Louise Redknapp has confessed that one aspect of her age-gap romance is proving "harder" as she opens up about her relationship.
The 50-year-old singer has been dating 41-year-old London businessman Drew Michael since 2023. Louise was previously married to former Liverpool and England star Jamie Redknapp.
The Eternals singer shares sons Charley, 19, and Beau, 15, with Jamie. On Lisa Snowdon and Andy Goldstein's We're Not Getting Any Younger podcast, Louise says Drew is "great" with the teenagers
However, Louise admits that Drew's central London location often makes it difficult for the couple to keep a low profile, with paparazzi frequently snapping them while out in public.
She said: "She said: "I've got a boyfriend who is great and lovely, and you know, just having a really nice time. He lives central, he lives in Soho, so we go to the bagel shop and it's a thing.
"Gone are the days of side ponytail and a dirty tracksuit to get a tuna bagel. Now I have to think, 'Damn, sunglasses, coat'."

Louise explained that she's made a conscious decision not to hide her relationship, saying: "We don't purposely try. It is being central, where he is in Soho, it's a bit harder. And I just made the decision that I didn't want to hide anything."
"I'm just going about my daily business, if you get snapped, you get snapped. If we don't, then great."
Noting the age difference between the couple, mum-of-two Louise added: "We live in a society where if it's the other way round it doesn't get talked about- but it does get brought up.
Louise has spoken out about the scrutiny surrounding her marriage to Jamie, stating: "I think it's that thing that people like to bring it up. It's easy headline material, nine years, but you know what, it's been lovely having a lovely time."
Louise has previously opened up about the difficulties she faced during her divorce from Jamie, who has since married Frida Andersson. She described the experience as "horrendous" and revealed that the negative reactions from others made it even harder for her to cope.
When asked about how the criticism affected her mental health, Louise shared: "I think for me, the lowest, pretty much a person could get to, just horrendous. I could never see a way out from how bad and low I felt at the time."
She credited her children with giving her the strength to carry on, saying: "If I didn't have my kids, I think I would've just given up, like I really do. I think I just knew that my kids were my everything and they needed me."
Louise went on to say she "never realised [how] people could be so unkind and say such terrible things", adding on Fearne Cotton's Happy Place podcast: "It blew my mind."
She continued: "Whatever the situation, whatever the circumstance, the nastiness [that] would be said, even now when I think back, I can't even get the words out. I just don't understand how anyone can be so unkind and cruel to another human."
Louise has since moved on and is now in a relationship with Drew Michael, whom she met at The Groucho Club in London during Jimmy Carr's 51st birthday celebrations. They went Instagram official two months later and made their red carpet debut in March 2024.
Louise is set to feature on Sunday Brunch today (May 25), chatting with hosts Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer. The programme broadcasts from 10am on ITV One.

