A woman trying to capture a typical moment from her dog got a big—and hilarious—surprise.
Her TikTok video of the moment has left the internet in stitches, showcasing her husky, who thwarted her attempt to document the dog's escape habit by stealing the camera mid-act. The footage has resonated with countless husky owners who are all too familiar with the breed's mischievous nature.
"POV: You try to record how your dog has been escaping the backyard, but she had ideas of her own," the woman, @kimberlyjaidyn08, captioned the video, which shows the phone set up to film their husky's antics in the backyard. However, before the camera can capture her secret, the dog grabs the phone in her mouth and runs away.

"Oh," one commenter reacted. "I've never been carried by a dog before."
TikTok users were quick to react, many acknowledging the breed's well-known intelligence and Houdini-like tendencies.
"You're not supposed to show a husky where the camera is," one person wrote. "They too smart for that (I have three)," one commenter warned. Another user imagined the dog's thought process: "Mom forgot her rectangle, which is so weird, cause she takes it everywhere, I'll take it back to her."
The escape artist reputation of huskies was also a recurring theme in the comments.
"Once I saw that she's a husky, I knew it was over (I have a husky that also loves to escape, so I had to get a really long lead for her, so she can't miraculously hop the fence)," one user shared.
Another TikToker wrote: "She's a husky. They're jumpers...My father-in-law's husky jumps their chicken wire and metal fence all the time, especially when it storms. He just goes to the front door though."
"I was warned by my boyfriend (he has a husky and recently have a husky puppy to our little family) that they are Escape Pro," another added. "But this is so funny and cute."
The American Kennel Club (AKC) describes the Siberian husky as "a thickly coated, compact sled dog of medium size and great endurance." They are known for their "keen but amiable and even mischievous expression."
Beyond their appearance, huskies are renowned for their high energy levels and a strong desire to explore. The AKC noted that Huskies are energetic and love a chase—secure running room is "a must," so, it seems the creator definitely provided the right environment for her sly pup.
The breed's sociable nature also plays a role in their behavior. The AKC stated that as pack dogs, they enjoy quality time with their owners and other dogs. This combination of intelligence, energy and a friendly disposition makes for a dog that is both endearing and capable of surprising its owners with its antics.

Bethenny Frankel pokes fun at Jeff Bezos, Lauren Sánchez's wedding invitation
Bethenny Frankel is taking aim at the star-studded wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez with a hot take. Frankel, responsible for the viral "supermodel snack" trend on TikTok, took to her favorite social media platform to mock the invitations of Amazon founder Bezos and his now-wife Sánchez, who recently added her married name. "Ok, I've been diplomatic about the wedding, and I happen to love Lauren Sánchez, and I also adore Amazon, so I am treading lightly," the Skinnygirl founder said in the June 30 video. The billionaire Amazon founder and former award-winning TV journalist tied the knot Friday, June 27, in an extraordinarily lavish Venice wedding. Their walk down the aisle came after multiple days of star-studded nuptial events, but not everyone has been a fan. Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez tie the knot in controversial wedding ceremony "You know me, and you know I have a difficult time holding back when I have an opinion," Frankel added. Then, the former "Real Housewives of New York City" star slammed the couple's viral invitation, which allegedly leaked online. "The invitation, you lost me and as a result, for the people, I'm going to start dating so I can eventually get married and have a wedding and make up for that invitation because that invitation — I could not stay silent," Frankel quipped. Frankel jokingly said she was doing "the lord's work" by addressing the invitations, which feature nontraditional cartoonish illustrations and added that "it means I take a couple of hits, I get dinged up and bruised and I get into trouble, but the invitation is where you lost me." Celebrities tell all about aging, marriage and Beyoncé in these 10 bingeable memoirs Frankel then jokingly said she's on the market again, so she could eventually show fans what a wedding invitation is supposed to look like. "So, I am open for business after seven months. I am starting to date for the people, and I will be having a wedding at some point," she said. "I just don't know when or where, but I can't wait for you to see my invitation." Bethenny Frankel: Jeff Bezos was 'dork' before meeting Lauren Sánchez Frankel also took to TikTok days earlier, telling fans that the Bezoses "both became famous when they came together." The A-list coupling has long fueled tabloid fodder from those interested in the intersection of wealth and fame. "He was a dork before he met Lauren. He had money, but Lauren was like, 'Honey, I'll show you how to spend that money.' She bagged the elephant; she is the Meghan Markle with no rules," Frankel continued. Those comments were made about Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry's January 2020 step back from their roles as working British royals and the "With Love" star's struggles to leave behind her regular life to pursue the job.

