Posting on social media, the blonde beauty held up her Primark shopping bag and said: 'It is blooming boiling - I have found four beautiful dresses to wear in the UK in this gorgeous heatwave.'
After trying on an 'unreal' dress that covers upper arms and has recently gone viral online, Amanda then modelled a sleeveless V-neck mini dress that's ideal for holidays.
Thrilled with the white trapeze dress, which features an elegant tiered shape, the content creator beamed: 'This one might just win me over girls, because there's a mini-me.
'The quality of this feels absolutely fantastic.'
Clearly overjoyed with the Trapeze Mini Dress, which is made from a 'lightweight fabric', the mother continued: 'It's lovely and floaty and oversized.'
According to Primark bosses, this mini dress will ensure you keep things 'easy and breezy' this season.
It is said to 'flow in a tiered silhouette that moves with you' and is spot on for a 'simple, summery feel.'
'I need it all ASAP!' fashion fans gasp as Primark prepares to drop new summer range, including a 'beach bag of dreams'
Not only will it keep you looking 'cool and casual,' but it's great for dressing up and down, making it an 'effortless option for warm-weather days.'
The mini dress is available not only in white, but green too.

Boots brings nostalgic budget-friendly brand known for their mascaras back
The high street beauty chain is adding hundreds of new products to their shelves in 2025, with three viral brands now available to shop in store and online While filling a cosmetics bag can prove pretty costly, particularly with everyone scrambling to try the latest viral sensations and new launches, there certainly seems to be a growing appetite for affordable makeup once again. And Boots is cementing its status as the go-to retailer for exactly that, with the launch of not one, but three budget-friendly brands both in store and online. With the rise of social media, there was a surge in shoppers opting for more luxury products and celebrity favourites. However, with the cost of living crisis and customers getting more savvy, shopping habits have shifted, with more beauty fans looking for high-performing products that don't drain the bank. This summer, the retailer has announced the launch of three of TikTok's most talked about brands - one of which will no doubt bring nostalgic joy for many after. It comes as the high street favourite is set to see more than 400 new cosmetics lines landing in the coming months. Harrods beauty advent calendar returns after fragrance one sold out in 48 hours 'I'm trying to cut down my alcohol intake and this 99p low-calorie drink converted me' Boots isn't the only retailer leaning into the budget-friendly beauty trend, either, as this week saw the launch of Trouble Maker into Superdrug. The bold new brand promises innovation at pocket-money friendly prices, with prices starting from £2. Meanwhile, Sephora's own brand Sephora Collection offers a range of cosmetics, skincare and more from £1.99, with more than 450 product lines to choose from. The three brands that have hit shelves at Boots this week are Catrice, an affordable German brand, alongside SheGlam making its UK debut, and the much-missed Essence will be returning to the high street, delighting customers who have been begging to see it make a comeback. After the closure of Wilko stores across the UK, Essence was like gold dust, but Boots is making it easier than ever to get your hands on. Known for Lash Princess mascaras and Juicy Bomb Shiny Glosses, the brand delivers ultra-affordable prices starting from £1.29. One product expected to be a hit is their Jelly Grip Hydrating Primer, which costs £3.99. If we had to liken it to a more expensive product, we'd say its tacky formula works in a similar way to Milk's Hydro Grip Primer, which retails at £35. Catrice is another name dominating TikTok right now, racking up over 26 million views in the past week alone. The clean, cruelty-free and vegan brand has been praised for products like the Aqua Splash Grip Primer and Under Eye Brightener, which have earned loyal followings for their quality and accessible price point. The Catrice range's most expensive product is £6.99 for their Soft Glam Filter Fluid, which has been likened to Charlotte Tilbury's £39 Flawless Filter. And available on the high street for the first time ever is SheGlam - a trend-led brand loved for its Pout-Perfect Lip Plumper and Colour Bloom Liquid Blush. Their products range from £2.99 to £8.50, proving shoppers no longer need to spend a small fortune on restocking their kit. Speaking on the latest launches, Alice Rafferty, Director of Luxury Beauty and Cosmetics at Boots said: 'Boots is proud to be bringing a growing lineup of socially native, trending beauty brands to the high street. Beauty lovers want to test, trial, and play before they buy, and now they can experience some of the most buzzworthy, viral brands in person at Boots stores nationwide. By staying closely tuned into emerging trends and listening to what our customers want to see on our shelves, we're continuing to elevate our beauty offering, making the latest social media sensations more accessible than ever.' The beauty boom doesn't stop there, though, with Boots also expanding the ranges of other social media-famous brands like Tirtir, the K-beauty label behind the viral Red Cushion Foundation, and Sacheu, known for innovative multi-use products. Sacheu is expanding its range to include more product lines for eye, cheek and lip, such as its Cheek STAY-N and Brow & Freckle STAY-N, which will launch in over 90 Boots stores. Meanwhile K-Beauty brand Tirtir, famed for its game-changing Red Cushion Foundation, will be available on the UK high street for the first time, launching in 30 Boots stores nationwide. Shoppers can test and trial its range of 23 foundation shades, alongside other new, viral-worthy products like the Glide and Hide Blurring Concealer and Waterism Glow Tint. Both brands launched at Boots earlier this year under its new accelerator programme, which identifies and rapidly brings the biggest viral and emerging new brands to the high street. As a result, if you've seen it buzzing on TikTok, there's a good chance it could be coming to the high street not too long after.