JoJo Siwa breaks silence on Chris Hughes romance, split with Kath Ebbs and her sexuality saying she's ‘head over heels'
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) JOJO Siwa has broken her silence on being "head over heels" for Chris Hughes - as she admitted their previously platonic connection has now "developed." The Dance Moms star, 22, was candid in addressing her feelings for the Love Island alum after they were spotted cosying up on a night out with pals. The actress and singer - who formed a blossoming connection with ITV Racing pundit Chris, 32, in Celebrity Big Brother this year - has now opened up on the "genuine" nature of their bond. She said: "People can see our chemistry, and they got to see it develop "I think everyone's just curious, and I can't blame them." Clarifying the pair's exact relationship status she told The Guardian: "It's not platonic any more, and it's been a beautiful development, a beautiful connection, and I'm absolutely head over heels for him and he's the same way." She added: "I won't ever speak for him, but for me personally, the happiness in my life just radiates off of me right now. "Literally yesterday, I was massaging my cheeks; I've never been in pain from smiling so much." SHOCK SPLIT The Boomerang songstress was dating partner Kath Ebbs when she stepped foot in the ITV spy house. Yet Kath, 27, revealed they had been dumped by the US TV alum during the wrap party for the reality series. Watch as JoJo Siwa makes Chris Hughes blush with cute tribute as he proudly watches her perform in London Taking to Instagram at the time, Australian content creator Kath, said they were in "complete shock" and felt "numbed out and humiliated" after being dumped by JoJo. Yet she has now told how she is "preserving her piece" - and not hitting back at her former partner's social media post. After revealing she was no longer a lesbian in the CBB compound during the show's live stream she said she now wants to identify as queer. During a private chat in the bedroom, she confessed: "I feel so queer,", as co-star Danny then responded: "I'm queer!" JoJo Siwa and Kath Ebbs' relationship We look back at JoJo Siwa's romance with Kath Ebbs: JoJo Siwa went public with hers and Kath Ebbs' relationship in January 2025. The Dance Moms star had been introduced to 27-year-old Australian content creator Kath by a mutual friend called G-Flip six months earlier. JoJo had split with her girlfriend Dakayla Wilson in November 2024 and it is believed she hooked up romantically with Kath soon after. Speaking in March at the 36th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, JoJo said of her relationship: 'I am so happy. I am in a very mature relationship, and it's beautiful. It's taught me so much about life. 'It's taught me so much about love and respect, and it's a beautiful thing. 'It's different in more ways than I can count. I wouldn't even know what to say the biggest is 'cause just everything is so different and special.' Kath even claimed they had talked about marriage together. However, JoJo's romance with Kath abruptly hit the skids on April 25, 2025, at the Celebrity Big Brother wrap party. JoJo dumped Kath at the bash after spending 19 days in the CBB house - where she had grown close to Love Island star Chris Hughes. In her new interview, she told how the phrase "encompasses how I am, and who I am." She added: "I do live this very, very big public life that has so many eyeballs on it, and it can get really hard to navigate. "But I'm also living a human life. You can't help who you love." The term queer is defined by LGBTQ charity Stonewall as "a term used by those wanting to reject specific labels of sexual orientation and/or gender identity". JoJo's sexuality was already a subject of conversation on CBB when American actor Mickey Rourke made a homophobic slur when talking to her earlier on in the series. 6 The pair have been packing on the PDA since their time in the CBB compound Credit: Snapchat 6 She is 'protecting her peace' amid her split with Kath Ebbs Credit: Getty

Peter Crouch begs ‘can everyone not share this' as fan catches absolutely TERRIBLE golf shot on camera
PETER CROUCH has begged fans to stop sharing viral footage of his disastrous attempts at playing golf. The former England striker took advantage of the sunny weather by hitting the fairways over the weekend. 2 Crouch, 44, hung up his boots in 2019 after a two-decade career. But it doesn't look like he's been working hard on his swing over the past six years. The 6ft7 striker is seen teeing off in the viral clip, with members watching on from the clubhouse. One watching spectator is heard to say: "Yeah, he's a golfer, you can tell, can't you?" A pal laughs in response: "No, he's definitely a footballer." Crouch went on to prove the fan right by producing a shocker of a tee shot. After a nervy practice swing, the former Stoke and Liverpool forward addressed the ball. But he succeeded in only topping his drive off the tee, with the ball bouncing miserably into nearby trees. A mortified Crouch captioned the footage: "Can everyone not share this pls[sic]. Kind regards." As expected, his pleas fell on deaf ears, with the clip viewed 4 million times in under 12 hours on X. One fan laughed in response: "Stick to the miserable Tuesday nights in Stoke Crouchy. Leave the sunny days on the golf course, to those who know how to play." And a second pointed out: "You just shared it though?" A third added: "The fact that you've shared this makes it 10x funnier. Never change crouchy." While a fourth joked: "He's big! He's red! He should try bowls instead!" Crouch earned 42 caps for England across his career, netting 22 goals. Since retiring, he's launched a successful podcast alongside wife Abbey Clancy and has worked as a pundit for TNT Sports.