This Week's Best Internet Content Roundup
What you're about to read is an issue of the Only Good Internet newsletter, which brings you the funniest, weirdest, and most interesting content from around the internet, no doomscrolling required. Subscribe here and you'll get the web's best stuff in your inbox every week! Hello there! As you probably know, there's been a heck of a heat wave going on over the past week. How hot is it? Well, it's so hot that people's weed-eaters are going on strike: To beat the heat, I — much like the goats — have been trying to lie as still as possible with a fan pointed directly at my face at point-blank range. But, I did manage to move my arm just enough to pick up my phone and see this TikTok from @kaileeaaliyah about her experience in the NYC heat wave: Yeah, apparently that's the strap of her bag melting and sticking to her shirt in the heat. If it's too hot for a handbag to hold it together, what hope do I have? Anyway, the comments made me laugh a ton: If anyone needs me, I will be peeling myself off the fabric of my couch, much like the poor, disintegrating strap of that bag. Stay cool, y'all. Today I learned that monarch caterpillars do this, and that I, too, would almost definitely be more stupid than a bird: Like, I would cry? I would feel so bad, and then the caterpillar would be like, "SIKE!" And then I'd be like, "You got me this time, caterpillar!" Somebody call Sarah Connor, we have found our savior in the war against the machines: One thing about me is I love birds and think they're so stinkin' cute. Damn, bro is already 15 minutes in. RIP. I always like to finish every week by leaving you with a little something that doesn't necessarily have a home in a BuzzFeed post or anywhere else, but I feel like I MUST share with you, because I can't get it out of my head. This week, it's all about this person's dream bear: Imagine putting in all the effort to train your mind to lucid dream, and this is what you get out of it. Stressed-Out Bear Divorcé. — Heh. French.— Sure, this one's old, but it still makes me laugh every time.— These people are having a DAY.— How 'bout some wholesome stuff for a change?— "Not only did Vegas not stay in Vegas, it was on national TV." That's all for this week, see you later! And remember, if you want more like this, you can subscribe to the Only Good Internet newsletter (if you want, I mean, don't let me tell you what to do, ya know?).

Jimmy Swaggart scandal: 1988 prostitution controversy explained
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. Jimmy Swaggart, a once-prominent televangelist whose passionate sermons were overshadowed by a series of sex scandals in the late 1980s and early 1990s, has died. He was 90. Swaggart passed away Tuesday morning in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he had lived and led Jimmy Swaggart Ministries for decades. The ministry announced his death on social media. No cause of death was immediately provided. The New York Times reported that Swaggart had been placed in intensive care at a hospital after suffering a heart attack. Who Was Jimmy Swaggart? Swaggart rose to prominence in the 1980s as an influential figure in American Pentecostalism. At his peak, his televised services reached millions in the United States and around the world. Born in Ferriday, Louisiana, in 1935, Swaggart was the first cousin of rock legend Jerry Lee Lewis. Ordained by the Assemblies of God in 1961, Swaggart launched a ministry that eventually exploded in scope thanks to radio and television broadcasts. Per ABC News, Swaggart's ministry earned over $142 million in 1986. He maintained a global media presence, with his broadcasts appearing on roughly 200 TV stations at their peak. On Tuesday, the operator of Swaggart's official Instagram page wrote: "He was not just a preacher- he was a worshiper, a warrior, and a witness to the grace and mercy of God. He was a man whose faith was steadfast and always entered whatever door the Lord opened." The post thanked the doctors and nurses at Baton Rouge General Medical Center, where he was receiving treatment. Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart preaching in Nicaragua in 1988. Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart preaching in Nicaragua in Swaggart Controversy Explained In 1988, reports surfaced that Swaggart had been involved with a prostitute in New Orleans. The BBC reported that Swaggart resigned from his position during a public confession in front of a congregation of over 7,000 people. "I have sinned against you," Swaggart said at the time. "I beg you to forgive me." The clip of his speech became a recognizable moment in American religious broadcasting. Sex worker Debra Murphree, who was photographed with Swaggart, said in a later interview that the preacher paid her to pose nude. His troubles didn't end there. In 1991, Swaggart was stopped by police in California for driving on the wrong side of the road with a prostitute. Rather than confessing to prostitution, he instead told his Baton Rouge congregation: "The Lord told me it's flat none of your business," per The New York Times. Despite these scandals, Swaggart never relinquished control of his ministry, although he did restructure operations under his family's leadership. Jimmy Swaggart's Funeral Service: What We Know Information on the preacher's funeral service was not immediately available. Details regarding the time, location, and whether any public services will be held have not been announced yet. Swaggart is survived by his wife, Frances, their son Donnie, and several grandchildren.
