
NCM: Conditions to be hot in the daytime, mild at night during Eid holiday

The National Centre of Meteorology has released the weather forecast for the Eid Al Adha holiday.
From Thursday, June 5 until Sunday, June 8, 2025, the weather bureau expects the conditions to be rather hot during the daytime, with temperatures dropping at night.
Weather Forecast during Eid Al AdhaThe weather will be hot over internal areas and relatively hot along the coast during the daytime, and generally mild at night and early morning. It will be partly cloudy at times in some areas. Low clouds will appear in the eastern and northern areas, with a chance of some convective cloud formation and a probability of rainfall over some eastern areas of the country, especially on Saturday and Sunday.Relative humidity will increase during the late night and early morning over some coastal areas of the country.The winds will be light to moderate northwesterly, becoming southeasterly in general, freshening at times over some areas during daytime and with clouds causing blowing dust.The sea will be rough on Thursday in the Arabian Gulf, becoming slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea.

Coastal areas and islands: 35°C – 41°CInternal areas: 41°C – 46°C Mountain areas: 28°C – 35°C
Minimum Temperatures
Coasts & islands: 26°C – 33°CInternal areas: 25°C – 30°C Mountain areas: 26°C – 31°C
The National Center of Meteorology has advised people to avoid direct exposure to sunlight during the daytime.

UAE weather tomorrow: Rainfall in some parts; fair to partly cloudy skies likely
Apart from celebrating the blessed occasion of Eid Al Adha, residents in some parts of the UAE enjoyed a bit of rain on Friday, June 6. And there is more good news in store as residents continue the celebrations into the long weekend. There could be more respite from the rising heat, with the met department predicting for more rain on Saturday, June 7, in its latest weather bulletin. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) said that there will be fair to partly cloudy skies at times, with a chance of some convective cloud formation associated with rainfall eastward and northward. Conditions will get humid by night and Sunday morning over some coastal and internal areas with a probability of fog or mist formation. NCM added that there will be light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds, freshening at times with a speed of 10kmph and 25kmph, reaching 40kmph. The sea conditions will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in Oman Sea. Temperatures in Abu Dhabi are likely to see a high of 36°C and a low of 27°C, while in Dubai, it will be 27°C with a low of 27°C. Sharjah will witness a high of 39°C and a low of 26°C.