Kneecap bring Welsh cafe owner on stage at Green Man as they attack BBC
Irish rap trio Kneecap took a swipe at the BBC during their performance at Green Man Festival on Thursday night, with the band chanting "f*** the BBC". They criticised the corporation following its decision not to broadcast the group's set live from Glastonbury Festival. During their politically charged performance at the festival, the band from Belfast also addressed their ongoing support for Palestine and band member Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh's upcoming court appearance. Thousands of festival goers attended their set on the Far Out stage, with crowds spilling outside. The trio welcomed Helen Wilson on stage, the Welsh cafe owner who live streamed their Glastonbury performance on TikTok, which attracted millions of viewers. The band described Helen as their "hero". "Diolch," they told the crowd at Green Man. "It's not a bad crowd for our first time playing in a festival in Wales." They continued: "We recently played Glastonbury and the BBC wouldn't live stream our set. F*** the BBC." They added: "So the BBC, they said that they wouldn't show Kneecap live... but there was one woman. Do you know who we are talking about? "There was one hero who decided to TikTok live our gig, and she's from Wales. Can we have a massive round of applause for Helen?" The cafe owner joined the trio on stage and was seen giving band member Móglaí Bap a big hug as the crowd gave a loud cheer. In June, calls were made to pull their Glastonbury slot, with Prime Minister Keir Starmer saying the planned performance at Worthy Farm was not "appropriate", after band member Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh, known as Mo Chara, was charged with a terror offence for displaying a Hezbollah-supporting flag during a gig in 2024. Mo Chara has denied the offence, labelling the terror offence charge a "political" move designed to "silence" them. Glastonbury organisers refused to pull the trio's slot on the West Holts stage at the festival. However, while the BBC decided not to live stream their performance, they later uploaded a largely unedited version of their performance on BBC iPlayer. Welsh cafe owner Helen Wilson from Swansea live streamed Kneecap's performance on TikTok, which saw over two million people interact with the broadcast. At the time the BBC said: "Whilst the BBC doesn't ban artists, our plans ensure that our programming meets our editorial guidelines. "We don't always live stream every act from the main stages and look to make an on-demand version of Kneecap's performance available on our digital platforms, alongside more than 90 other sets." On the Far Out stage at Green Man Festival, the band also addressed Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh's upcoming court appearance, saying that he would be back in court "next Wednesday", seemingly confirming that it would take place on Wednesday, August 20. On stage, the rapper said that he was returning to the court "to beat the British government in their own court for the second time". He later added that "they stole our funding two years ago, and we went to court and we won," which was in reference to the band winning a case against now Conservative party leader Kemi Badenoch after she blocked an arts grant to the band in 2023. Liam continued: "And this time, we are going back to their court and we're going to beat them again." The band confirmed that this was their first time performing at a Welsh festival and referred to the crowd as their "Celtic brothers". They said: "Celtic brothers have to stand together as we can't trust the British government". The band later said there was a need for "international solidarity" now more than ever. "We are from west Belfast and Derry. Places that know colonialism all to well, as you know yourselves," they told the crowd. The band also said that they would "not stop talking" about Palestine, describing it as a genocide and led the crowd to a "Free, Free Palestine" chant. Green Man Festival concludes on Sunday, August 17. The Bannau Brycheiniog event will see the likes of Underworld, Wet Leg, CMAT, Perfume Genius, John Grant, Wunderhorse, Gwenno and English Teacher perform this year.

