutriment and Aniforte. The transaction also 'lays the groundwork for a more accelerated expansion' into neighbouring markets, including Switzerland and Austria, it said. As part of the deal, The Nutriment Company has also teamed up with CDS Hackner to establish a frozen logistics hub to serve mainland Europe. CDS Hackner CEO and owner Michael Hackner said that the group will become The Nutriment Company's 'central logistics hub for Europe from our Crailsheim location and are ready to integrate Graf BARF into the TNC brand portfolio, passionately supporting the brand's continued growth."
