
Endava Announces Executive Leadership Changes
Endava plc (NYSE: DAVA), a next-generation technology services provider, has announced changes to its executive leadership team.
John Cotterell, CEO of Endava, has assumed additional operational responsibilities. These include overseeing the company's sales and go-to-market strategy. This move reflects a shift towards a more centralised leadership model.
The update follows the retirement of Julian Bull, Endava's Chief Operating Officer.
At the same time, Alastair Lukies CBE has joined Endava as Chief Engagement Officer. He will focus on strengthening stakeholder engagement, both externally and internally.
Additionally, Lukies will chair Endava's newly announced Global Advisory Board. The board aims to support the company's AI-driven growth. Its members bring broad experience across industries and regions.
Endava has also reported the return of Rob Machin to a senior leadership role. He has been appointed Chief People and Locations Officer.
Machin, a former COO of Endava, will work to enhance the company's strong engineering culture. He will focus on delivering value in complex systems modernisation and leveraging AI-driven productivity.
He succeeds David Churchill, the outgoing Chief People Officer, who is leaving the company.
John Cotterell commented on the changes, stating: Alastair Lukies is expected to play a key role in strengthening relationships and guiding AI-led initiatives.
Rob Machin's return reinforces Endava's commitment to its people and engineering excellence.
Cotterell also expressed appreciation for Julian Bull and David Churchill, thanking them for their contributions.
Endava revealed that these updates mark a new chapter for the company. The strengthened leadership team positions Endava for continued innovation and growth.

Wireless carrier AT&T said on Thursday it will dual list on the NYSE Texas, effective August 1. NYSE Texas officially opened for business in March and has seen several companies, including oilfield service company Halliburton and Truth Social-parent Trump Media & Technology Group, dual list on the Dallas-based exchange in the first three months. Central Bank of Egypt unveils $1.84bln T-bills end-week
Cairo – The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) issued treasury bills (T-bills) with an aggregated value of EGP 90 billion through two tranches on Thursday, 31 July. The first auction stood at EGP 40 billion and will mature in 182 days on 3 February 2026, according to official data. Meanwhile, the second offering was valued at EGP 50 billion, holding a tenor of 364 days until 4 August next year.