We charged guests £700 to attend our wedding — even strangers could come
When Steve proposed to Marley on January 1, 2025, on an ice rink in Boise, Idaho, surrounded by their family and friends, the pair got straight to planning their special day. But, after discovering the cost of weddings, an average of $35,000 in the US and £23,700 in the UK, the couple made the unconventional decision to charge guests to attend their nuptials. The idea initially began as a joke, but they warmed up to the idea when they realised they'd be able to have the party they wanted. In fact, the tickets were publicly available online and the bride announced on TikTok that anyone could pay to attend if they wished – even strangers. Marley Jaxx, 34, and her husband Steve Larsen, 37, gave guests the option of paying £42 each to attend the actual wedding day, or £735 for a three-day experience. This included the wedding, a charity rehearsal dinner and a biohacking day which involved health experts, electrolyte and red light treatments, and breath work – followed by a recovery lounge. 'We decided to charge because we started making a big list of everyone who we wanted to come, we were paying per head, and wanted a big party but the cost kept getting higher and higher,' Steve, an entrepreneur from Boise, explains. 'We said instead of people getting us a gift, or donating to a honeymoon fund – pay for your meal, and you can come party with us. For us, it was all about doing a different way of doing things, and changing how people think about weddings.' X Factor icon Diana Vickers and Metro's dating expert Alice Giddings dive into your wildest sex, love, and dating dilemmas – every Tuesday. Listen wherever you get your podcasts or watch on YouTube. And be sure to follow and subscribe so you never miss an episode. You can also join the fun on our WhatsApp Group Chat here – share your dilemmas and Diana and Alice may just give you a call. Marley, also an entrepreneur, says that their decision to charge people to celebrate was met with some raised eyebrows. @marleyjaxx I thought we all knew the deal by now, but just in case… Yes. You can come to the wedding. No, you don't need a secret password. Unless you count CRASHTHEPARTY as a password… in which case, say less. I was on a client call yesterday and someone asked: 'Wait… can I ACTUALLY buy a ticket to your wedding??' BABY. That is why I've been making these videos every day like a wedding-obsessed Willy Wonka with Canva access. YES, YOU CAN COME. YES, YOU ARE INVITED. YES, THIS IS REAL LIFE. 🎟️ It's $57 📅 Please RSVP before July… if you wait till after, sure, you might still get in… but you could be standing in a corner eating ice cubes while everyone else has dinner. No promises. There will be cake. Emotions. Possibly holograms. A portion of every ticket helps build a classroom in Kenya with Village Impact Drop 'CRASHTHEPARTY' below and I'll send you the invitation. Bring a friend. Or five. We'll save you a seat (unless you wait too long, in which case you might be eating air). ♬ original sound – Marley Jaxx 'Most people got it. Of course there were people who did a double take and were like 'wait, what?',' she adds. 'One friend of mine didn't like it, and he didn't hold back either. We debated it, and in the end, he said he understood. Other responses we had were from people saying that if we can't afford a big wedding, then don't do it. 'It was never about what we could afford.' Despite initial hesitations, 300 guests attended, covering the £36,894 cost of the shindig, which took place on August 1. The celebrations featured brass players, an outside ceremony, a three tier cake and fire displays. 'The people who were at the wedding wanted to be there,' Marley says. 'Guests were commenting on how peaceful it was. It changed the feeling of the wedding. 'I thought it would be stressful, but it was peaceful. One of the guests said when people get a wedding invitation, there is an obligation to go. 'But when you choose to pay, it is a different feeling – it shows how much they appreciate you.' The newlyweds also managed to raise £97,807 to be donated to the charity Village Impact, which provides community-led education, leadership, and economic opportunities in Kenya. The couple say the opportunities for guests to donate were through bracelets made by kids in Kenya, a silent auction with art from Ugandan artists, and even a few guests committing to join them on their trip to Africa to build the school in July 2026. Marley and Steve says they're 'thrilled' with how the wedding went. More Trending Despite the backlash on social media, Marley said they were 'frugal' for their wedding. Marley said: 'I hope that any bride can say that there was nothing they wanted to change about their wedding day. We had family who travelled from all over, our three daughters did public speaking, which we were super proud of. View More » 'Everyone was dancing, we had such a great time.'
