New Massacre in Gaza City's al-Sabra neighborhood kills dozens, including children
Zionist enemy forces on Saturday committed a horrific massacre in al-Sabra neighborhood in central Gaza City, killing at least 15 Palestinians, including six children, and wounding over 50 in a preliminary toll. The attack stemmed from a residential house being bombed with two missiles.
Mahmoud Basal, spokesperson for Civil Defense in Gaza, told al Jazeera that the house was completely destroyed, making it "almost certain" everyone inside was martyred, with approximately 85 people remaining under the rubble and access extremely difficult.
Civil Defense crews were forced to withdraw due to inability to reach bodies, describing the scene as "very harsh" and "a complete massacre."
Basal noted that injuries arriving at hospitals are "extremely serious," while the medical system suffers from widespread destruction and severe supply shortages, threatening the wounded's lives. He added that Civil Defense is losing many survivors due to a lack of rescue equipment, relying solely on human effort after most vehicles were destroyed.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli enemy army, with American and European support, has been committing "crimes of genocide" in Gaza, resulting in 54,772 Palestinian deaths, mostly children and women, and 125,834 injuries. Thousands of victims remain under rubble, inaccessible to rescue crews.

HOCC issues pre-penalty notices to owners & operators of ships Bound for Israeli ports
Sana'a - Saba: The Humanitarian Operations Coordination Center (HOCC) in the capital, Sana'a, has issued pre-penalty notifications to the owners, managers, and operators of ships en route to ports of the usurping Israeli entity. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the Center explained that ship owners, managers, and operators were informed that their vessels are nearing the ports of the Israeli entity, which constitutes a violation of the naval blockade imposed on the Israeli enemy. This blockade was announced by the Yemeni Armed Forces on 27 July 2025 and took effect at 11:51 p.m. Sana'a time (8:51 p.m. UTC). The Center addressed these parties, stating: 'In the interest of preventing your company, its entire fleet, and its affiliates from being subjected to penalties, HOCC strongly advises against proceeding toward the ports of the usurping Israeli entity.' It added:'We will consider the suspension of your voyages to Israeli ports as a first step in your efforts to avoid penalties. This is a serious matter that requires your immediate attention.' The Center further noted that should the violating companies continue to engage with Israeli ports, sanctions may be extended to include their affiliates. This could involve banning their passage through the Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab Strait, Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea, in addition to potential targeting wherever they are within reach of the Yemeni Armed Forces. The statement concluded:'It should be understood that these punitive measures are part of our religious, humanitarian, and moral responsibility toward the oppressed Palestinian people. They aim to pressure the Israeli entity to halt its aggression, open the crossings into Gaza, and allow the entry of essential food and medical supplies.' Whatsapp Telegram Email Print

Palestinian Civil Society Organizations Invite Witkoff to Visit Gaza Hospitals
Gaza - Saba: Palestinian civil society organizations have invited US envoy Steve Witkoff to visit hospitals in Gaza, which have partially resumed operations after their destruction. These hospitals are overcrowded with starving patients. In a letter sent to the US envoy on Friday, the organizations explained that hospitals are suffering from a severe shortage of medicines, health supplies, and medical and technical staff. They called on Witkoff to visit sewage plants and water wells, which the enemy has not allowed to operate, given its deliberate policy of spreading disease and epidemics, as well as depriving people of water, a historical precedent that even barbarians and Nazis would not have dared to undertake. They invited him to meet with 5,000 children who have lost limbs as a result of the bombs and missiles his administration provides to the Israeli enemy, and with tens of thousands of orphans and widows. The organizations affirmed their rejection of this visit, as long as its sole purpose is to improve the image of the enemy and to take a snapshot to change the mood of international public opinion, which has come to realize the truth that you have long tried to conceal. She noted that 1,200 Palestinian citizens have been killed in front of these centers since they began operating, by soldiers stationed in their vicinity. She said, "His visit must culminate in an announcement of the closure of these centers, which have become detention and mass killing camps. The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation must then be held accountable for presenting a horrific image of the concept of food, aid, and humanity as a whole."
